OK you clearly have brain damage. Firstly, learn to use punctuations; it's not hard and it allows other to understand what you are saying. Second, no. In the anime they were able to do so because it was a private matter and it was worth the risk. Here there is nothing to gain, they will not gain an eye nor will they receive anything substantial. Doing something privately like the kidnapping can cause trouble, but of they purposely do it openly like here then it basically an insult to the village "You have no power so we will just take it openly with everyone watching". This is politics my guy, there is a big difference to doing something under the table against doing it openly. Also, next time you respond, at least put your text in chatgpt or grammarly so it can be read, your writing is barely comprehensible.
