I read this all the time in qidian with the help of google chrome. This story is God tier, and there are 620 chapters there and I have read them all and I come back every day to read the next chapters released. The title of each chapter does not convey the greatness in the chapter itself, and can even trick you. Nothing is predictable and this is truly worth a read.

At first, this novel has an interesting concept. Thus, I read all the way to 500 plus chapters(after reading here, I go find the raw site and read further). However, because this is an interesting concept, it is very hard to maintain quality. After reading past 500 plus chapters, the storyline is getting old. MC still tries his hardest to lose money in the company but almost always fails. I see a huge flaw in this novel. If MC really wants to lose money so badly, all he has to do is develop his product poorly(barely pass the standard of the system), then put the rest of his money in the promotion of the product. This way, when consumer sees the product advertisement and try it then found out the product sucks, then they will most likely blacklist MC product in the future. Thus, MC will always lose money. Instead, in this novel, MC put a lot of money in product development which ends up having a good quality product, and then he hopes that no one will find it. This kind of thinking of MC causes him to fail every time (it is enjoyable to read this kinda thing at the beginning, but then it's getting old when this kind of situation keeps on repeating itself throughout 500 plus chapters). That is a major flaw, it is very hard to keep this storyline interesting with this kind of concept without making the reader feeling bored because the storyline repeats itself over and over again. Because even I can see how to let MC lost money every time (and I'm not in the gaming or entertainment industry). As said, all he has to do is produce barely passable product(in order to pass the system requirement), then put all his money into advertising the product, it is more likely that his product will have a bad review and lost money as a result. Sum it up, a very interesting idea for this novel, but it is hard to keep the storyline interesting.

It’s all about the MC trying to make bad games and lose the system’s money. However, it never works out because the games turn out good for various ressons and make a profit. A lot of misunderstandings but it gets old really fast cause every arc is the same thing overall. Characters are 2D with no personality, all they do is misunderstand how good of a game designer is. It’s entertaining, just don’t binge read it if you don’t want to hate it.

This novel is also not for me too. The MC is really dumb and doesn't care about all his employee at all, he is hell bent on losing money even if it means sacrificing the hard works of all his employees . The whole misunderstanding thing is not for me , it is good for first few times but then it becomes genuinely unbearable and the system is just broken.

I didn't get far but I really can't stand the MC anymore. Why does every single MC after getting the system get so annoying? They keep thinking they deserve everything. First, they started with nothing and now they finally get something and they believe nothing is fair.

took over an hour of digging around but i found the raw title 亏成首富从游戏开始 this is so hard to find, normaly i just find raw title from reviews or novelupdates but i figured i would be the grownup in all this and help others in my predicament.

so you get to spend money for free but don't have the brains to do it. then this MC is you mentor. praise him...... any way i have read many novels with dumb MCs but this one bravo took the first place with remarkably outstandingly huge lead. MC which have money to spend and 10 years of future experience still can't think outside of the box. some will say that this is a gag novel yes it is but gag novel doesn't mean brain dead MC. any way read it if you like tiring your mind with braindeadness of the MC.

I have read till 1334 ( RAW ), it was released few hours ago. I wont give any spoilers. MC keeps on trying to lose money but everytime something *new* happens and he gains money. Take it as slice of life not as business management. Semi-spoiler -- companies MC has at 1334 chapter - 1. 2 Gaming companies, 1 VR game company 2. House rental company 3. Cafe + computer 4. "Suffering" Travels company ( Newest ) 5. Investors company 6. Company than supports indie game developers 7. Twitch like company 8. Webnovel like company 9. Movie shooting company 10. E sports like company 11. Phone company 12. Physical experiance shops 13. Gym 14. Food delivary 15. Delivary company 16. steam ( gaming ) like company Companies are written in random, dont worry about knowing which company is next. Spoiler end --- You might think Author would ignore some of them but author tries to combine them. I'll give an example - "After she completed shooting ad for new game she came to new home ( by home rental company ). After practicing "certain Gym" equipment, she went to play with "certain brand's" VR device" Author also tries to give reasons for not falling to "linkage" with other companies. I really hope author wont launch more companies, it would be harder to not ignore some of them

I'm caught up with Translation. It’s very similar to Game Market 1983. And a better version of the Prodigal System. The author has built up the story extremely well and a good cast of characters. It’s all well thought out, no wonder it’s popular in China. However, it's easy to imagine this getting quite repetitive. All MC does is try to fail, make games,face-slap. All a cycle. Conclusion: The best Business CN. But that's all. All that’s missing is some good romance. Honestly, it’s just the story feels too perfect that it’s missing something. Author really teased us with the hot secretary.

I really like this game. I hope it gets more updates and that it gets through the voting system already. I want a mass release!!!! Though the premise reminds of the Prodigal novel, it's very different. This novel has more depth and personally, I think a lot more thought and research has gone into writing this. A system novel executed well!

There's enough reviews about how good, funny, refreshing the story is from other readers. They are all true. But the reason I'm taking my time now to write this review is because of chapter 540-542. This is honestly the FIRST and ONLY story I have read on this website/app that when the topic of culture comparison came up the conversation didn't degrade to derogatory behavior and extreme pro china nationalism. From reincarnation, rom-com and even COOKING novels this nasty writing appears. It didn't start demeaning western cultures while glorifying the Chinese/Asian culture. It was a breath of fresh air reading this and absolutely great. For new readers you don't understand how absolutely rare this is. I tip my hat off to the author and translator. Bravo to you, BRAVO!!!😁😁😁😁😁🎉🎉🎉
