Webnovel is full of a lot of mediocre and copy paste stories. Occasionally you will find a diamond in the rough, but sometimes you find a brilliant polished gem. There are some great books on here that had great potential and their author grew in skill to relize their potential. But from the start Shadow Slaveâs Author was incredibly skilled. From the very beginning this story is chock full of immaculate character design, world building, creative ideas, and dialogue. Sunny and the cast of characters are so lifelike and emotionaly diverse. The characterization and emotional growth between the main characters in the first arc is insanely detailed and interesting to read. The world these characters reside in feels so lived in and complex. The way the power system works is endlessly creative. And somehow, even after 1000 chapters there has not been a single boring arc, I canât think of a SINGLE boring or filler chapter. I love this book to death. It has taken my spot as favorite Webnovel from Supreme magus. I canât wait for thousands more chapters of Sunny misadventures! Down with the supremes!
Iâve havenât been much of a sports fan since I was much younger, and Iâve never been into football/soccer, but this book reignited my passion for sports. The author has somehow managed to distil the blood pumping, heart racing feeling of watching an amazing play in an intense game into written format. The amazing descriptions of the play, the authentic announcer reactions, the roaring crowd, the celebrations, it all fits so well. On top of that you have characters that feel real, especially Zachary. He is a young man with a lot of trauma that can get to caught up in his ambitions and forget those around him, but he is slowly maturing and becoming a more caring person. I just hope his current relationship can stay together after the latest incident. She is such a wonderful character and I donât like seeing her hurt. Keep it coming!
