Yes depending on the prison sentences and what they are sent to present for they are given an opportunity to make what they call commissary to buy items that they would get normally and to give them chance to learn practical skills so when they are released they can over except period of time they'll be able to find work and transition themselves back into regular society. Your highness now not all who are released are reformed but there is a point system in place that you can only get arrested so many times and you serve so many years in person but there are time where some do get way with going more than a handfull of time but even then they don't last long in regular society in it and end up in prison and indefinitely. The Crown Prince makes it to the signed room that he'll be staying at. He enters the door and closes it locking it behind him. He walks to a chair next to a fireplace it is unlit. He sits down forms a very small fireball the tip of his index finger and shoots it to the fireplace setting it a light. He sighs in frustration and glares at the raging fire in front of him.
