There were many similarities and differences between a photographic selfie and a painter's self-portrait. From the perspective of inspiration, a painter's self-portrait could be the source of inspiration for photography. For example, the self-portraits of famous painters like Van Gogh contained unique elements such as composition, expression, and posture. The photographer could learn from the way the painter showed himself in the self-portrait and integrate it into the creation of the selfie, making the selfie more artistic and meaningful. In terms of performance purposes, both of them had the intention of expressing themselves. The painter used a self-portrait to show his appearance, inner world, or a specific emotional state. Self-portraits could also capture a person's appearance, temperament, emotions, and living conditions. For example, a selfie could be like a self-portrait, depicting loneliness or happiness. However, there were differences between the two in terms of creative tools and techniques. Artists used brushes, paint, and other tools to create on the canvas. Through painting techniques, they created images and expressed light and shadow. Self-portraits mainly relied on cameras or mobile phones and other equipment, using different shooting techniques, such as choosing the correct angle, posture, light, and so on. In terms of light, selfies could use camera flashes, natural light, or various non-traditional light sources in the surrounding environment, while painters used paint to express the effect of light in self-portraits. In terms of composition, the painter could freely arrange the elements on the canvas and have greater creative freedom. For photography, one needed to consider the actual layout of the shooting scene and find a suitable background and prospect in the real environment to construct the picture. However, modern selfies could also use post-processing software to adjust the composition of the picture, which made up for the limitations of shooting to some extent. Generally speaking, photography and self-portraits had similarities in artistic expression, but because of the different media and methods of creation, each had its own unique creative characteristics. Read more exciting novels for free

Housework homework for primary school students was set up by the school to cultivate students 'labor awareness, habits and skills. It was arranged according to the age characteristics and personality differences of the students. For example, the lower grade students could sort out items, clean the house, tidy up the house, etc., while the middle and upper grade students could practice processing food, washing clothes, sorting garbage, etc. For example, Songzi City Experimental Primary School in Hubei Province systematically designed the "Housework Day" labor course, determined the "housework list" of each grade, and established a sound evaluation system and reward system. For example, students would send pictures or videos of housework to the class group after the "Housework Day", and at the end of the semester, a housework skill competition was held to select "Little Housework Expert", and the performance of housework was included in the comprehensive quality evaluation of students. In addition, some school housework homework will be specific to different grades. For example, the first and second grades of Xudong Primary School in the Experimental School of Shenyang City focus on self-care ability training, such as tidying school bags and cleaning water bottles; the third and fourth grades work in the kitchen, such as choosing vegetables or cleaning white shoes; the senior students will cook delicious meals for their families. Read more exciting novels for free

Based on context alone Anal extroversion could be a manifestation of hemorrhoids, but it could also be caused by other diseases. Hemorhoids were a common disease of the anus. When internal hemorrhoids developed to a certain extent, they might come out of the anus, causing the anus to feel eversion, often accompanied by symptoms such as blood in the stool, pain, or itching. However, an eversion of the anus could also be caused by a proctopathy. Rectal Prolapse referred to the displacement of part or all of the walls of the anus downwards. It could also be manifested as a tumor protruding from the anus, similar to an eversion of the anus. In addition, when the tumor was large, it might also be outside the anus, which was mistaken for anus eversion. If the anus is found to be everted, you should seek medical advice in time. The doctor's professional examination (such as digital anus examination, anoscope examination, etc.) should be used to determine the cause and carry out the corresponding treatment.
