Because the cause of this incident is supernatural, Liu can rely only on herself when that thing comes back to haunt her. She therefore runs away on her own and begins a journey in search of power to resist that thing and to try to bring her grandparents back.

English writing tutor Steve Smith only has two more semesters to graduate from Vermillion College in California. Then he hopes to get a top-paying job writing copy for a tech firm.
