There was a young man with a dream who sought refuge under a mafia boss.
In the beginning, the young man always wanted to prove that he was more capable than the other subordinates of his boss. In his heart, he felt that he had started a new life, a life full of vast dawns.
Later on, as his abilities increased, he had the opportunity to observe his boss up close.
He realized that his boss was actually a skinny old man. The young man saw the white hair, tiredness, weakness, and scars on his eldest son's head.
The young man also saw a red-haired, half-naked woman beside the old man.
The young man thought that it would be enough to end his life in a moment.
Later on, the young man carried out his plan and made the boss's assistant willing to work with him. He even took the boss's woman.
However, perhaps out of pity, he did not touch Boss. Boss was still the leader in name.
The last scene of the story was like this: On a night of carnivorous drinking, the atmosphere was filled with cheers and laughter. The boss didn't say a word as he mingled with the cheering crowd, letting the noisy night pass.
When the clock struck two o'clock, the boss stood up as if he had remembered something to do.
The boss 'assistant threw the red-haired woman in front of the young man, who had already raised his revolver.
The young man finally understood that he had been sentenced to death from the very beginning. They gave him women, made him command, and made him win. It was all because Boss knew that he would die sooner or later. Because Boss had already treated him as a dead man.
At the last moment, the boss's assistant shot the young man with contempt.
