At this very moment, the room was being surrounded with fairy golden lights floating around especially towards the hospital bed, as if being attracted to a rare treasure, the golden light flicker once it touch the asleep person on the bed.

The person laid on the bed motionless, his pale skin looks radiant against the golden light. But if one look closely, they will see the painful scars across every part of his body making him look vulnerable and pitiful. Those long eyelashes would quiver as if recalling bad memories, fist-clenching at his side, chest heave up and down and suddenly his eyes shot open.

Those dark, bottomless eyes stare blankly onto the white ceiling totally ignoring the tear sliding down his cheek. Those breathtaking appearance couple with the hospital white gown really make him look like a fairy, especially being surrounded by the golden lights only make him appear more beautiful and magical.

But even upon seeing these weird lights surrounding him, Xu Yang remain completely unbothered, his body stay motionless except for those dark eyes blinking. The room was so quiet, only the sound of steady breathing can be heard. Overall, it was truly depressing and sad but this is nothing compared to what he has been through. At least things are peaceful now, though he prefer if he won't be able to wake up at all. But no matter how many times he went to sleep and wake up, he was still alive.

One of the golden light went up to his cheek, even wiping his tear as if comforting him but Xu Yang continue to stay quiet as his face remained stoic. Suddenly the golden light flickers repeatedly before gathering together in the middle of the room forming a huge golden light in a human shape. The light was blindly bright before it suddenly disappear and instead, appear a middle-aged man in a butler outfit. The man pushed up his gold-rimmed glasses, kneel down one knee in front of the hospital bed, his right hand on his chest as he bow down.

"Your Highness." a mature voice sound out, a trace of sadness in his voice. The man continue to bow, but no matter how long he wait there was no response. "Your highness can blame this lowly servant for keeping you waiting for so long...i- truly is very incompetent." the man finally look up but Xu Yang who seem to be awake just before, closed his eyes again, going back to sleep.

"This...." even he, a Royal System, was pretty much clueless at this moment as he was not sure what to do. The man hesitated for a second before standing up, pull out a silk handkerchief and proceed to move closer to the bed so he could wipe the tear stain on his highness's cheek but before he could do so, it was like the lifeless person on the bed got injected with chicken blood, his dark eyes shot open once again in alert as his pale slander hand full of scars grip tightly onto the butler's wrist.

His moves was powerful and quick startling the butler. Xu Yang finally stared at the man with a frown as he released his wrist, it was his reflex. He hate being touched. "Don't touch me." a deep raspy voice sound out as he warned the middle-aged man in front of him with clear disdain in his voice. But instead, the Royal System was being saddened by this, for His Highness to act like this shows just how deep his trauma is, he couldn't help but blame his incompetent, if he ....no they can't turn back time. There's no time to regret this.

The butler immediately step back as he bow once again, "My apologies, Your Highness. I wanted to wipe your tear." His appearance coupling with the butler outfit really make him looks like those European butlers in TV Drama, really dreamy and handsome, exuding an older male charm.

Although Xu Yang has been quiet, he was secretly observing everything and no matter how questioning this situation is, from his life experience and suffering till now, he has learned to adapt quite well. "Just let me rest for a bit." Xu Yang finally respond amidst the man's pitying eyes looking at him as he laid down, going back to sleep.

The Royal System continue to stand there observing Xu Yang until he fall asleep before waving his hand, summoning a few golden lights so it could release a calming effect towards his highness who's currently resting. The calming effect seems to work as the frown on Xu Yang forehead disappear, the fist gripping tightly at his side release slowly as only the sound of steady breathing can be heard.

As much as he would love to watch his highness sleep peacefully like this, he couldn't ignore the rapid footsteps slowly approaching them. He frowned as the gentle expression he used to talk to Xu Yang before suddenly disappear, instead, replaced with an ominous expression. With another wave of his hand, more golden lights appear as it gathers and wrap itself around Xu Yang, the light shine brightly before the person asleep on the bed disappear out of thin air. The room now remain empty except The Royal System as he calmly wait for the intruders to arrive. Meanwhile, in the system space, the golden lights brought in the asleep person. The calming effects seem to work quite well as Xu Yang was deeply asleep, for the first time, there was no nightmare bothering him.

The system space was decorated in luxurious European themes, every item was ancient crafts in gold shining brightly, especially the gorgeous king throne in the middle of the room adorned with precious gems and designs was so eye-catching, one couldn't help but stare in awe.

The golden lights flash repeatedly as if talking to each other to confirm something before settling to put the asleep person carefully and gently on the King-sized bed, tucking Xu Yang in nicely.

Soon the butler appeared, his handsome attire covered in blood as his vicious expression soften looking at the asleep person on the bed. With a wave of his hand, the blood-covered suit was replaced with a new black suit, recovering his usual gentle and professional appearance.

Just like that, Xu Yang continue to sleep for a few more hours before he woke up, long eyelashes created a small shadow on his cheeks as he licked his dry red lip moistening to make it a deeper red. His usual tired and sore body became rather refreshed and energized.

It was the first time he woke up in a good mood so, despite the foreign surrounding, he doesn't seem to question too much. That, however, didn't stop his dark eyes from flashing dangerously with a dark glint as he observe everything.

"Water," he muttered out feeling uncomfortable with his dry throat and hoarse voice. The butler was even happier to serve his highness as a glass of water appear out of nowhere, floating towards Xu Yang.

Although feeling a little confused, Xu Yang accept and sip the water calmly, his dark eyes would stare at the butler from time to time, accessing him. The Royal System feel like something pierced through his nonexistent heart with that stare, in his eyes, His highness is too pitiful he really want to beat up a few more bastards to calm down his anger.

"Who are you?" Xu Yang finally asked after putting the glass of water aside, but it suddenly disappear again after leaving his hand. Although his eyes remain indifferent and cold, there was a trace of vigilance, his fist clench tightly at his side.

Before the butler could feel even more pain looking at his highness like this, he decided to just explain the situation. "Your highness.... this servant will transfer the memory to you, then you will understand." With an apologetic voice, the butler wave his hand again as a sharp pain pierced through Xu Yang's head, catching him off guard.

After a graceful bow, he lift his head up looking at Xu Yang for his reaction.

"En." Xu Yang smiled softly, his dark eyes now clear and beautiful after finding out about his past, there was no vigilance or stiffness, just calm and peaceful. The butler was greatly relieved by this.

After accepting the memories, he revived his original Lord God temperament again as he stood up and calmly walking towards the king throne, he sat there beautifully with his leg crossed, lazy but noble as his fingers play with a few golden lights floating around.

The butler smiled as he stood near the throne watching over his highness's soft smile and finally feel like everything can come back to normal again. "There are a few works prepared for you, Your Highness. Would you like to take a look?" Xu Yang squinted his eyes slightly at the question. That's right, although the punishment time is over, that doesn't mean he get to stay idle as he got works to do.

Xu Yang hummed lightly as he nodded, "I will take one task for now, Sil." Sil was the butler's name when he first created the system himself, The Royal System was so happy to hear his nickname he thought he was in cloud nine thus he became even more enthusiastic.

"Of course." The butler responded happily as he wave his hand, suddenly a hologram screen appeared showing the first task information.
