' As Akainu walked through the lavish corridors of Marījoa, the holy land of Mary Geoise, his footsteps echoed through the emptiness, creating a rhythmic sound reverberating off the walls. The grandeur of the majestic architecture was awe-inspiring, with large windows lining the sides of the corridor, allowing the sun's golden rays to stream in, illuminating the already sparkling walls made of silver and gold. The pristine condition of the place was such that it appeared to be a paradise on earth, with every nook and cranny shining like a piece of exquisite jewelry.
As Akainu strode confidently down the corridor, the sound of his polished white dress shoes echoing against the pavement, he was flanked on either side by two imposing soldiers. They marched with military precision, their dark suits and hats giving them an air of formality and authority. However, Akainu's keen Observation Haki allowed him to sense that three more individuals were lurking in the shadows, concealed within the very walls themselves. These hidden figures were undoubtedly powerful, their strength surpassing that of a mere Vice Admiral yet not quite reaching the level of an Admiral.
But Akainu knew they weren't the only ones watching his every movement. Akainu strode through the corridor of the imposing Marījoa palace, his mind racing with thoughts of the upcoming mission to capture the Storm Pirates. However, an eerie sensation at the back of his head caused him to pause in his steps, a feeling that someone was watching him, stalking him from the shadows. He turned his head slightly, trying to pinpoint the source of the sensation, but to his dismay, it seemed to emanate from all around him as if the very walls and floors of the palace were alive and aware of his every move. As if someone could tell Akainu was in Marījoa. Still, Akainu couldn't tell where this someone was.
As Akainu walked down the long, winding hallway, their footsteps echoed off the marble floors. And as they reached the end of the hallway, they were met with a large double door that was unlike any other. The door was made of pure silver, and the handle was crafted from the finest gold, intricately designed with stunning detail. The servant approached the door with reverence, knowing that what lay beyond was reserved only for the most privileged of guests. With a gentle hand, he turned the handle and pushed open the door gracefully, revealing a room that was fit for a God.
As Akainu stepped into the room, his eyes were met with grandeur. The room was a spacious square, adorned with five regal couches and seats that were placed in a seemingly haphazard manner yet somehow managed to exude an air of elegance and sophistication. The decor was a perfect blend of modernity and tradition, with the walls adorned with intricate patterns that spoke of ancient times and the furniture reflecting contemporary design. The room had a large square window that stretched across one of the walls, offering a breathtaking view of the vast ocean below the Red Line and the endless clouds that hovered above as if trying to touch the heavens. It was a room that spoke of power, grandeur, and exclusivity.
As Akainu stepped into the imposing room, he couldn't help but feel a sense of familiarity wash over him. With a deep breath, he let his eyes wander around the room, taking in every detail of the grandeur surrounding him. It wasn't the first time he had been in this particular room, and he knew all too well the significance it held for those who aspired to become Admirals of the Marine.
For generations, every Admiral had walked through these same doors, their hearts beating with anticipation and nerves as they prepared to take their vows to the World Government. It was here, in this very room, that they would receive the coveted medal of the Admiral and pledge their allegiance to their duty to protect the world's citizens. Those who dared to break their vows were met with swift and unforgiving justice. God saw to it that traitors were punished accordingly, and the punishment was always Death.
This room, with its grandiose architecture and imposing presence, had served as a stage for the most significant events in the history of the Marines. All the Admirals, from Kizaru to Aokiji, from Sengoku to many others before them, had been coronated in this very room, their achievements recognized and celebrated by their fellow Marines. However, it was not only the Admirals who had graced this room with their presence. Even the legendary Garp, The Hero, had once been summoned here by the five elders to convince him to take on the mantle of an Admiral. The incident that led to this meeting was one of the most controversial and significant events in the history of the Marines, involving the infamous Celestial Dragons and the enigmatic pirate Gol D. Roger.
