What does he even needs this pet for besides company?? If it was the HP World only I'd understand, but, even counting on the fact that having an animal companion is some sort of great thing (which is not), among all the possible crossover animals, phoenix? Really? :\ Unless you plan to go get some super boon from the phoenix force itself just because "I've taken good care of a phoenix so far" it really makes no sense (it wouldn't make sense even if the phoenix force helped him for something so minor either but its the only power angle with a meaning I can think of). Anyway I guess this whole semi-rant comes off the fact that I never asked you author about the power level you want the MC to have once canon starts.. this is probably the one true question to make or break my enjoyment of the novel.. so.. Is he going to be like 10x and over the whole avengers set combined or is he going to be just a tad stronger than Thor/Hulk making all these thousands of years useless? Is he actually going to be proper OP or would that break your story progression? Basically, are we wasting time by watching him develop from so far in the past or will you grant us a proper OP MC when its due??

I’m not too sure about the name, I wouldn’t go for the same name depending on the character you are giving her, Hestia is a greek goddess of the hearth, she would have to be « warm » to any and all, Vulcania if you make her more fiery (lol) As I was looking for names I found the idea of Osiria from Osiris, the Egyptian god of the kingdom of the dead who became such after being killed, he thus represents rebirth and eternity, he is also a god of the « good » faction and is married to Isis the egyptian goddess of magic (no matter the connotation for this name today I still found the idea good) After all Baldur himself already represents the sun and the light, so going in the direction of his power over death (which he should have due to his rebirth) seemed interesting

for the name of pheonix just call it chirpy , birdy or other similar kind of name later u can change it , it will also give u time to think about a good name

these years nothing major happened, so i think it's fine for some summarized chaps. but yeah, better write an actual happening for further plot, so there is an actual progress and entertaining read. do you read the comic tho? because there is nothing much info available in mcu before canon start. guess you need to dig deep for plot planning. good luck dude
