Exlor
Oh, I just realised. The time for Ves to leave the Komodo Star Sector is coming up soon. I'm actually kind of sad about it. Since, everything that the book built up about lore and factions will soon be over. Hopefully the Majestic Teal & Violent Mountain sectors will be just as entertaining to read about. Regardless, thank you for another great chapter and have a nice day Exlor.
Damn Ves, Masters Olson and Katzenberg have become your companies nemesis with O-K Alloy anf their motion energy. Such a cheap solution to crippling LMC premium Mechs everywhere as this technology can be exported to other sectors the Larkenson Expedition travels. The fact that so many effective solutions have been created in such a short time is going to have a large affect on sales. While I suggest monopoly of Virma Steel and Fahae-33 exotics as the short term solution, its a good thing your company is moving toward promoting your Mech’s glows as stimulus for Pilot advancing. Thus opponents of your glows will meet the ire of every Mech Pilot in the galaxy and every organization and government that supports them… so basically everyone. Until then, Raymond and Gavin are going to have to pull out all the stops convincing customers to pay premium prices for Mechs that can be rendered common place so cheaply.
He may need to get his hands on the OK-metal see if it has spiritual aspects or not. opportunitys always helps with understanding of his power to exploit his master teaching moments to his advantage. Must remember that adversity pushes and motivates the driven to higher achievements. simple solution to problems can be had if looking at it in different perspectives.
I am curious to see Ves answers to the many counters. It's tempting to react to what he sees by trying to fight the many Masters. As I see it, Ves should move forward instead of remaining stuck in the same place. Which is what trying to solve all the Masters works would be. Somehow, it's what the Blessed Squires did to the Friday Coalition. Everyone focused on the one problem, Ves. Obviously, the Miracle Couple can't ignore everything that is done to their work but they should rather grow in a different direction. Probably "Life" instead of "Glow", it's the future for Ves anyway. Maybe "Will" could address the motion energy issues and turn the glow back on in seconds rather than 10 minutes.
Not sure why Ves is suddenly so eager for the Hegemony to win the war. I get that he dislikes the Coalition and that his mom is tied to the Hegemony, but I got the feeling that he didn't want the Hegemony spreading their unique brand of crazy either, so wouldn't he be better served just keeping a balance between the two?
