Chapter 71 - Kidnapped

When Lara woke up, she felt uncomfortable. She opened her eyes and saw that she was in what seemed like an abandoned factory.

Her mind flashed back to what had happened; it seemed like the danger was t with the car; whoever did this knew her well; the person was aware that she had been quite vigilant recently. She shook her head and gave the person 8 points in her mind.

She looked down and saw her body tied to the chair, she tried to move her hands and realized that they were tied behind her. And her feet were tied to the chair.

"Arggh, you're awake. Just in time" a voice said from behind her. She kept quiet and listened as the footsteps neared her; she ransacked through her memories, and a figure flashed in her mind. "Ed, when were you released from prison?" She asked in an even tone.

A burst of laughter sounded behind her, "Released? I'm still in prison, obediently serving my sentence." He sneered at her naivety.
