Can Chinese people write Western fantasy novels?

I like Western novels and movies very much. I grew up watching Western movies, such as The Terminator, Van Helsing, Twilight, and many other movies. My favorite novels are The Da Vinci Code, The Key to Heaven, and The Mystery of the Shroud. I'm a Christian, and I've been wanting to write religious fantasy novels related to Buddhism for a few years. He had already started writing a novel called "Judge: The Law of Moses", but he stopped writing because of work. In fact, the outline was basically like this: Thomas. Quinn (the male lead) was born into a Christian family. His father was a church pastor, his mother was a choirmaster, and his wife was a high school teacher. From birth until now, the male lead had always done good in the eyes of God, and God had always regarded him as a righteous person. Until one day, the male lead saw a drug dealer shoot a police officer on his way home from work late at night. His fate changed forever. The next day, the New York police came to the male lead's home to arrest him and frame him for killing the police. Just like that, he became a scapegoat for the drug dealer. It turned out that the drug dealer had colluded with some of the police officers in the police station. Every time the drug dealer sold drugs, he would split the money with the police officers. Even the "witnesses and physical evidence" were prepared. Thomas was arrested and sent to the detention center. He was tortured to extort a confession and was covered in wounds. One day, Thomas used a brooch to open the lock. When the police officers were not paying attention, he ran out. The police officers immediately chased after him. In the end, Thomas was forced to a cliff. The police approached step by step. At this moment, the sky suddenly darkened. In an instant, thunder and lightning chanted. Thomas accidentally stepped on a pebble and fell off the cliff. He was also struck by lightning many times. He died in the small lake below the cliff. Winter came, and the small lake froze. The children of the farmers by the lake were playing on the ice. When they walked to the middle, they saw someone lying at the bottom of the lake. The children were stunned. Thomas seemed to have had a nightmare. The child's father saw this and quickly jumped into the river to save the child who had fallen into the water. Thomas was resurrected from the dead, but he had no heartbeat and no breathing after that and became a cold living dead. One day, he discovered that he had the power of light and shadow. One day, he came to the police station and waited for the police who colluded with the drug dealers. He killed them all and saw the Battle of Heaven in his sleep. Satan led the demons to the gate of heaven to challenge the soldiers of heaven who stood between God and the Seraphim. In the Battle of the Gods and Demons, the Son of God almost died at the hands of Satan. Because the Seraph's sword cut off one of Satan's wings and sent him to hell for eternity (God also gave the Seraph's sword to Thomas), of course, the sword could not be pulled out. Later, Thomas claimed that he was a judge and followed the law of Moses to replace God in exercising his power in the human world. I won't write anything in the middle. A few years later, Satan killed the guards of hell and escaped to the human world to find the spear that had stabbed Jesus to death on the cross (Raiders of the Lost Ark 3 had a detailed introduction of this spear). Only by finding that spear could there be hope to kill God. However, he met Thomas 'obstacles on his way to find him. Even his wife died because of threats. At the end of the story, Thomas and Satan had a final battle in the church. He lost his left hand and was stabbed by Satan's sword and died on the cross. Satan continued to chase after the spear in the hands of the museum owner. After a few hours, Thomas saw Jesus holding a pure bottle and feeding him water. He woke up with a start and Thomas came back to life. He felt pain and his heartbeat and breathing recovered. He pulled out the sword that pierced into his body and chased after Satan. Satan approached the museum owner under a cedar tree on the mountain and tried to take the spear from his arms. Thomas used the speed of light and shadow to quickly arrive less than 1000 meters away from Satan. He jumped high behind Satan and pulled out the Seraph's sword. God's holy hand held the Seraph's sword. The light of the sword illuminated the darkness. The sword cut down from the sky and cut off half of Satan's head. Satan was like a vampire who was burned by the sunlight. He was turned into black smoke and drifted away with the wind. Thomas was also brought into heaven by God because of his serious injuries. When Thomas woke up and saw himself lying in the wheat field, he easily got up and walked in the direction of the wind. He walked gently across the calm lake and saw his wife, who he missed dearly, waiting for him under the cedar tree. He ran over with big strides and hugged his wife tightly. They kissed and cried, not daring to let go for fear of losing her again. They held hands and walked along the wind to go home.
