The Primordial Dao in the 'Taiqing Primordial Dao Scripture' was Grand Supreme Elder's supreme Dao. Laojun's Dao was divided into three types: upper, middle, and lower. Huangting Dao was also divided into upper, middle, and lower. The other Daos also had three levels. In the Dao of Lao Zi, the Yuan Dao mentioned in this scripture was the highest grade, so it was called the Supreme Yuan Dao. This Dao technique was very profound. It was mysterious, indifferent, and inaction. Its actions followed the laws of nature, so it was difficult for ordinary people to master it. If one was not a sergeant with extremely high perception and could not understand its mysteries, one could not learn it. If one was not cautious about life and death and yearned for longevity, one could not learn it. Many of the other middle and low-grade Daos imitated and learned from the higher-grade Daos. However, it was difficult for this Primordial Dao to be compatible, so it had not been circulated in the world for a long time. If a sergeant with high perception firmly cultivated this path, he could obtain endless benefits, such as achieving a state of mind that was quiet and tranquil, a simple understanding of things, and a comfortable body and mind. Furthermore, the other Daos required a master to teach them, and there were clear rules of punishment for breaking the precepts. This Dao did not require a master to teach it, and there was no punishment. The other Daos needed to be cultivated in a quiet place in the mountains or in another thatched nunnery. Otherwise, there would be damage. Only this Dao could be cultivated in the mortal world. The scripture mentioned that inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth could remove the floating cold and heat on the surface of the body, but it could not remove the vitality accumulated in the body. Qi injection could dredge the joints of the whole body and regulate all kinds of diseases, but it was not the way to nourish qi and return it to its original state. Breathing could relieve hunger, but it was not the way to naturally replenish vitality. Qi circulation could moisten the meridians and make the skin happy, but it was not the real way. And this essence dao was the dao of returning to one's roots, so it was called essence dao. For example, strengthening the bones and muscles, replenishing the bone marrow, stabilizing and protecting the five internal organs, clearing the Niwan Palace (brain), allowing the Dan Spirit (the spirit of the Dantian) to settle down, preventing the six qi from entering and the three qi from escaping, removing all impurities, allowing the genuine Qi to freely circulate in the body, rising to the Great Void, reaching the Jade Pure Realm, and becoming a True Lord. These were all the effects of this Dao. Humans were the most intelligent of all living things. They were born together with heaven and earth in the beginning of nothingness, and formed a form due to the condensation of vital qi. Once the body was formed, the God of Ten Heavens would descend into the body and become a human god. Only then would he become a human. Since they were born at the beginning of nothingness with heaven and earth, they should have lived as long as heaven and earth. However, heaven and earth could last long, but humans could not. Why was this? This was because heaven and earth could be quiet and gentle, not changing its nature, always sticking to nothingness, safe and not tired, in line with the way of nature, so the vitality would not dissipate. Humans could not live forever because they had delusions and changed their nature. They did not follow the laws of nature and did not stick to their roots. They brought fatigue to themselves and often pursued their own interests. Therefore, their vitality dissipated and they could not live forever. Because the six thieves (eyes, ears, nose, mouth, body, and mind) were born randomly, the eyes looked randomly, the ears listened randomly, the nose smelled randomly, the mouth smelled randomly, the body acted randomly, and the mind thought randomly, so it could not return to the root in the end. Therefore, returning could grant one eternal life. The true path of single-mindedness could allow one to live forever and return to their roots. This was the fundamental method to recover one's vitality. The only way to recover was to maintain silence. If a person could often let their heart return to a state of silence, their vitality would naturally recover. The method of recovering vitality should be to reduce the frequency of breathing as a sign. When the heart reaches a state of silence, the breathing will gradually decrease. Halving the breathing will increase the lifespan by half. From the reduction of breathing to no breathing, it will return to the fundamental state of vitality. This way, it can live forever in the world. Ordinary people were normally breathing, while saints were normally not breathing. When they were moving, they would breathe, but when they were still, they would not breathe. Therefore, breathing or not breathing was a state of freedom. People who cultivate the Yuan Dao should regard no breathing as the normal state, and breathing as false. No breathing is correct, but breathing is wrong. Quietly nourishing qi will make the three spirits (heaven, earth, and man) happy, and the three souls happy. When the spirit is happy, the vitality will naturally recover. Huangting Dao had thirty-six cautious actions, and only half of the merit points would be achieved if he did all of them. There were many things that other Daos needed to be cautious about, but this supreme Primordial Dao only needed to be cautious about one thing and achieve three kinds of fulfillment to succeed. One thing to be careful about was to avoid stopping cultivation. If he didn't stop, he could reach the realm of essence path. The three ways were to change one's mind three times, and each change would take 100 days. Within 100 days of the first change of mind, no matter what, you can reduce your breathing. This is the first change of mind. At the beginning, you can stop when there is something, and only do it when there is nothing. This will reduce the thoughts of the world and increase the state of mind. This is the fulfillment of the first change and the success of the small work. The second change of mind required 200 days. Naturally, he would stop breathing. This was the fulfillment of the second change. At this time, he would not be greedy for the taste of the five grains and would not have a great sense of hunger and thirst. This was the fulfillment of the second change. He had succeeded. The third change of mind required 300 days. It suddenly settled down naturally. This was the third change of mind. At