The details of what had transpired that fateful day remained shrouded in mystery. Still, the rumor mill was abuzz with whispers of a confrontation between the legendary Marine Vice-admiral Garp and the five powerful elders that governed the world government. It was said that Garp had laughed in their faces, his eyes twinkling with mirth as he unabashedly declared that he had no intentions of becoming their lapdog. If they wanted a dog, he had quipped, then they ought to go and ask Sengoku
As Akainu strode into the room, his senses immediately prickled with the eerie sensation of being watched. It wasn't the first time he had felt this way, but this time it was different - the intensity of the feeling was tenfold stronger than before. Suddenly, he felt an unusual pressure building up in his entire body, as though an invisible force was weighing down his very bones. Despite the added weight, Akainu refused to falter and stood tall; his head held high with the same pride that had propelled him to the top of the ranks. With a narrowed gaze, he scanned the room, his senses on high alert, searching for the source of this strange feeling that had unsettled him.
'Never show Fear,' Akainu repeated in his head.
With a sudden hush in the room, the Servant standing behind Akainu uttered the words that caught everyone's attention, "Admiral Sakazuki, from the North Blue, is present." As soon as the words left his mouth, the room fell into a reverential silence, and all eyes turned toward the Admiral. The five Elders, who were deep in conversation, paused their discussion and turned to face the Admiral, who stood tall and proud, his head bowed in respect. His presence commanded attention, and his aura exuded power and strength that was undeniable to those around him. It was as if a gust of wind had blown through the room.
Akainu was not privy to the identities of the five mysterious figures who held the ultimate power over the world, and it seemed that nobody was. However, those in the highest echelons of authority, such as the former Fleet Admiral Sengoku, were well aware of the immense influence that these enigmatic Elders wielded. Akainu, a formidable fighter in his own right, could not discern the full extent of their power, but the way they carried themselves with a calm and unwavering demeanor, free from any hint of anxiety or trepidation, gave him an inkling of their incredible strength and made him realize that underestimating them would be a grave mistake.
"Leave Us," the words echoed through the room, spoken in a low and commanding tone by the one who wielded a gleaming sword. The servant, without uttering a single word, simply nodded in obedience and turned to walk towards the door. As he reached the threshold, his hand grasped the cold metal handle and pulled the door closed behind him, leaving the six men alone in the room. For a moment, the only sound that filled the space was the soft click of the door latch as it secured shut. The man with the sword then began to pace, the sharp tapping of his weapon on the silver floor creating a symphony of metallic echoes that reverberated through the room.
As soon as Akainu saw the man with a scar on his face, he approached him with a sense of respect. "You asked for me?" he questioned, his voice calm and collected. He couldn't help but notice the man's powerful aura, which seemed to fill the room with an air of grace and authority. The scarred man nodded in response before standing up and clearing his throat, a small gesture that commanded attention.
As the words left his mouth, the man's stern expression betrayed no hint of emotion. "Indeed, Admiral Akainu," he began, his voice devoid of any inflection. "You have gained quite a reputation among your peers in the Navy. Your deeds, both on and off the battlefield, are not overlooked and have earned you a place of great respect among our ranks. Your decision to take action against the scholars of Ohara, while controversial to some, was always appreciated by those of us who understand the importance of maintaining order and eliminating threats to the stability of our society."
Akainu cleared his throat before responding, "It was my duty as a Marine," he replied, his voice tinged with a hint of annoyance. He had never been one for small talk or beating around the bush, and he couldn't fathom why they couldn't just get straight to the point.
The man with the scar spoke in a deep, commanding voice as he addressed the admiral before him, "As you are already aware, your mission is clear - you must execute Monkey D. Luffy, and you must do it with precision and efficiency. However, recent intelligence has revealed that there is someone else in his crew who is of great importance - a woman by the name of Nico Robin, the sole survivor of Ohara." Despite the gravity of the situation, Akainu remained outwardly calm and composed. However, beneath his cool exterior, he seethed with anger and frustration at the thought of yet another obstacle standing in their way. For Akainu, failure was not an option, and he was determined to see their mission through to its successful completion, no matter the cost.
As Akainu stood there, his thoughts racing with fury and disbelief, he could hardly contain the rage that was boiling up inside him. "Impossible!" he thought. "Buster Call killed everyone in Ohara. How could she... Aokiji!" The very thought of it made his blood boil with fury, but he knew that he had to keep his emotions in check. He gritted his teeth and clenched his fists, determined to keep his anger hidden from the others around him. Despite his efforts, however, he couldn't help but feel a seething rage building up within him, threatening to erupt at any moment.
