In this book ,Cultivators can choose their path early and even change mid way if they will it so .But not after Golden core realm and beyond.

Cultivation realms

-Body transformation realm ( In this realm cultivators choose their path and Transform their body for their future cultivation path.)Not very powerful but can at least punch a wall and make a hole in it .

- Foundation Establishment realm( Here is what's different from manuals to manuals.They now have a body suitable for a path they choose.So they can officially start with whatever cultivation style they chose.For example Grayfia can now dual cultivate with male or female she chooses. )There is not just one but too many path to choose for example Gu refining,Poison ,Sword ,Body cultivation, Alchemist, Blacksmith, beast tamer and insectoid ( Aburame clan style or Matou Style if you will) etc ..There is just too much paths to write and Yes It's going to be very long roads ahead or so I guess.I really don't want to give a spoiler hehe.
