Yel dashed and slashed. This time, he put extra Spirit Energy to power the attack.

The slash took away the rest of the spider's HP and ended the fight.

"Nice," Yel said. "Easy, good game."

"Let's get the loot sorted so the low levels can head back to Sura for class advancement," Lee said.

"This time, I'm pretty sure it's a debuff," Lee analysed. "The roar that inflicted fear on us seemed like a skill."

Tairitsu made a disgusted face, "I don't want to be going around roaring."

Lee kicked aside the corpse and picked up the skill book.

"Oh?"

Lee bent down again and picked up another skill book.

-Lee: [Roar of Fear]: Inflict fear on the target.

-Lee: [Guard Spiders (summon)]: Summon a Guard Spider to fight along your side. Requirement: Class: Summoner.

"Is Summoner a class?" Yel asked.

"It appears so…" Lee pondered.

"Ooo sounds cool," Yang said. "Can I have it?"

"Sure," Lee said, handing him the book. "It might be a bit hard to find the summoner trainer in Sura though."

"Now, the debuff," Lee said. "Tairi no?"

Tairitsu shook her head, "No."

Lee frowned, "I'll use it? What happens if I roar with lion and fear?"

Lee learnt the skill and clapped his hands.

"Let's get out of here."

The party left through the portal that appeared after the spider was killed.

"Damn…" Yel was the first to speak.

He now had stats that looked like this:

STR: 14 (13+1)

STA: 18 (17+1)

AGI: 96 (35+58+5)

INT: 30

Soon, Yel would be able to reach 100 AGI. +10 on all stats was overpowered. In the end game, when everyone hits the level cap, stats can only be raised by training as there would be no stat points to allocate. Getting a +10 early meant that Schrödinger members needed to do less work during the end game than other players.

"Ok, we part ways for now," Yel said. "Mark this place on the map so you know the way. We'll be grinding here for now."

The low levels nodded and activated the return scroll they bought from Sura earlier.

"I need to go back to buy some skills too," Rin said, activating a return scroll too.

They teleported away in a flash. Now it's just Yel, Lee, Jill, Tairitsu, and Hikari.

"Shall we continue?" Yel asked.

Lee nodded, "Us five should be able to do it."

So they entered again.

"Same plan, as last time," Lee said. "But lemme try something first."

Yel tilted his head. Lee seemed a bit open and more cheerful now that Rin wasn't here.

Lee jogged up to the first pile of spiders and roared.

This roar was different. Yel heard 2 different tones stacked up on top of each other.

The spiders were forced to run towards Lee, but there was notable reluctance. They crawled to Lee and attacked.

Yel saw Lee's face light up. "No way!" He said.

Lee turned around and explained his situation, "I didn't realise it would work this well. The spiders have fear inflicted on them, so they are afraid of me. With lion's roar, they are forced to attack me, but as they are reluctant, their attacks are significantly decreased."

"I name it, [Lion's Roar of Fear] ... Wait, it merged and became a system recognised skill now!"

Yel gave him a thumbs up and said with a sour voice, "Godly skill unlocked."