'I knew you were always a coward, Aokiji, but I never thought you would go so low as to let someone like her live,' Akainu thought with growing frustration; he always knew Aokiji wasn't someone to make the hard decisions; he was a coward and always went with the easiest choice.
Akainu couldn't help but wonder if the Five Elders, the highest-ranking members of the World Government, were aware of Aokiji's involvement in the escape of the notorious criminal, Nico Robin. At the time of the escape, Aokiji had been the only person on the island who possessed the skills and meant to pull off such a daring feat. Everyone else, including the rest of the Marines, had been aboard the ship, leaving Nico Robin with no hope of escape.
The one with the scar stated, his voice laced with authority. "Your task is to execute her as well and do it well. As for the rest of the crew, they are of no importance to us." Akainu, simply nodded in understanding, his face a mask of stoicism. Just as Akainu was about to turn and leave, the sound of clapping hands filled the room. He turned to see the one carrying the sword, a mischievous glint in his eye.
As soon as his palms made contact, the sound of clapping echoed through the room, reverberating against the polished walls and high ceiling. Then, with a sudden creaking noise, a door on the right side of the room slowly began to open, revealing a figure dressed in the uniform of a marine officer. The man strode into the room with purpose, his strides steady and unwavering despite the weight of the large square box he carried in his arms.
All eyes turned to the marine as he made his way toward Akainu. Without saying a word, the marine placed the box at Akainu's feet, its weight causing a loud thud to echo throughout the room. Akainu's eyes narrowed as he looked down at the box, his mind racing with questions. He turned to face the Five Elders, hoping to glean some insight from their expressions. "What is this?" he demanded, his voice low and menacing.
"Inside, there are several normal fruits. We want you to take the box and collect Monkey D. Luffy's devil fruit once you kill him. After you have the Storm Fruit in your possession, you're to bring it to us. No one should know about it. Are we clear?" The man with a scar spoke with a commanding voice. However, before he could even utter a single syllable, the pressure around him increased tremendously, causing him to feel as if the bones in his body would snap at any moment and make him feel too heavy to move.
As Akainu stood there, perplexed and sweat dripping down his forehead, he couldn't help but wonder why his Haki, which had always been so reliable, was failing him now. He scanned the room, his eyes landing on the five elders who were watching him intently with stern expressions. Akainu couldn't shake the feeling that they were behind this sudden weakness in his Haki, but he couldn't be sure which one of them was responsible or if they were all working together to send him a message. Regardless of the answer, Akainu knew one thing for certain: he couldn't afford to fail.
Akainu stood tall amidst the oppressive atmosphere surrounding him, his body taut with weight and pressure. Despite the palpable tension that hung in the air like a suffocating fog, he refused to show any sign of weakness, his voice ringing out with a firmness that left no room for doubt or hesitation. "I will do my job," he declared, his eyes fixed unwaveringly on the faces of the five most important people in the world, who watched him with a mixture of scrutiny and satisfaction.
The man with the scar, whose expression betrayed a sense of approval and satisfaction at Akainu's response. The four other Elders, too, looked on with a sense of eagerness and anticipation, their eyes flicking back and forth between Akainu and the man with the scar. "Good," the scarred man spoke, his voice carrying a subtle warning that Akainu knew all too well. "We expect success," he added, his words laced with a sense of urgency and importance that left no room for failure or compromise.
Now
"Going Merry!!" Usopp screamed with wide-opened eyes as he tried to run towards it, knowing the ship would be destroyed; Zoro was unsheathing his swords to cut the fireball before it hit the ship; Sanji was prepared to kick the fireball away; Nami quickly formed the set of wings, ready to use her own body to take the hit head on, Nojiko slapped her hands together, ready to use her own ability, but Luffy was faster than all of them.
"Gear Second: Lightning Man." His skin turned into a bright shade of red, and his muscles bulged with immense strength as if he were a god of thunder. With lightning speed, he soared towards the colossal fireball that was about to consume his beloved ship, Going Merry.
In a split second, he positioned himself in front of the ominous blaze and thrust his fist forward, unleashing a dragon made entirely of red lightning. The dragon roared with fury as it collided with the fireball, creating an enormous explosion that resonated throughout the night. The impact was so intense that small fragments of debris flew in every direction, some of them landing on the deck of Going Merry and chipping away at its once-pristine woodwork. Despite the destruction around him, Luffy stood tall, his lightning-infused body crackling with energy and his fiery spirit burning brighter than ever before.
