I think were gonna have a confrontation between lith and jirin. She’s gonna need answers for a lot of things and this is the second time lith has broken the heart if someone close to her

feel like it was a bad decision to let her go like that. There is a killer targeting those close to Lith, and now the woman he loves is leaving the range of his protection. I know the kingdom is trying to protect them but it seems fairly obvious that they can't and i doubt security was prepared for her abrupt departure. I dont want to see Kami die, but it seems like now is one of the most plausible times for it to happen. I really don't want to see the what happens to Lith in that case. Especially considering his emotions affected his surroundings when his core was blue and he was "human". I doubt the impact of them then can even compare to what would happen now.

too much bad news i understand how kamila feels to find how that the man she fell in love with had another woman with him for almost his whole life how can she not feel betrayed she just needs time and maybe she might go back to him

It's surprising how much Kamila has grown on me. I'm really hoping they find their way back together.

Ugh the feels! I really wanted Lith to say more before she left, especially when she asked him to choose between them. he could have said something like: “YES i would choose you and give solus away to Tista if i could, but we are literally bonded. I keep solus not for the power of the tower but because shes my friend and we would continue to help each other because we’re friends but i would choose you if i could.” If he could he would set solus free but he literally cant. And if he could give her to someone trustworthy like tista its not like they wouldn’t stay friends, its just that he cant. unfortunately, and i realize this… lith and solus arent just friends, even if they weren’t “bonded” Their relationship is beyond friend and not quite family. THATs what hurt Kami, he has another woman in his heart. ps i hope they get back together and i think thats where the story is heading🤞

I don't understand why people hate on Kamila, she's always been the dream lover for Lith (or anyone else really) despite her social standing/lack of power and her reaction to Solus seems sensible like what did she do to you

So many things just happened in todays chapters. full stop. I read silently, emersing myself in events. reading the single line about the intruder entering kamilas house was the first time I have ever been broken from that silence by the words I was reading. I would also like to update my suspicions on who the killer is. at this point in time I cannot decide who better fits th MO. Derius is an arch mage and has it out for pretty much everyone, and by killing those close to lith he is inflicting the same pain he suffered losing his son back upon lith. hes also in a position to know much of the information to hit lith where it hurts most. the second option and the one I hope is the case is meln and night. melns an idiot and might attempt to take kamila for himself which might save her life long enough for it to matter. In either case, its possible that undeath may be forced upon kamila if possible to ensure her obediance, that or a slave item. in either case she would be safe for now but may die at an even more painful time. I very much love the relationship that kamila and lith share and think they will get past this point if allowed, so im just praying for every second they can get to bridge the distance. ill start praying for kamilas survival past that point when we get there, but for now this wait is agony. Exceptional work as always legion, I cant look away!
