The Raikage

walking into Kumo was quite the experience...not really, but at least I would enjoy it if these idiots didn't bring me through the village like a trophy,

at least im not tied up, not that they haven't tried.

getting to a cliff they start walking up the side...weird...

following them up the cliff I stay silent, wondering what's up there...wait is the Kage tower on top of the cliff? that's sick.

after about 5 minutes of walking, we finally get there and Im lead to the Kage office, walking in I see a bulky dark-skinned man...working out, while paperwork is stacking up.

"huh? what's the matter?" said the Raikage, stopping his exercise.

"Raikage sama we have a guest from Konoha," said one of the Anbu as I step forward.

"so what is a leaf shinobi doing here?" he asked with a raised eyebrow.

I hand him the scroll that the third handed me.

after reading through it, and then reading through it again he just crumbles it...oh no.

"tell you what, In the chunin exams I noticed your lightning jutsu, the one that covers your body and makes you faster, it looks similar to my own, so race with me," he said seriously, standing up, looking down on me, literally.

"Sorry, but...Im just a chunin" I say trying to back out.

"nonsense, you have skills to be a jounin and since you specialize in speed I want you to race me, if you manage to keep up I'll allow you to stay as long as you want," he isn't allowing me to say no...damn it.

"as you wish" I accept, I knew it was coming, at least it isn't a fight.

"you dont mind a bit of an audience do you?" he questions...what does he mean by an audience?

"may I ask, who exactly?" was my question.

"oh, it's the team that was in the exams with you," he responds as we head down the cliff, on the way there he sends an Anbu to inform the said team and his brother.

"Anyway, what brought you here?" he asks sounding quite interested.

showing him my hand I channel Storm chakra through it, and his eyes widen a little.

"...how can you do that?" he asks voice stern, eyes narrowing at me.

"I don't know, I just tried and it worked, I suspected that one of my parents ware here and wanted to find out if I had family left" I answer but, that's a lie, im on a vacation.

"hm, I would do that too, have you had any trouble on the way? I've heard that Iwa wants your head 'black wolf' " he smirks, honestly, I never thought I would be having a conversation this long with him.

"...no, I did not, I got here right after I finished my training" I answer with a sigh, I never asked for a moniker, and one so emo at that.

after that, we walked in relative silence until we got to an open field...I suspect this is where the 8 tails container trains, the field is big enough for him to transform and there are some craters.

and I was right as a man with black glasses, blond hair, and with the kanji, 'lightning' on his arm, wearing a Kumo jounin uniform comes up to us...rapping.

...Im not even going to try to understand that so I just asked the Raikage to translate.

"he said that I was looking pumped for our race" he supplies, with a deadpan stare directed at his brother.

we remain quiet waiting for the requested team to get here, after about 10 minutes they arrive.

"you called Raikage-sama?" said a dark-skinned woman with dark red hair, behind her was a dark-skinned boy with white hair and a blond girl with...Tsunade-cup bust that I try not to look at, blue eyes and short hair, and she has a blade on her waist...damn, she's hot.

"yes, remember this guy? yeah Im going to race him"... really? that's the best you can do, A?

"why?" came from the same girl.

"...because I was bored, and paperwork is very boring," he said nodding.

"well, okay, but why call us?" she asked another question.

"...I don't know, it's no fun alone, If we do it alone it's going to look like two idiots running around, while with you guys it's going to look like we're racing" he answered a little dejected.

really? that's the reason, And here I thought that it was because he wanted to motivate them using me...well I guess I was expecting too much.

"...okay" she just sighs in resignation.

walking up to the made-up starting line we agree on three laps.

activating my sagemode and godspeed jutsu I get ready to sprint off.

at an unspoken signal we both dash forward, I see that he's limiting himself to my level...Im not having it, changing the nature chakra from lightning to storm in my godspeed, I speed up and we are going at even speed until he speeds up.

...I guess it's time to waste some stored up points, it's about time I distributed them anyway, why not use it to beat a Kage in speed.

adding 100 points to my AGI, I manage to reach incredible speeds, as fast as Orochimaru, when he hit me, but I suspect that it's because of my sage more and my godspeed jutsu nature changed to the storm.

overtaking him, I leave him a little surprised, he speeds up and catches up to me, Im guessing he isn't holding back anymore, and there's only a half the way left.

feeling my chakra lowering I curse under my breath, I may be fast but sage mode with godspeed is chakra exhausting...but if I add points now, I won't get more chakra, I'll get larger reserves, they still need filling up.

slowing down at the end the Kazekage manages to win.

sighing to myself I look over at the audience...wait why are they gaping?...oh right, I just went head to head with Kazekage in a speed competition...and I just turned 14...damn, I managed to bust myself, oh well.

done, so yeah Im going to start spending the stat points now because who doesn't like overpowered 14-year-olds...Right?