this time, it would not feel hunger and thirst, cold and heat could not invade it, and it would forever be removed from the list of death and live as long as heaven and earth. This was the fulfillment of the third change. After a total of 31 changes, it was successful. The Grand Lord said: If you can reduce your breathing when you have nothing to do, this is the performance of merit beginning to sprout; If you can reduce your breathing when you have nothing to do, it is the performance of the gradual recovery of vitality. Natural stop breathing, is the performance of vitality will be stable; Sudden natural stability is the performance of vitality return to the root and stability. The senior king added,"From reduced breathing to no breathing, from no breathing to stability, this stability is the stability of inaction that does not deliberately seek or deliberately give up, not the kind of stability that is obsessed with stability." If this kind of stability could be achieved, Yin and Yang would naturally be reconciled, the four seasons would naturally be separated (not affected by the changes of the four seasons), the vitality would naturally be abundant, the gods would naturally rest, and they would be able to understand the mysterious and profound principles. Therefore, if yin and yang are harmonious, there will be no illness. If the four seasons are far away, there will be no cold and heat. If the vitality is abundant, there will be no hunger and thirst. If the gods rest, they will not be harmed by military disasters and wild beasts. If wisdom is profound and profound, there will be no various troubles. The Great Lord also said: People's thoughts are not focused, which is the reason for the dissipation of vitality. After the cultivation of this Tao, there will be no random thoughts. If there are thoughts that are activated, they are all good thoughts, and there is no inappropriate place to use them. Therefore, if they are not appropriate, they will not be used. If they are not used, they will not be activated. Therefore, the activation of good thoughts, wisdom and understanding are all natural. Therefore, there will be no emotions such as joy, anger, desire, battle, sadness, fear, sadness, disgust, etc. The king added: longevity is nothing else, but the preservation of spirit, qi and form. The preservation of the gods means that they are happy with nothingness and like peace. Qi and spirit will naturally be preserved. With abundant vital qi, the body and spirit would exist forever. His spirit and qi were preserved, so his entire body could ascend to immortality. "Zhuqi and Xinggong Jing" said: regulate breath, reduce breathing, the effect is like this, if you hold qi and carry out other exercises, the effect will be doubled. Holding one's breath was to wait until the divine qi was quiet and comfortable, and then maintain this state. When it reached the limit, it would be one pass. Every time before the rooster crowed, it could be five or six passes, and gradually increased to ten passes. If the method of reducing breathing was carried out at the same time like this, the effect would be doubled and shown quickly. Be careful to avoid exhaling and inhaling heavily. It may be difficult to avoid at the beginning. Be careful with exhaling and inhaling for the time being. In the end, you must make both light. The lord said: holding qi can dredge the joints of the whole body, open the blockages, and recuperate all kinds of diseases. Once the joints of the whole body were unblocked, the disease would be alleviated. The vital qi would flow and pour into the places where it was unblocked. The places where the vital qi and body fluid reached would never be damaged. This was called the Golden Essence Jade Bone, which could allow one to live forever and ascend to immortality. The senior lord also said that reducing and holding one's breath was a sign of success by achieving a calm state without any sound. If the method of reducing breathing was carried out alone, the effect would be slow; If the method of holding qi was specially carried out, it would be difficult to achieve a state of no breath; If the joints of the whole body were unblocked and the method of reducing breathing was carried out, the vitality would be easy to fill, and the effect would be doubled. The Taiqing Primordial Dao Scripture only gave the first chapter's table of contents. The main content could not be seen. It could only be seen when Dao Cheng was about to ascend. This was just to talk about the reward of merit. The merit of this Dao was one, but the reward was ten thousand. It was probably like how Mao Jun received nine tin (nine kinds of rewards). This was a high-grade Dao, but the reward of merit was a hundred times more than Mao Jun. Those who learned essence path should not be afraid of hardship. There were dozens of chapters in the first chapter of the second volume, but only five were recorded by the later saints, including one chapter on reward of merit, two chapters on reward of ambition, three chapters on reward of non-return, four chapters on reward of non-rashness, and five chapters on reward of non-abandonment. There was nothing else important about essence path, but to be cautious about stopping cultivation. If one didn't stop cultivation, everything could be dealt with freely. It might be difficult for people in the mortal world to cultivate often. Sometimes, they would stop cultivating. During the process of stopping cultivation, they had to be cautious. Here are some things to be cautious about. They are said to cut off the idea of stopping cultivation. One big breath is equivalent to losing 30 days of life (15 big breaths are equivalent to a small sleepiness, and a small sleepiness will reduce 30 days of lifespan); a small sleepiness will reduce 60 days of lifespan)(30 deep breaths are equivalent to one major sleepiness, and one major sleepiness will reduce one's lifespan by 60 days); one anger will reduce one's lifespan by 10 days; one minor drunkenness will reduce one's lifespan by 50 days; one major drunkenness will reduce one's lifespan by 100 days; one sadness will reduce one's lifespan by 10 days; one anger will reduce one's lifespan by 20 days; one fear will reduce one's lifespan by 7 days; one anger will reduce one's lifespan by 30 days; one hunger will reduce one's lifespan by 3 days; one satiety will reduce one's lifespan by 5 days; one violation of desire will reduce one's lifespan by 50 days; A fright would reduce his lifespan by ten days, and a tiredness or exhaustion would reduce his lifespan by five days. In addition, eating taboo, excessive cold and heat, being affected by rheumatism, and not controlling one's daily life would also affect one's cultivation.

