Morning came and the whole city is in an uproar upon discovering that a powerful persona has come. The head of the Birch clan has issued an order of capture on the said persona, they too have already dispatched their hidden experts on the matter in-order to track down this powerful and elusive character. One of the hidden experts named Tome is currently known as the one of the fastest magic caster in Oar however even he cannot believe the intense speed where a large scale explosion can be cast. Based on Tome's knowledge the normal scale spell which can affect up to 5 people and destroy a bunch of crates, these are the spells which you can cast within 1-5 seconds depending on the scale. For large scale such as the one used near the wall usually needs a whole minute of casting time before being unleashed, these kinds spells will lose their strength if the casting is rushed or incomplete.

Tome noticing the peculiar damage in the inn came to the same conclusion as Jayne whereas the wielder was ambushed in his sleep. The only part which does not make sense to Tome is why would there be a powerful wielder sleeping in the outer ring, he knew that there is nothing special in the outer ring other than it being the place for the poor people. The attack on the wall doesn't also makes sense since the whole island is floating and the walls is more like a decoration for them to look more civilized. Not having any idea he began asking around the area about suspicious characters or suspicious explosive materials.

In a trader somewhere in the middle ring a man in shabby clothes entered and placed a giant polished core in the counter. Of course this man is none other than Kureno who is trying to change his giant polished core to smaller ones. Looking like he is still new to the capital the trader somehow got the impression that he stole the core and there should be no problem if he gave a low price for the item. "I can give you two polished cores for this." shocked at price given him Kureno nodded as fast as he could. "Hey! Are you trying to cheat him with a few polished cores" It was when trader was about to hand-over the two polished cores a hand smacked the table and debated that the price is too little. Looking over the figure that defended him Kureno saw a beautiful leather armored lady with knives all over her suit, surely enough it was Jayne who was helping out Kureno with his sale of a giant core. "But I am sure that this guy stole this core from someone else. He is lucky enough to get something for it in return." as the trader is trying to justify his actions to the lady in front of him. This made Jayne look at the person she is trying to defend, all she saw is a provincial worker.
