As Hunter freshened up, he thought about what his grandmother had said and tried to figure out how not to blow his cover.
Just as he finished dressing up, a knock sounded on his door, and Sabrina walked in a moment later.
"Grandmother just told me that Chloe is coming over tomorrow," she said as she leaned against his dresser.
"Yeah."
"What are we going to do?" She asked, and Hunter shrugged.
"I've been thinking about it. The only thing we can do is tell Grandmother the truth," he said, and Sabrina arched an eyebrow.
"What do you mean by the truth? You realize I can't tell her I'm paying Alex to marry me, don't you?" She asked, and Hunter gave her a nod.
"I know that. Don't worry. I'll handle it. Let's go join her for dinner," he said as he made his way out of the room.
"What are you planning to say?" Sabrina asked as she hurried after him, but Hunter refused to share his plans with her.
