wow, and i mean wow. this is terrible. first 20 years is enough for mc to know everything when that knowledge is considered worthless? way way too short. second sure he has good control because he was mana starved, but all his spells and techniques require a **** ton of mana or are just flat wasteful. plus the face slapping does not even make sense. sure normally mc get way more agro than they should but this takes it to a new level. the idea is good to have someone go from the end to the beginning but other than that there seems little thought in this. also author should cut some zeros from the costs. sure saying 8000 this 100000 that sounds awesome and cool but as story goes cost for stuff goes up too and 1 million or 100 million just is not practical to carry if it is metallic like gold or silver. just too heavy. but paper currency this work fine. which i hazard a guess that the author is thinking it is like paper currency. i dare any one to try to lug 1 million of any coin from any currency around for a day. now that would be 10000 us dollars if you used us pennies so for poor people like me 100 us dollars or 10000 us pennies should be enough to prove my point.

LIKEwr dont know how many years the mc lived in the past, from what i read -correct me if mistaken- he spent twenty years for reading the old manuscripts in library and the rest of his life for paracticing and gaining the almost close to nothing mana.. i guess the magician lives a long life, and that is with the help of mana as they can even reconstruct their body with it (read the first 20 ch). but now they died as most of them cant absorb mana. as for the currency or the thought of gold, im with u buddy. now it made me think a 10000000 gold not even worth it, just like a trash. so much for the introduction of 8000 gold in the beginning of the novel
They have like bank accounts where they can store their money, they also have higher form of currency like mana crystals which some equivalent to millions of gold coins... 2nd of all, they are mages, what's so surprising about a mage almost memorizing everything in a fairly huge library in a span of 20 years? They can even prolong the life of an entire world by thousands of years in this book. Also, the MC does not know everything, he knows superior techniques which can almost solve everything because his techniques is 30000 years too advanced, not that he knows everything. In fact, just recently he encountered an array called Dragon Raising Array which until now he can't solve yet. Besides spells, formulas, materials, treasures, historic events or legendary figures.. the MC is clueless, some of the events recorded in the books he read aren't even accurate some pure lies, there are too much he doesn't know, like why a Godly figure shouts and says ("Run!run! He's coming!) Or how another Godly figure left the words (Is there still anyone alive?,"There is no path forward."At the end of the wailing river") and many more mysteries. My point is, why bother writing a review when u haven't even read past 20 chapters? Not only will the review written be inaccurate, you also made me waste 10 minutes of my time writing this reply.
