3. Half-Moon Twist: Stand up with your right foot in front and your left foot behind. Leaning forward, shift your weight to your right foot, lift your left foot up and kick back with your heel, and tap your fingertips on the ground. Inhale and stretch the spine. Control the hips and turn the body to the right. Point your left hand on the ground and raise your right arm. Turn your head and look between your fingers. Turn the spine fully. After maintaining 5 - 8 breaths, change sides and practice.
4. Downward Dog Form: Starting from the Half Moon Twisting Form, support the ground with both hands and pull your feet back. Both hands are the same width as your shoulders. The web between your thumb and forefinger compacts the ground. Push the ground with your hands and extend your back. Spread your armpits. Push your ischium back up. Push your thighs back. Straighten your knees. Step your heels down. Raise your lower abdomen. Maintain 5 - 8 breaths.
5. Reverse riding stretching: step forward with your right foot from the downward dog pose, with the left calf instep on the ground, open your hips, inhale straight up your spine, raise your left arm, exhale and bend your left knee, find your buttocks with your heel, grab your left foot with your right hand, turn your head to look behind, and change sides after 5 - 8 breaths.
6. Garland pose: squat, feet and hip width, toes abduction, knees open to block the side waist, hands in front of the chest, arms against the inner side of the knees, inhale the spine up, exhale the buttocks down, maintain 5 - 8 breaths.
7. Sitting posture, spine twist: Sit and bend your knees, put your left foot on the outside of your right hip, and put your right foot on the outside of your left hip. Inhale to extend your spine, exhale and twist your body to the right, touch the ground behind your hip with your right hand, and support your right thigh with your left hand. Fully twist your spine and press your ischium evenly on the ground. After 5 - 8 breaths, change sides.
8. Cow Face Style: Sit and bend your knees, place your left foot on the outside of your right hip and press your instep against the ground, your right leg around your left leg, and your right foot on the outside of your left hip. Inhale and straighten your spine upwards, raise your left arm and bend your elbow and forearm backward, put your left hand on your back, bend your right arm backward and cross your left hand behind your elbow, move your upper arm closer to the midline, and clamp your shoulder blade inward. Maintain 5 - 8 breaths before changing sides.
9. Lying on his back, grab the big toe with his hand: Lying on his back, straighten his right leg, bend his left knee, hook his big toe with his left hand, inhale to extend his spine, hold his right hip with his right hand, exhale and straighten his left leg, pull it up to his chest, relax his shoulders and keep his hips in the middle, and change sides after 5 - 8 breaths.
