Kumo

after getting back to the village, and claiming my title as a wolf sage, I was back on the road again, nothing much happening before an Anbu appeared in front of me at the village gates.

he held a scroll in his hand, which I assumed was meant for me, taking the scroll after he held it out to me, I read through it.

it was papers that let me pass into Kumo and a mission to Raid Orochimaru's old base on the way there, great now I have to do something.

summoning Luna yet again we head to Kumo, and im left speculating about what that snake left behind that I have to clean up.

stopping at the settlement where I have to find the location I say goodbye to Luna and summon Sora, my personal summon, he has grown for the past 4 months, he's higher than me now, and bigger than a lion.

after telling him what we have to look for we head out as I activate my sage mode.

having better senses ware hard to get used to, but I managed it but going into sage mode heightened even those.

taking a deep breath I try smelling snakes, but no luck, opening my eyes I look at the puddle on the ground, seeing my reflection, with narrowed pupils, skin black around my eyes, and my strength, I marvel at the sensation, no matter how many times I went into the sage mode it still felt incredible.

sensing the presence of Sora coming towards me, I head his way.

after meeting up he leads me to where he smelt the scent.

after getting close I already sense that there is an illusion around the area, and I only sensed it because I was in sagemode.

releasing it with a burst of Chakra, I open the hatch that I spotted near a tree, it was covered up pretty well.

going down the hatch I Cal already smell the blood and medicine, using chakra Dome I extend it to sense if anyone is in the rooms that are in the corridor.

sensing no one, I speculate that it was abandoned.

...now that I think about it, shouldn't he be back by now?...whatever.

opening the door I see a desk and some medical equipment, and a table where I suspect the patients were experimented on.

looking at the desk I see a few papers that were covered by dust, picking them up and blow on them to get rid of the dust I start reading the text.

and once Im done I find out what is in the storage part of the cursed seal, though it might be fake.

hearing footsteps I look back to see a pitch-black wolf, which would be perfect for blending in shadows, it comes closer and starts talking.

{your suspicions were correct Haruto-sama, it wasn't your Hokage that gave the order, it was an elder named Danzo} after finishing reporting it disappeared in a puff of smoke.

"so Danzo, you want to use me, huh?...you wouldn't mind if I returned the favor, right?" I say absently as I store the papers in my inventory.

deciding to make water clones I leave the base, most probably it's fake, but maybe my clones will find something.

waiting a few minutes the water clones come out, and two of them were empty-handed, but one held a paper in his hand.

taking it and reading it through, I smirk to myself.

this note was left for Orochimaru's subordinates, it was well hidden but a small chakra Dome found it.

putting it in my pouch I walk off to Kumo, wanting to get there before a root tries to trip me.

well, time to head out, but I dont want to bother Luna again, so I summon Sora, the best alternative.

{what is it? a fight?} he asked, oh how wrong he was.

"let me ride you to Kumo," I say with a serious voice.

{...no...} he said with a deadpan.

"you don't have a choice, and im not sorry" I respond and jump on his back, he sighs in acceptance and sprints off in...the wrong direction.

after getting close to the border, I let Sora go back, and I tried to pass the border...until an Anbu team stopped me.

"identify yourself," said one of them, getting close to me not realizing that I could break their necks.

moving slowly I take out the pass I got, they tensed but relaxed even if only a little when they saw the paper.

handing it to them they nodded and told me that I still had to go to Raikage

$10 that he will challenge me, and $100 that I have to put my points in speed just to survive.

I sigh at my predicament and my stupidness that I came up with a jutsu similar to lightning armor.

well, it's about 12:10 right now, and I still want to rewrite my other fic so I won't sleep for a while, but ill fall asleep in a bit since im kinda tired. bye