Taiqing Yuan Dao True Scripture Cultivation Method

The cultivation method of the Taiqing Primordial Dao Scripture had the following points: - [Mind Requirement]: This Dao is supreme, mysterious, indifferent, and natural. It cannot be learned by those who are not highly intelligent and profound, and those who are not afraid of death and climb to life. - ** Vital qi is related to **: When the interest rate is reduced, the heart source is deep and silent, and the interest rate is gradually reduced. If the interest rate is reduced by half, the life span will be increased by half. From the interest rate reduction to the interest rate reduction, the vitality will return to the root. Ordinary people take the existence of breath as the norm, saints take the existence of no breath as the norm, moving and there is breath, quiet and there is no breath. - [Cultivation in the mortal world: Different from other Daos, this Dao does not need to choose a quiet mountain or a thatched hut to cultivate. Vernacular of the True Scripture of the Taishang Yuan Dao

The following was a vernacular version of part of the Taiqing Primordial Dao Scripture: ** 1. The status and characteristics of elemental dao ** Essence Dao was Grand Supreme Elder's supreme Dao. Laojun's Dao was divided into upper, middle, and lower. Huangting Dao was also divided into upper, middle, and lower. The other Daos also had three situations. Yuan Dao was the highest among these Daos, so it was called Supreme Yuan Dao. This Dao was very profound, mysterious, indifferent, and inaction. Its actions followed the laws of nature, so it was difficult for ordinary scholars to understand it. Only those with superior roots and high comprehension could learn it. If one wasn't someone who was cautious and respectful of life and death and yearned for longevity, they wouldn't be suitable to learn this path. Many people imitated the high-grade Dao to cultivate the middle-grade and low-grade Dao, but the Primal Dao could not fit them, so it did not descend for a long time (it was difficult for them to comprehend it). If a superior person with high root nature practiced the Yuan Dao, he would obtain endless benefits, such as endless peace of mind, endless ease of mind, endless comfort, etc. Furthermore, the other Daos required a master to teach them, and it was clear that violating the rules would result in punishment. However, the Primordial Dao did not require a master to teach it, and there was no punishment. The other Daos could only be cultivated in a quiet place in the mountains or in a thatched nunnery. Otherwise, there would be damage. Only the Primordial Dao could be cultivated in the mortal world. ** 2. Analysis of some cultivation methods ** The scripture said that inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth could remove the floating cold and deficiency heat, but it could not eliminate the accumulated vitality. Qi injection (a method of qi circulation) could clear the hundred gates of the body and cure thousands of diseases, but it was not a method to nourish qi and recover vitality. Swallowing one's breath could alleviate hunger and weakness, but it was not a natural way to replenish one's vitality. The circulation of qi could nourish the meridians and make the skin happy, but it was not the true path to immortality. Primordial Dao was the way to return to one's roots and return to one's original life. It was like strengthening the bones and muscles, replenishing the bone marrow, stabilizing and protecting the five internal organs, making the mud ball (brain) clear, making the Dan spirit (the spirit of the Dantian in the body) stable, making the six qi not enter and the three qi not come out recklessly, removing all the subtle turbid qi, allowing the genuine qi to roam freely, allowing it to rise to the Great Void and reach the place of Jade Pure, becoming a True Lord. These were all the effects of Primordial Dao. ** 3. The reason why people live as long as heaven and earth and why vitality dissipates ** Humans were the most intelligent of all living things. They were born at the beginning of nothingness together with heaven and earth, and formed a form because of the condensation of vital qi. Once the body was formed, the God of the Ten Skies would descend into the body and become a human god. In this way, he could become a human. Since he was born in the beginning of nothingness with heaven and earth, he should have lived as long as heaven and earth. However, heaven and earth can be quiet and gentle, do