"Are you feeling unwell, father?" Dion asked Lord Edmond as he approached the old man and held his hand to check on him.
It was clear that despite being so far away from his family for years, Dion still cared deeply about them.
"I'm fine. It's just, I haven't heard that theory in years." Lord Edmond confessed.
"Jorin!" Nicholas called out.
His servant quickly came running into the room.
"Some wine, water, and food." Nicholas ordered. Jorin nodded and quickly left the room.
"He is without magic." Lord Edmond said as the door shut behind Jorin.
"But not without use." Nicholas felt strongly about people looking down at those without magic. It wasn't their fault they were born with little mana.
"Of course, one's magical ability does not determine one's worth." His grandfather said, surprising Nicholas. "Did you think I would judge a person so lightly? My own grandson was called the weakest prince, I am better."
