Dorm Guard: the man or woman dedicated to the protection/guardship within a dorm. * Landon Becks is a sports scholarship student at White Winter Prep, with only one duty: guard the students in his dorm. This duty is more easily said than done, because High School is not always kind to disabled students, and none of the students in his dorm fit the criteria of ordinary. With a blind artist, a deaf dancer and her translator, a self-proclaimed Princess of Pastries, a stubborn paraplegic girl, a mute prodigy and son and daughter of a potential mobster, it's not long before he realises it's not just inside the school he must protect his dormmates from. A story of High School drama, suspense, romance and family. Am aware the grammar isn't brilliant, would just love an opinion on the story and characters.

Alex Collins arrives at Hawthorne University expecting a fresh start, only to find herself caught in a housing mix-up that lands her in an all-male dorm and directly across from Rowan Hale—the quiet, guarded roommate who wants nothing to do with anyone, especially her. Cold at first glance and distant by choice, Rowan has built his life around keeping people at arm’s length, convinced that getting close only leads to loss. But Alex refuses to be invisible. What begins as awkward cohabitation turns into reluctant understanding, then into something neither of them knows how to name. As rumors spread across campus, tensions rise, and people from Rowan’s past reappear, both are forced to confront truths they’ve been avoiding: about trust, about timing, and about what it means to stay when everything in them says to run. Lena, a figure from Rowan’s past, returns with questions neither of them are ready for, forcing cracks in the fragile connection forming between Alex and Rowan. Jealousy, miscommunication, and emotional walls threaten to pull them apart just as they start to build something real. At its core, Room 214 is about connection that shouldn’t work—but does anyway. It explores what happens when two people who are both afraid of being left behind decide, slowly and imperfectly, to choose each other anyway. Some rooms are temporary. Room 214 wasn’t.

[Irresistible MC + Farming & Entrepreneurship + Strong Female Lead + Cute Baby + Love Rivalry + Farming System + Male Competition] Deng Yuyuan wakes up to find she has transmigrated into a period novel about a "pampered group darling" — as the biological mother of the vicious female villain. The female villain has a biased grandmother, a mooching uncle and his family, a blindly filial father, and a spineless mother. She was a small-time thief as a child. As an adult, she committed every kind of evil — constantly framing the female lead — and ultimately met a miserable end. The female lead is the only daughter in another family, doted on by her older brothers. The villain targeted her out of pure jealousy. And now, Deng Yuyuan has become that villain's cowardly mother — and the villain herself is currently just an ugly, wrinkly-faced infant. The blindly filial father loves his wife, but gives all the good things to his own mother. He says to his starving wife and daughter: "Xiao Yuan, come drink some water. I specially heated it for you." Deng Yuyuan looks at her own bony frame and her tiny child — and decides to get a divorce. Goodbye, useless husband. She's going to raise this little cub with an abundance of money and love. No way she'll go astray this time. Lost one husband, gained a crowd of suitors. A beautiful sent-down youth coveted by many — she knows some self-defense and burns the midnight oil studying. With the reinstatement of the college entrance exams, she takes her child toward a much wider world. Riding the wave of the times, Deng Yuyuan works her way up to become a gaming tycoon and a cutting-edge scientist... Except — why are so many men fighting to be her cub's stepfather?
