[A/N: The last chapter for the week, enjoy]

After quickly reading the description of the spell, I put it at the back of my mind and winced from the pain I was feeling in my body.

At this rate, it would take at most a day until all of my injuries are healed.

Then I had an idea that should help.

[Nature's Supplement(G) - This spell takes Magical Energy and converts it into minerals, vitamins, proteins, and water. All of the essentials that the body needs. Can also be used as a mild restoration power for healing. Though it does not close wounds and mend bones, it will help the body heal faster at a faster rate. Not seen to the naked eye, but to a trained professional it would be a miracle]

A simple but useful spell that would help my body heal just a bit faster.

Waving my hand, I felt as a wave of comfort assaulted my body and removed the feeling of pain for a few brief moments before the pain returned.

Feeling that the pain wasn't as bad as before, I walked over to the now still body of the snake, and after constructing a very sharp knife made from cosmic energy I began cutting off chunks of the snake's meat and scales and stored them in my spatial inventory.

I then cut off a few slabs of meat for myself and started cooking them over a simple campfire.

But as I cooked over the fire, I felt a strange sensation and looked over at the carcass of the snake.

To my surprise, floating above the snake in the air was an identical but translucent version of the snake watching me.

I watched as the snake's soul seemed to fade away from existence, but something inside me tells me that it wasn't dying or anything like that, but in fact, it was just moving on to its afterlife.

Once it was gone, and I had everything I needed.

I took in a deep breath as I held my hands over the carcass of the snake, and cast a Magic Spell from the Magical Domain of Nature.

As my hand touched the snake's carcass, a wave of dark green energy flowed across the snake's body.

As the continuous waves washed over its body, its carcass began to rapidly decompose at a much faster rate than it should.

As it decomposed, it nourished and revitalized the land beneath and around it.

Once its carcass was completely decomposed, a notification from the system appeared before me.

[Nature's Decomposition(G) - Life and Death are a part of Nature. And with your help, you can increase the speed of decomposition of a 'body' and use its energy to nurture the life around it. With the energy recycled from the corpse, plantlife around the decomposing 'body' will grow and be nurtured with some plants rarely mutating and evolving from the recycled energy]

I also used some of the energy and guided it into the plants around the carcass, including the trees, flowers, and grass.

[Nature's Nurture(G) - Using energy, you are able to nurture Fauna and Flor and provide them their needed water, nutrients, and lifeforce to continue living on. With their lifeforce strengthened by the energy, the Flora and Fauna will be able to live longer, live in harsher conditions, regenerate from more damage, and cleanse them of abnormal ailements]

Both skills could be of some use to me and I was happy to be able to help the forest around me that I damaged from my fight with the snake.

And due to my help, the plants would recover from the damage in time.

I won't lie, in my past life, I found comfort in walking around parks, forests, and even did some hiking trips so that I could get away from the city I lived in.

I have always been appreciative of nature and don't mind using a bit of magic to repair the damage done that was partially my fault.

Once I rested for the day and my healing factor healed and mended the bones and flesh of my body, I continued following the river.

Let's just hope that this time I don't get attacked by another massive snake.
