tony robbins tell yourself a different story
What does Tony Robbins mean by 'Tell Yourself a Different Story'?
When Tony Robbins says 'Tell Yourself a Different Story', he's getting at the power of our thoughts. Our thoughts create our reality to a large extent. If we're constantly telling ourselves stories that are disempowering, we'll act in ways that confirm those stories. But if we start to tell a more empowering story, it can completely shift our behavior. Let's say you're trying to get fit but you keep thinking 'I'm too lazy to exercise'. If you change that story to 'I'm committed to my health and I can find ways to be more active', it can lead to different actions and ultimately a different outcome.
