I think it is reasonable enough to think self defense isn't a crime. It is a crime in most countries if the defender chase and kill the offender because that wasn't self defence .

What Gloriana did was a good marketing move. Certain info isn't for public and could only be said behind close door. Furthermore to market a niche product that had unusual benefit, the info need to be spread to right person and in certain way that didn't backfires LMC. Ves last product that use Lufa property fail to catch on because it doesn't have a push behind it. If he cooperate with MTA that highlight the healing property of the mech, it would be success but since it has no push from authority/celebrities, it is hard to market a niche product.
