Camly entering Internal Intrespection

The heartbeat was only something he heard before his vision blurred, and he found himself in a massive, blood-colored world.

It seemed like he had entered the mediation state, but at the same time, his breathing had become short but steady. If one were to make a comparison, it would be like an animal that had entered the hibernation state. 

The only difference was that in this state, the energy intake was increasing rather than decreasing.

The train was full of noise, as one would expect from teenagers, as most of them were showing off. This was not the case with Li Jun, who was almost in a state of sleep all the time, and this was not something new; he has had this habit since he was young. 

This made it such that even his childhood friend, Yu Tu, failed to notice anything wrong with him. The teachers, on the other hand, did not seem to bother with the students. Some of them were waiting for the next stop before interacting with them.

It was also more practical for them to focus their attention on the safety of the train than what the students were doing; at least they were confident no one would do anything stupid.

Since no one was paying attention to him, the change went unnoticed, making it difficult to tell whether it was good or bad.

Li Jun had just entered an ethereal state; his mind was clear, and without any distractions, this was almost the same as entering the state of enlightenment. Such a one-in-a-lifetime opportunity usually determines whether one can become a martial artist or take the evolutionary path.

On the immortal path, this is not a necessity, and getting started is easy as long as one has qualifications.

In his perception, a vague figure could be seen and his first thought was, "This person looks familiar!"

He did not dwell on it as he looked at the massive, massive red world with some doubts. He knew something was wrong, but he still had no idea where he was or what it was like to attain the internal Introspect stage. 

In this state, he knew something was wrong, but could not extricate himself. He was attracted to the figure in the blood world.

In his sight, numerous stars were gathered around the figure with some being brighter and bigger than the rest.

He kept approaching while in a dazed state admiring the stars, as if being controlled by something. Even though it was like unconscious action, he felt more comfortable for some reason as he approached the figure.

It was difficult to see the true appearance even as he got closer, it was as though the two of them were separated by a curtain wall.

The only thing that got clear was the stars on the figure's body he could barely count 12 of them because they were the brightest and easiest to see.

The only issue was that the closer he was to the figure the faster he became exhausted, even the energy in his body was being drained.

He finally reached the wall separating them and could approach no more. It was not physical but rather made him feel as though it was made of some force.

On the outside, his body could not bear it anymore and his nose bled. Other than that he had become skinnier, with some of his bones almost visible.

He was however passed out, which was a good thing. This prevented the body from losing any more energy, but at the same time exposed his state.

At this moment Li Jun was already standing at the Internal Introspect stage. He had finally achieved the first stage of martial arts. This was the most difficult hurdle for those who wanted to follow this path, as for the others, they would be handled when the time came.

The development was beyond him, and he had not planned to enter the internal introspection yet.

The energy in the body was consumed faster, but that did not threaten his life.

Those in this stage, usually practice martial arts to strengthen the energy in their bodies before trying to approach the vague figure.

He did not follow these rules and went towards it directly, it was normal to suffer because of it.

Martial techniques were not that difficult to get, just like immortal Path some martial dojos exist. All he needs is enough resources to be admitted into one.

It was much simpler to enter the Martial arts dojo than signing up for the Immortal path because of demand.

Demand for immortal path guidance is so high and this is because almost nine out of ten students choose to enter the immortal path every year.

The practice speed is faster as such the number of people opening the Dojos is also increasing, but even so, impossible to meet demands.

Entering a martial arts Dojo, there is a higher chance of being known by the owner than immortal path students knowing each other.

He was not to be concerned about obtaining a technique, but the resources to use in practice.

His family was not that bad off, this was also the reason he was willing to at least switch the path to martial arts.

He was sure to gain enough resources in the body metamorphosis stage and try to see if he could apply for the Universe Hall again.

The chance to enter the place was a good thing, especially in the early stages to form a solid foundation.

From the moment he chose this path, some vague ideas had already formed in his head, after all, he had practiced the immortal path to a decent height in his previous timeline.

He assumed it would not be a big problem to see through the beginning stages of another path. This was the case especially when it involved the body, but he did not let his confidence confuse him.

Still, he had expended too much energy as such he passed out, and his nose started to bleed.

Emily realized this situation and quickly checked his situation before the nervous look on her face vanished.

Her soft slender hands were caressing his neck slightly, then it moved past his head before she pulled up his eyelids.

Looking at the way his bones were almost visible, she relaxed completely.

"Energy consumption exceeding body generation. He has attained internal Introspect!" She was indeed slightly shocked at the fact he had attained this state in this place.

She had gained guidance back from someone, and it did seem like Li Jun had no guidance to understand that the moment this stage was taken the body would expend a lot of energy.

Other than hiding what had just happened, she took something from her pocket and stuffed it into his mouth before wiping the blood and hiding the evidence.

She was careful with it, as though it was a crime. But then again, she knew more than others as such her actions had to have merit.

"From now on the two of us are one team, and in the future, you can help me test my genetic portions, after all, martial artists are considered resilient." If Li Jun heard this young woman's words he would retreat as far away from her.

It was as though she had her plans, but since he was unaware, his fate was perhaps already sealed by the little witch.

"Little Jun you can't blame this lady for not giving you a chance, but you are the only man that had the guts in the class. Taking the martial arts path, do you think this path is simple? But I like it!" She thought to herself, with a wicked smile.

Yu Tu who was bragging just happened to see the smile and his face twitched, "Brother you can't blame me! This is your fault for always sleeping on that train."

He had no idea what was going on but already assumed things were not good. Since Li Jun was already someone who could not escape this witch, he was praying for him in the land of the living.

"Budha!.." he muttered some of these words while averting his eyes.

Emily Wu checked Li Jun's condition after cleaning his face to ensure no other injuries or complications existed. Reaching into her bag, she took out a red bottle, and sniffed it, before revealing an evil grin.

"I am the only one that treats you well " She might have not said it, but these words were visible on her face.

The substance from the bottle was poured into Li Jun's mouth without any hesitation. Some expectation could be seen on Emily's face, obviously she had no idea what would happen afterward.

But her calmness also showed that this liquid was not dangerous at most it would not accomplish much.

In Li Jun's body, a massive energy seemed to have been added, but once it reached the stomach, it was divided fast.

Most of the energy was directed towards the figure he had seen inside a blood world. The more energy was absorbed, the clearer the structure of the figure became.

At this stage of his practice, it was indeed difficult for him to know that the energy required was a lot and this made his actions seem stupid.
