Why is modern poetry getting more and more difficult?
The main reasons why modern poetry was becoming more and more difficult to understand were as follows:
- ** Express purpose and value **: The core value of an article, including a poem, lies in clearly expressing the meaning and theme to achieve communication. However, after modern poetry abandoned rhyme and used vernacular writing, some works paid too much attention to the construction of emotional expression methods, resulting in twists and turns, obscure output methods, which made it difficult for readers to understand the content they wanted to convey.
- ** Author's Intent **: Some poets place too much emphasis on the uniqueness of their personal feelings and deliberately use complicated words to make it difficult for the readers to understand. They may not even want the readers to truly understand their works.
As for the English composition section, the document did not mention anything about the increasing difficulty of modern poetry, so it was impossible to answer accurately.
