Sun Wukong is one of the most outstanding characters I have ever read. He was a demon with remarkable abilities, wit, and courage. He could easily defeat all kinds of enemies and had a high self-esteem and desire to fight. His image was deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and became a classic image in Chinese culture. Zhu Bajie was also a very interesting character. Although he was ugly and greedy, he had a kind heart and was willing to sacrifice himself at the critical moment for Tang Sanzang. Friar Sand was a very diligent, smart and kind monk. He worked hard to help Tang Sanzang go to the West to get the scriptures. Tang Sanzang was a very merciful and wise monk. His Buddhism and wisdom made him the most reliable person to rely on. These three characters and Tang Sanzang's team had gone through 81 difficulties to finally obtain the true scripture. Their images and stories had become an important part of Chinese culture and were deeply imprinted in people's hearts.
