Reviews of Broly The Saiyan of Legend!

To be honest, I have no idea why this is rated so high. It's basically a normal cultivation fic disguised as a DB fanfic. The writing quality is fine, it isn't ground-breaking or anything, though one thing I did notice is the pacing of the first ten chapters(I haven't read past that point), which is incredibly off. And when I said incredibly, I do mean it. In 7 chapters, the author gave us two time-skips and some vague lines about MC merging his seperate personalities, we never got an explanation as to how his personalities got so ****ed up or how me merged the three, we're just supposed to believe some dude with no training somehow managed to fix his mental problems all by himself. If you watch DB, you'll know that Broly's anger problem is not something easily fixed. OG Broly has got decades to mellow out his personality in DB: Super Broly and he still wasn't able to snap out of his enraged state, then how much chance does a normal guy from Earth stand? And MC's personality is just horrid. It's like the author can't decide between ruthless and indifferent, explosive and stupid, or childish and naive so he just gave MC traits of all three. In the first few chapters, when Planet Vegeta is being destroyed, apparently it ripped reality apart and sent MC to fucking cloud-dimension or some ****(At this point, I realised I'd been duped into reading another one of those cultivation disguised as DB fic), but I thought 'Hey, let's keep reading, who knows? The author might just surprise me by subverting my expectations'. Spoiler: He didn't. So around seven chapters in, we're introduced to Gine- Goku's mother, who's supposed to be dead as established in DBS: Broly(There were only around six to seven survivors of Planet Vegeta), but whatever I guess. It's an alternate universe, who cares. Then came the city, which has a 'City Lord', which makes no sense because he's said to be the strongest on the planet, why the hell would he be a city lord? And why hasn't Frieza killed him yet. Guy has got 50 millions PL. Given enough time he can be a real threat to Frieza's reign and given Frieza's personality, I doubt he'd let such a threat be. And talking about threats, how did the saiyans survive? Frieza is not one to do stuff half-hearted, if he knew they were alive, he'd have murdered them all. And don't give me that bull**** about them escaping in middle of the explosion, that's bull**** and you know it. And our endearing MC. Why is he so weak? Broly has always been OP, he has no Godly training, no God Ki and he fucking kicked SSGB Goku and Vegeta's asses. Even non-canon Broly was able to completely fucking decimate four Super Saiyans and a Super Namekian and he was purposely supressed by his father with a mind-control device and I'm supposed to believe he got bitten by a wolf? And your logic makes no sense. You use Roshi and Krillin as examples for gravity training, but didn't take into factor that the Saiyan race was so powerful because of their high gravity world. It's literally stated repeatedly throughout the anime and the official guidebook. And then there's the energy crystal, and before we know it Broly is going to meditate for years like a fucking hermit to absorb herbs and ****. Wtf? I'm here to read about DB, not some ****ty cultivation fics. If I want that, I'd go pick one somewhere else. And wtf is up with chinese and their obsession with calling themselves 'father'? I don't know about chinese, but that's not a legitimate insult in English, and it makes you sound retarded. Don't even get me started with that lack of description. I came here to see hard Power-Leveling, MC using training method he remembered from his past life, but that also doesn't work out because of nerf and ****. I was promised a DB fic, instead I got a generic chinese cultivation fic that disregarded many of DB laws, has logic that makes no sense and OP MC who's nerfed for plot's sake. It's just fucking disappointing mate.

Damn, the Author really knows how to describe everything, i can imagine the whole scenario, the Protagonist growing, explanations about energies like LifeForce and stuff, the character improving and analysing, not the typical dumb protagonist....

For the fan of dbz especially broly's fan in this story you can see a real legendary super saiyan fight and training again and again the author seem to realy respect the saiyans race "warriors race" no harem **** juste a pure tribute too the legendary super saiyans broly. A big thank you to the author for this gift

At first i kinda Like it but now i cant read you make harem its not readable every chapter some stupid *** chaps its just became disgusting there isnt related broly anymore i suggest all of you dont read waste of time!!!

Author here! Don't know why I never did a review, but better late than never, I guess. This is the first novel I ever wrote, so I won't say that the characters, worldbuilding or story in general is something well written. Speaking of well written, my grammar is lacking, compared to other original authors, you find on this website, however, I try my best to edit them. I tested out some things by making the story not follow the Dragon Ball storyline. Most of the time I try to create something new and explore the multiverse of the Dragon Ball series. There are some interactions between Broly and the main cast, but it is mostly about Broly's way to the top and what he experiences on the way. I also wrote some explicit *** scenes but after a few times of writing them, I realized that it isn't something I want to write. It obviously isn't even close to the best fan fiction out there, but I still hope you can enjoy this little story I made up. Yours sincerely, Draugzel.

Just write novel Good going Keep working hard Don't drop You should know success always come slowly but definitely. Try to give a bundle of chapters directly I hope it's a good read Well but summary and title are cool.

All In all I think this is a solid Fic. Now I wouldn't call this special but it has a certain charm because it deviates from the plot in the way it does. I'm a bit confused however due to the nature of the time passage. Sometimes I think the MC was ten years old, other times I think MC is 15, and then he is three to four years old. Maybe I'm reading too fast and could be confusing myself but that's a thing for me. Besides that I'm also somewhat skeptical of MC power growth, not of how fast it is but the contrary how slow it is. The guy is Broly the freaking Legendary Super Saiyan, if Saiyans are a blessed combat race then the Legendary Super Saiyan is like the ultimate supreme Saiyan and by all rights should grow faster than he is specially considering he is in a planet with greater gravity than his and moreover constantly fighting powerful beings. Well overall my opinion is that the story is a mid 4 stars, not quite 5 but not quite 3. Here's hoping the story remains functional till it's conclusion.

Well if other want to see Goku Vegeta and all the stuff happens in anime Then you will be sorry This one is a new story with new people and new plot at least up to now Well this was not what I was searching So I m dropping Maybe other would like it Great story by the way don't drop it.

Although this book isn't a flawless masterpiece, I still would say it's easily within the top 3 of my personal favorites in this entire website. If you're looking down at the reviews trying to decide if this is worth a read than look no further my friend, for I've not regretted even a second of the time I spent reading this awesome adventure. If you give this book a chance I'm confident you won't regret it either, or your money back guaranteed!

This fic is TRASH. 1. Misleading title, the mc is not broly just some random saiyan 2. The setting is not even dbz universe it some chinese cultivation world. 3. Too much nonsense chapter.

Probably the weirdest DBZ fan-fic out there...Instead of working out and increasing his power, Broly decided to snort in some herb and enter seclusion...like seriously...can anyone imagine Broly sitting in the same spot and doing this stuff-_-Chinese Broly...maybe?

The story itself isnt that bad but simply thé fact that a 3yo is 1m80 and have a few million powerlevel is ridiculous, and thé start is pretty stupid too, MC get reincarnated and his first reaction is i have a tail i must be a sayan ! Could have been so much more

History of Dragon Ball Z perfect in my view! Just keep up the great work as you write this story! Best lead character, you've created a Broly of total respect! So the legendary Super Sayajin should have been in history, a strong guy with the charisma and intelligence of a Leader, as well as powerful and able to grow to infinite levels! Best Character! Original characters very well worked and developed, each with its own personality in perfect sync with the story ... Perfect too!

So far the author has done an excellent job in portraying of Brolyies personality. Lovin the original plot so far and am excited to see how you will link this plot to the dbz/super cannon.

i only read the first chapter but tge fact thats its broly and that you have decent grammer already made me want to write a review and im not too deep into the story yet but i hope for the best and that you don't drop it as it seems to happen to many of my favorite original novels😁