not change their nature, often stick to nothingness, be safe and not tired, and follow the way of nature, so the vitality will not dissipate. The reason why people could not live forever was that people had delusions, changed their nature, did not follow nature, did not stick to the foundation, incurred fatigue themselves, and often pursued self-interest, so their vitality dissipated and could not live forever. Because the six thieves (eyes, ears, nose, mouth, body, mind, six senses and desires) were born randomly, the eyes looked randomly, the ears listened randomly, the nose smelled randomly, the mouth talked randomly, the body moved randomly, and the mind thought randomly, so in the end, they could not return to their roots. The true Dao of Return to One could last forever and return to its roots. This was the fundamental method to recover one's vitality. There was no other way to recover one's vitality, but to maintain silence (inner peace). If a person could often let their heart return to a state of tranquility, their vitality would naturally recover. The method to recover vitality should be to reduce breathing as the standard. When the source of the heart reaches silence, the breathing will gradually decrease. Halving the breathing will increase the lifespan by half. From reducing the breathing to the state of no breath, the vitality can be restored to the root, so that it can remain in the world. Mortals regarded breathing as normal, while saints regarded no breathing as normal. When moving, there was breathing, and when quiet, there was no breathing. Therefore, he was in a state of freedom. People of the Yuan Dao should often regard the non-existence as normal and the existence as false. The non-existence is correct and the existence is wrong. If they quietly nourish their qi, the three spirits (three souls) will be happy and the vitality will naturally recover. (Since I haven't found a complete translation of the Taishang Yuan Tao Sutra, the above is only a translation of some of the key contents of the reference materials. It is for reference only.)

Zhang Zhishun lectured on the Taiqing Yuan Dao True Scripture

When Zhang Zhishun was 17 years old, he became a monk at Biyun Nunnery in Hua County, Shaanxi Province. Later, he accidentally obtained a Taiqing Yuan Dao True Scripture in the Sutra Building of Baiyun Temple in Beijing, from which he received instructions to cultivate the natural Tao. Taiqing Yuandao Zhenjing mentioned that human beings were formed by primordial qi and were born together with heaven and earth at the beginning of emptiness. However, due to the six evils of human beings (false sight, false hearing, false smell, false mouth, false body, false thought), human beings moved to their nature, did not cling to nature, did not keep their roots, and took their own labor. They often sought self-improvement, causing primordial qi to dissipate and could not last long. However, in the root, they could live forever. The way to restore primordial qi lies in silence, often waiting for the reduction of interest. From the reduction of interest to the absence of interest, the primordial qi will return to its roots.

Taiqing Yuan Dao True Scripture Lowering Rate Method

The method of restoring vitality is often to reduce interest rate. If people can often return to the heart, calm and quiet, then the vitality will naturally recover, and the breath will gradually decrease. If the interest rate is reduced by half, the life span will be increased by half. If the interest rate is reduced to zero, the original life will be restored to the root and can live in the world. People of the original Tao should always regard no interest as the norm, no interest as nonsense, no interest as right, and no interest as wrong. In the process of cultivation, for example, the first transformation should take 100 days, and the interest rate can be reduced regardless of whether there is anything or not. With the reduction of interest rate, the worries will be reduced and the emptiness will increase day by day. The second transformation should take 200 days, and the second transformation will take 300 days. The third transformation will take 300 days, and the third transformation will take place by itself. Different cultivation results can be achieved. For example, the first transformation will achieve small success, the second transformation will achieve medium success, and the third transformation will achieve great success, which can make the vitality recover itself.

