The Auspicious Nights

The Auspicious Nights

WFP#37 BRONZE WINNER COMPLETED # UNDER EDITING It was a bright and sunny day. Okay. Sorry about that. It was not a bright and sunny day rather a dark and stormy night even worse was the pelting heavy rain that beat onto earth with a fury enough to rival the battle of the Greek gods. The stars that had originally decorated the sky during the earlier part of the night were no longer visible. The full moon whose brightness had outshone the twinkling stars was now pitifully hiding behind the heavy dark cloud. If one could understand the language of nature, its terrified cry of sorrow could be heard. In the middle of a forest stood a majestic castle whose architecture outshone every other thing that existed near and far from it for almost a hundred miles. This was the castle that no one had access to except the owners who were made up of a small family of six. As the rain fell with an increase in speed every second that passed by, a slender figure could be seen lying in the center of a humongous bed. The slender finger could be seen tugging at the duvet trying to disappear within its warmth. Long brown curly hair was spread neatly on the pillow as the small face disappeared under the heavy purple duvet. A few minutes passed by with the slender body sleeping peacefully without any disturbance. When the clock struck midnight, everything began to change. The once majestic castle that shone brightly was shrouded by a thick and heavy fog such that it became invisible to ordinary eyes. .......@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@........ One stormy night changed her fate forever. She was initiated into a world she knew nothing about. Zamarad woke up feeling strange but paid no heed to it. Don't touch her, she is my Queen! Come closer baby, you are mine. Zamarad! Wait for me! You shall carry my offspring. Wait until I conquer you, heart, body, and soul. No... please let me go! I don't want to be a part of your world! She cried. Her bulging stomach was evidence of how real everything was! Will she accept her fate? NIGHTS OF HALLOW

NIGHTS OF HALLOW

~•No Escape•~ "Are you running away from me, my sweet girl" spoke a voice in the hallway that made her stop in her tracks. The hallway had turned dark with only the wall lamps that burned brightly casting the shadow of the man on the floor as he slowly emerged from the other end. "What are you doing here, your majesty," She said and bowed immediately as she saw him approach her with slow but steady steps. "You haven't answered me, sweet" The man said with a sweet smile that made her wary and he heard the way her heart skipped a beat. He stood before her and used his index finger to raise her chin. He tilted his head as he gazed into her green eyes that looked back at him with fear. He took a step forward closing the distance between them and his eyes narrowed when she took a step back, but that didn't stop him from cornering her. "Did you think you can escape from me?" He continued to question and she didn't miss the mockery behind his words. "I…I" she felt her words tied to her tongue because of the man's daunting aura. She felt him trace her forehead with his finger down to her jaw. He continued moving his hand down to her neck and to the top of her swell and her thudding heart hitched when his hand continued to stay there. "Did you think you can escape from me?" He bent towards her as he spoke. His breath fell on her neck which sent a jolt that traveled down her body. "I told you, you're tied to me and me to you" _______________________ Perdita Kartar was a winsome yet strange young lady. She had an appealing beauty with her green eyes that invoked and impelled anyone who gazed into them. She had fooled her villagers so she could live and protect herself and her remaining family from the night creatures and also humans. She had lived in the village since she was little, and over the years, she had been discreet with each move she made. Unfortunately, things didn't go as she planned. Despite her cautious decorum and fight to stay out of sight, a pair of glacial red eyes falls on her, which followed and refused to leave her out of sight.

My Persian Empire

My Persian Empire

In the chaos of a modern war, Professor Kourosh, a historian obsessed with ancient Persia, meets an untimely end. But his story is just beginning. He is reborn as the infant "Cyrus" in antiquity, on the very cusp of the Achaemenid Empire's rise, with his 21st-century knowledge and a perfect memory intact. Armed with this unique advantage, can a modern mind not only survive in the ancient world but build an empire to surpass its legendary namesake? This epic novel is a journey into alternate history, where Cyrus unleashes unprecedented innovations. From inventing a new Persian script, paper, and soap in his childhood to revolutionizing the army with doctrines inspired by Sun Tzu, Roman principles, and modern military science. He rebuilds the systems of governance and justice with principles of human rights and reason, fosters the theoretical and experimental sciences, and builds an infrastructure beyond the imagination of the era. His goal is not mere conquest, but to forge a civilization founded on justice, tolerance, and progress—an empire strong enough to last a thousand years and avoid its historical fate at the hands of Alexander the Great. "My Persian Empire" is the story of an attempt to create an ancient utopia, a world where extreme nationalism gives way to mutual understanding and coexistence, and where the great civilizations of the world, from Rome and Greece to India and China, learn from Persia's progress. This thrilling tale will take you to the heart of strategic battles, courtly intrigue, and scientific and cultural revolutions, showing how one leader with modern vision can not only rewrite history but leave an eternal legacy for humanity. Author's Note Hello to my dear companions! I am proud to present to you my first novel, "My Persian Empire." This work is the result of my years of interest in kingdom-building web-novels and the glorious history of Iran. In creating this novel, I have utilized the capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI)—particularly models like Gemini 2.5 Flash or Grok 3—to be able to create a rich and detailed story. However, I must emphasize that every idea and every plotline has been under my complete and direct management and supervision. Artificial intelligence has been a powerful tool in my hands to turn my dream into reality, but the soul, thought, and human creativity of this work are my own. I know that as a novice writer, there may be flaws in my work, but I have created it with all my being for you, and I hope you enjoy this historical-fictional journey. Your support and feedback will be my greatest motivation to continue this path and create the next volumes. With many thanks for your companionship.

