Im starting to not like this anymore antony has been born for what 2 years? His pets and the colony less time than that. Logicaly he should not even stand a chance against someone like a legionary of the deep who has been training his whole life fighting monsters non stop. Yet he does. Also even tho the collony can replace their numbers quickly the newborns are tier one ants ant they don’t have the skills or the experiance the lost collony members had. Its called war exhaustion the author ignored this totally. At this point it feels like plot armor.