The original text and translation of the Taiqing Yuan Dao True Scripture

In the Taiqing Yuan Dao Scripture: Yuan Dao is the supreme Dao of Taishang Laojun. There are three ways of Lao Zi, which are upper, middle and lower. Huangting Road has three roads, which are upper, middle and lower. There are also three kinds of Tao, all of which are secondary. The middle way of Laozi is compared with the upper way of Huangting, and the other ways are compared in turn. There are three Yuan Ways, and the highest one in this sutra, so there is no Shangyuan Way. This kind of Tao is supreme, mysterious and mysterious, indifferent and inaction, and its actions conform to nature, so it is difficult for scholars to get close to it. If it weren't for the high intelligence of the sergeant, it would have been impossible to learn. It is impossible to learn from those who are not cautious and afraid of death, and who cling to the living. Most of the middle-class and low-class people admire the monarch and follow him. It is difficult to unite these two ways, so they have not surrendered for a long time. If the machine is high and the staff sergeant can do it alone, then he will be able to get infinite, which means that there is no limit to emptiness, no limit to ease, no limit to comfort. In addition, each road has a teacher to worship, all clearly violate the punishment, this road has no teacher to worship, so there is no punishment. All kinds of Taoism must choose a quiet place in the mountains, or a thatched hut in other places, before they can be carried out, otherwise it will be damaged. Only this way can be achieved in the world. It is said in the classics that nasal traction and mouth vomiting can eliminate floating cold and deficiency heat, but cannot expel accumulated qi. Injecting qi can make all kinds of diseases go through all kinds of passes and cure all kinds of diseases, not to nourish qi and restore vitality. Swallowing qi can relieve hunger and weakness, not natural accumulation. The circulation of qi can moisten the pulse and make the skin happy, which is not the same as the normal way. This is the way to return to life, so it is called Yuan Dao. For example, strengthening tendons and replenishing marrow, strengthening and protecting the five internal organs, clearing and promoting the circulation of mud pills, stabilizing the essence of the elixir, preventing the six qi from entering and leaving at will, eliminating the fine and turbid qi, making the true qi wander and soar into the sky, making the jade clear and pure, all of which are the principles of the true monarch. In the Taiqing Yuan Dao Scripture: Man is the most spiritual of all things. He is born at the beginning of emptiness with heaven and earth, and takes shape because of the formation of primordial qi. When the body stands up, the gods of the ten days descend into the body and become human gods, so they can become human beings. Even if he was born at the beginning of the void with heaven and earth, he should live as long as heaven and earth. Now the earth can live for a long time, but man cannot live for a long time. Why? This is because heaven and earth can be quiet and gentle, do not change their nature, often keep empty, calm and not tired, get the way of nature, the original qi will not disperse. People can't live forever because they have delusions, shift to nature, don't cling to nature, don't stick to the root of nature, take their own labor, and often seek self-improvement, so the original qi dissipates and can't live forever. Because the six evils are born at will, the eyes are blind, the ears are blind, the nose is blind, the nose is blind, the mouth is blind, the body is blind, the mind is blind, the mind is blind, so it never returns to the root. Therefore, if you return to your roots, you can live forever. The true way of unity, which can last forever and return to its roots, is the root of restoring vitality. The way to restore the original qi is nothing else, just pure and quiet. If people can always return to the heart of deep silence, then the original qi will naturally recover. The method of restoring vitality should always be based on the reduction of interest rate. The source of the heart is deep and silent. The interest rate gradually decreases by half and increases by half. From the reduction of interest rate to the reduction of interest rate, the vitality can be restored to the root and can live in the world. Ordinary people regard the existence of breath as the norm, saints regard the existence of breath as the norm, moving and breathing, quiet and silent. Therefore, there is a breath, a breath. Tai Qing Yuan Dao Scripture: There is no other way to do so in the next volume, all of which are about repaying merit. It is said in the scriptures that the first chapter does not see the content of the article, but the Tao is completed and will be implemented, which can be seen. It is said that he reported his achievements, which was to report the achievements of the Yuan Dynasty. Those who learn the way of the Yuan Dynasty cannot refuse to work hard. There are dozens of articles at the beginning of the next volume, and there are only five articles reported by the later saints. Merit is rewarded with one, ambition is rewarded with two, not retreat is rewarded with three, not rashly rewarded with four, do not give up is rewarded with five. The second volume had no other method, and it was all about the merits and blessings of cultivation. It is said in the scriptures that there is no record in the first chapter. When the Great Way is completed and will rise in the daytime, you will see the blessing. Rewarding merit referred to the blessing of cultivating the Origin Path. The people of Xueyuan Dao should not refuse to work hard. There were dozens of chapters in the first volume of the second volume, but only five were recorded in the back sacred place. Meritorious service was first, determination was second, not retreating was third, not pretending was fourth, and not stopping was fifth. There is no other way of governing the country, and all things that should be taken seriously should be stopped. If you don't stop, you'll be right. Sometimes things in the world are difficult to do, sometimes they stop. In the middle of the rest, we must not be careless. Now we will record the warning to be cautious in the future and speak for those who have stopped for a while. One breath is less than two days 'work. Three days of minor fatigue will be reduced by thirty days of work. Fifteen breaths is a small fatigue. the great shortage reduced the work by sixty. Thirty breaths is a great loss. a moment of anger can reduce ten days 'worth of work. A little drunkenness will reduce 50 days of work. a great drunkenness reduces a hundred days 'worth of work. A single grief will reduce ten days 'worth of work. a moment's anger reduces twenty days 'worth of work. I'm afraid I'll lose seven days of work. A moment of anger will reduce thirty days 'worth of work. One famine reduced three days 'work. a full meal reduces five days 'worth of work. If you make a mistake, you'll lose 50 days of work. ten days 'worth of work is reduced by one shock. One irritability and one dryness each reduce five days of work. A day's work is reduced by five days. Since the official translation was not found, the exact translation content could not be provided.

