The dynamic describe by Exlor make me think about my own parents. My mom was always in charge of education while dad was playing with us. So today mom feels like we love our dad more than her. Which isn't true, we love them differently however with enormous gratitude toward mom for her effort. I am guessing Gloriana may face such a situation eventually if she always push her daughter toward performance and education while Ves focus on her happiness.
