Sure. One time I was a mystery shopper at a fast - food place. I ordered a burger and when it came, there was a huge dollop of ketchup in the middle of the bun, like a ketchup volcano. The staff just stared at me when I pointed it out, completely clueless. It was both funny and a bit concerning for the store's service quality.

A friend of mine was a mystery shopper at a hotel. She checked in and requested extra towels and a special pillow. The staff brought her not only the extra towels and pillow but also a whole bunch of other random things like a box of chocolates, a teddy bear, and a bottle of champagne. They thought she was some sort of VIP mystery shopper. My friend had a great laugh about it.

A memorable one was when a group of teenagers decided to have a mini - fashion show in the middle of the mall using the clothes from a clearance rack. They were posing and walking the 'runway' while the store clerks just watched in amusement.