Origin of Taiqing Yuan Dao Scripture

"Taiqing Yuan Dao Zhen Jing" comes from the Northern and Southern Dynasties of the Eastern and Western Jin Dynasties. The original title is the annotation of Mingzi Yinzhi Neixiu. It is a volume. Its reference version is included in the Orthodox Daoist Canon. It is said that this scripture was passed down from the ancient Taishang Laojun to nineteen people, all of whom had ascended the immortal throne and reached the highest rank. This scripture did not leave the world. In the year of Wu Shu in Kaiyuan of Tang Dynasty, Fan Dajun of Nantong dictated to Meng Zhexian (Tang Dynasty poet Meng Haoran). Meng Zhexian also dictated to Wang Xuyu. Wang Xuyu wrote three articles on the secrets of Yuan Dao, which were later passed on to Zhang Sanfeng, the founder of Ming Dynasty. After the change of dynasties, the culture suffered many "catastrophes". The inheritors of the Yuan Dao cultivation method were not recorded in the history books, and were probably only passed down in the Taoist temple. It was not until Taoist Priest Zhang Zhishun came across the Taiqing Yuan Dao True Scripture in the Tripitaka Building of Baiyun Temple in Beijing that the scripture appeared in front of the world again and entered the folk community.

Taiqing Yuan Dao Scripture of Qi-keeping and Qi-circulating

The Taiqing Yuan Dao Scripture mentioned that holding qi and circulating qi (circulating qi) meant holding qi when the qi was calm. At the extreme, it was one pass. Before the rooster crowed, five or six passes could be done, and gradually increased to ten passes. If he could reduce the interest rate in this way, the effect would increase exponentially. At the same time, he had to be careful with his breathing (it might be a relatively large movement such as exhalation). Although it was difficult to avoid at the beginning, he should make it light in the end. Qi-holding can open all kinds of checkpoints, open hard stagnation, treat all kinds of diseases and guide primordial qi. All checkpoints can relieve diseases, primordial qi flows along the channels where it is connected, and primordial qi and body fluid will never be destroyed wherever it goes. It can be called golden marrow and jade bone, which is conducive to longevity. The success of reducing interest and holding qi is to stabilize qi without any interest. If the method of reducing interest alone is used, the effect will be slow; if the method of holding qi is used exclusively, it is difficult to achieve no interest. If the method of reducing interest is used at the same time to clear all the passes, the primordial qi will be easy to fill and the effect will be doubled.
