Ignoring the ensuing chaos caused by the ice villains and Gothams dynamic duo bumblebee continued straight to the Crock house undisturbed. Kori was taking in the sights and watching the locals take advantage of the chaos to complete their free 99 discounts.

"Well this is broken! Why do these people steal, burn and loot?"

Artemis who's been somewhat immune to these scenes finally started paying attention to the girl her sister's complication hangs around. "Cuz this is Gotham sweetheart. If you want paradise try Coastal City or Metropolis. Hey Adam where'd you find this chick anyways? As she is now I'm really worried you kidnapped her here."

"Worry not new friend! I have long since wanted to visit the planet and friend Brasher does not have the strength to kidnap me so obediently. If he were to try then you'd have to be prepared to lose most of a City like this and that's not the okay."

Saying the scariest things with the sweetest smile, admittedly cramped Artemis as her eyes turned towards me as if asking 'No seriously where did you find this chick? You ditched my sister for this?'

Seeing as how close we were to the apartments I didn't bother explaining and just turned on some music and kept driving. Artemis caught my signal and just decided to use her own ways to interrogate Kori. Which didn't get much results as the majority she knows of this planet is from the internet. However Kori didn't care and continued to chat with her new friend.

Pulling up on the apartments, the car didn't even have time to fully stop before a figure opened a window on the 12th floor and jumped. Artemis seemed shocked while Kori was intrigued and I watched the person we came for descend directly to us, catching herself on a branch and falling neatly in front of Bee.

With a smirk I open the door and stepped out "Jade long time no see. Seems like someone is getting stronger again."

"Heh, if you think I wasted my time in this half year, you're very wrong." With a hypnotic sway in her steps Jade made her way to me and pulled me into a quick hug. You see the main reason we separated was because as she matured she started awakening her powers.

Super reflexes almost like a spider sense, enhanced strength, and speed not enough to rate on a speedster scale but dodging bullets is easy for her. However that's standard comic configuration and what makes her unique is her Shade ability. When we first found out she was quite excited but didn't have complete control so when she got into an argument with her dad at home and accidentally fell through her own shadow into the floor below the whole family was shocked.

Then came her hellish half a year training under her father and even her mother called in a favor to Lady Shiva to help Jade. Artemis was jealous as she could feel herself getting stronger and even now most Olympians aren't her match physically, but she still didn't have any cool abilities, yet.

So over this half year The Cheshire had been making a bit of a reputation for herself and even fought the Black Canary to a tie. Jade empowers umbrakinesis, she can turn invites and levitate not fly, she can travel through shadows and even use others shadows as bindings as long as they didn't overpower her too much.

Ending our hug she leaned in my ears and asked "So what's this surprise you spent a half year putting together, and who's the chick? A normal hot girl can't attract your attention, so how is she sacred?"

By this point we were already walking back to the car and it wasn't a secret "She's Koriand'r from the planet Tamaran, using technology to blend in and she's related to the secret, but before that let's finish our trip and then head back to the secret."

The sisters in the back seemed shocked but quickly snapped out of it when I pulled up to the mall and told them it's all on me. The sisters don't really need a lot, but they still bought gifts for their parents. Which is something I've grown to admire of them. Clearly they don't have a good relationship with their dad, but whenever family is mentioned they never forget his share.

The trip ended nicely with the girls becoming best friends, we should have kept going but then my pocket started ringing. The girls looked at me but Kori started ringing too. Which instantly put the two of us on alert. Kori does not have a cell, she currently only carries a Titan communicator, small and round with the classic black and yellow theme, with full cellphone and internet perks but this alarm meant trouble and a nearby Titan needed rescue.

"Um what are those?" Artemis asked as Jade scrutinized the matching communicators with the alien girl and surprise I mentioned and tried putting it all together.

Without answering I picked up the communicator. Not too many have these I only left them with recruits who had no place to go until the Tower was completed. Those individuals who were safely protected I either haven't contacted or they didn't have the need for the communication at the time. Picking up the call I was immediately greeted with a noise.

"Calling Titans, mayday mayday, I need backup or rescue or just any help! These people are called Cadmus and they're after me --- booom fwooosh skrrrrt --- I'm leaving this message in hopes that any nearby Titans will find me. I'm in Star City I don't know if I can lose them but I'll do my Damn best. Gizmo out."

Gizmo was met a while ago, this crazy genius was living in an abandoned warehouse before I started sponsoring him and made him an offer. He's part of the Titans tech support I searched so hard for.

"Um what's a Titan?" Artemis asked

"Is that the surprise? You put together your own super group and wanted us to join? I'm in." Jade said straight forward and Artemis eyes lit up.

"Im in too!"

"You girls sure? While I can't say the Titans will be superheroes but definitely there will be dangers."

"Oh what the point of pussy footing around. It's not like either of us has plans to join the Justice League and catch our old man. Besides if we don't mess with you who do we mess with?" Jade stated

"While I would be plenty happy to throw the celebrations should we not rescue friend Gizmo?"

"Sort of, when Gizmo and I separated we had the plans in case he was kidnapped, stolen or brainwashed he gave me a way to track him down. If his proud self sent a request for help most likely it was as he was getting captured."

"So what's the plan then? Wait?" Artemis asked also Jade started spinning around a Sai that came from who knows where.

"Exactly we wait. He said Cadmus took him right? I bet he wasn't the only one, so it's time to take you guys to the base and get you suited up."

Sitting in bumblebee I pushed a bright red button with a crown on it as Jade asked "are we driving there? Is the base in the city? Batman's city?"

"Of course not. Seatbelts ladies." Without a word of warning a bright red wormhole opened and swalled Bee before spitting him out right in front of Titan tower.

"Ladies welcome to Titan tower, a future base, home and training ground for future Titans. Red, equip them with standard permissions and have a communicator next to the suit room."

The two sisters lit up when they heard suit. Looking at me simultaneously I couldn't help but smirk.

"Alright Ladies, suit up."