The dark burgundy eyes glinted under the cover of the shadow cast by the yellow lamp and the eyes flicker like another flame along the darkness. This man just witnessed an intimate exchange between a maid and the Crown Prince. The man steps out of the darkness and she gasped quietly. It was no normal man but the younger son of the King, and brother to her lover— Prince Demian. Better known as the Demon Prince for his tumultuous temper among the golden walls of the castle. "Don't mind me, darling" He ran a rugged hand through his hair, casting light along the black markings of wings— angel wings, that ran along his left side. His eyes glinted when he continued, "I am just a good ol' voyeur spying on my brother's sins." ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Disclaimer: Cover is taken from Pinterest. The latest Persian cat novel
The following are some novels with Persian cat plots: - In a short novel, Old Wang bought a Persian cat. It was snow-white and had round, bright eyes. Lao Wang kept it in a delicate cage. Although the Persian cat adapted well at first, it grew up and became irritable due to the lack of exercise, the shrinking space, and the maturity of its physiological functions. Lao Wang believed that cats in cages could prevent them from freezing and starving like stray cats. However, this unnatural way of raising cats eventually caused many problems. His newlywed wife was scratched by a cat and let the Persian cat go, which led to a conflict between husband and wife. - There was also a novel that mentioned that Su Xizhu had a Persian cat called Little White. It had snow-white fur and a pair of blue and green eyes. It had a tsundere personality and was very cold to everyone except Su Xizhu. - In "Persian Cats and the Clone World (Clone Series 2)", there was a purebred Persian cat named Tom. His eyes were blue and green, and his body was covered in white fur. It played with its little master in the "Smart Home" mansion. The little master would throw a remote control ball for it to pounce on. It could identify the color of the ball that the little master wanted and pounce on the correct ball. It would also be rewarded with cat biscuits. The little girl was very talented and had even won an award for drawing a Persian cat. Read more exciting novels for free

Sassanid Persian
Sassanid Persia was also known as the Sassanid Dynasty (224 - 651), also known as the Second Persian Empire. It was the last Persian Empire in the pre-Muslim period. Before it was established, the Parthia Empire declined, and Ardasil I established the Sassanid Dynasty. The Sassanid Dynasty ruled over areas such as present-day iran, afghanistana, Iraq, Syria, the Caucasus, southwestern Central Asia, parts of turkey, parts of the Arabian Peninsula coast, the Persian Gulf, southwestern Pakistan, and so on. It was known locally as Eranshahr, which meant the Aryan Empire in Middle Persian. The Sassanid Dynasty aroused the self-esteem of the Persian people and restored Zoroastrianism as the national religion. At that time, according to the teachings of the religion, men and women were equal. For example, women could also become kings. The Sassanids had also organized a cavalry force that wore heavy armor. The Persian Sassanid cavalry was the main force when the Sassanid Dynasty dominated Central Asia. The cultural influence of the Sassanid Dynasty was extremely great. Its influence spread throughout Western Europe, Africa, China, and India, and played a significant role in the formation of medieval art in Europe and Asia. The Sassanid Dynasty in the late classical era was considered one of the most important and influential historical periods in iran or persia. It greatly influenced Roman culture. Later, due to the invasion of the Arabian Empire, Isiqi III was forced to flee, and the Sassanid Dynasty perished. Persian relic cup
The following is some content related to Persian cultural relics: - ** Laitong cup **: The word laitong originated from Greek, meaning "flowing out". The Laitong Cup was on display at the "Bright Persian-Persian Cultural Relics Exhibition", and the Golden Lion Laitong Cup was the star exhibit. The Laitong cup had a variety of shapes, including the shape of an animal horn, the shape of an animal head, the shape of a human head, and the shape of an animal. It was widely spread in Greek civilization and influenced civilizations in the Mediterranean region, Central Asia, and Persia. In the West, drinking from a cup was a form of respect to the gods, and it was believed to have anti-poisoning properties. There was a drainage hole at the bottom of the cup, and the wine flowed out of the hole and into the mouth of the drinker. After entering China, the local Laitong cup did not have a drainage hole and was mostly made of porcelain. - ** Persian glass cup **: The Persian glass cup that appeared in the "Silk Road Sail Far-Nine Cities Cultural Relics Exhibition on the Silk Road" was made of soda lime glass with a grinding process. The cup was yellow in color and had a thin wall. There was a circle of petals and oval patterns on the cup's belly, which made it look very exotic. The cup was unearthed in the Eastern Jin Dynasty tomb in Xiangshan, Nanjing. Experts verified that it was an imported product from the Sassanid Dynasty of Persia. At that time, only prominent officials and nobles could use it. - ** Sassandovic Long Cup **: From the 3rd century to the 8th century, the Sassandovic Long Cup was popular in the highlands of iran. This cup was long and oval in shape, and the walls were multi-petal shaped. Most of them were eight or twelve curves. The mouth and body of the cup were curved like a blooming flower. The shape of this cup was imitated and modified by the craftsmen of the Tang Dynasty. After the 9th century, the most common multi-curved long cup was the four-curved long cup, and the foot was raised. The Capricorn pattern crabapple shaped golden cup was the representative of this kind of long cup. Its shape originated from the Sassanid multi-curved long cup. In the center of the cup, there was a Capricorn playing in the water. The inner wall and mouth of the cup had a variety of decorative patterns. Read more exciting novels for free