With the agility of a panther and the strength of a raging bull, Luffy barked out his orders to his crew with a sense of urgency and determination. "Everyone on the ship," he commanded, his voice booming with the force of a hurricane. Steam billowed from his body, adding to the already intense atmosphere on board.
In the distance, the Marine Enemy Ship was quickly approaching, and standing resolutely on the bow of the ship was their formidable foe, Admiral Sakazuki.
As the enemy ship approached, the intense heat in the air caused beads of sweat to form on the foreheads of Zoro and the rest of the crew, their senses heightening as they prepared for battle. Standing steadfast on the ship's bow, Luffy could feel the weight of his responsibility as captain weighing heavily upon him. Suddenly, Zoro's urgent call pierced through the air, breaking Luffy's concentration and causing him to turn toward his trusted swordsman. "Captain!" Zoro called out, his voice echoing across the deck.
The tension on board was palpable as everyone could feel the heat in the air increasing alarmingly. The sweltering heat was making it difficult for Usopp and the monkey brothers to navigate the ship, their hands slipping on the sweaty ropes as they struggled to keep the ship moving as quickly as possible. With their vision becoming increasingly blurry and their heads spinning, they felt like they were in a fever dream, but they knew they couldn't give up because the enemy was closing in fast.
Luffy stepped forward with unwavering resolve and addressed his trusted comrade, Zoro, in a tone that was uncharacteristically grave and devoid of any trace of his usual lightheartedness. "Let me handle this, Zoro," he declared, his eyes narrowed in determination as he locked gazes with the ruthless Admiral Akainu, his fiery aura pulsating with deadly intent. Despite the overwhelming odds stacked against him, Luffy refused to back down, knowing his fate of his depended on this.
As Sanji approached his captain, he took a confident stride and positioned himself at his side, his hand reaching into his pocket to retrieve a cigarette. However, as he pulled out the slender stick and brought it to his lips, he felt a sudden surge of warmth in the air, causing him to pause momentarily. The temperature continued to rise, and beads of sweat formed on his forehead as he realized that the heat had become so intense that the cigarette was almost lighting up on its own. Despite the discomfort, Sanji remained steadfast, determined to stand by his captain's side.
As Sanji brought the cigarette to his lips, he inhaled deeply, feeling the hot smoke fill his lungs and the satisfying rush of nicotine coursing through his veins. As he exhaled a puff of smoke, he couldn't help but notice the heat radiating around him. Though it didn't bother him much, he could tell Robin was uncomfortable, fanning herself. Surprisingly, Nojiko didn't seem to be affected by the heat at all; her demeanor was calm and collected. Despite Robin's discomfort, Sanji took another drag of the cigarette, enjoying the sensation of smoke filling his lungs once again.
Sanji's thoughts drifted to the people he had left behind, and he couldn't help but wonder if this was truly the end of the line. With a grave voice but a smile on his face, he turned to Captain Luffy and asked, "This is it, Captain. Tell me, is this the end of the Line?" The tension in the air was palpable, and Sanji knew that the risk of dying hung over all of their heads like a suicidal rope. As he pondered his own mortality, his thoughts inevitably turned to Zeff, the man who had raised him and taught him everything he knew about cooking, and to his fellow chefs, who had become like family to him. But most of all, he thought of Reiju. As the crew braced themselves for what lay ahead, Sanji couldn't help but wonder if he would ever see them again.
With a resolute tone in his voice, Luffy refused to accept defeat and assured his crew that he would ensure their safety no matter what. "No. I will make sure of it," he declared, his unwavering confidence radiating through his words and filling his crew with renewed hope and determination.
Realizing their best chance of survival was to reach Sky Island, Luffy wasted no time giving orders to his crew. "Zoro, follow the monkey brothers," he commanded, his voice ringing out with authority. With a flick of his wrist, he summoned a spectacular display of lightning strikes that illuminated the dark ocean and sounded like a horn of war in the sea.
"Captain," Zoro spoke, his voice confident and determined as he tightened his grip on the pommel of his swords, "let me help." The marine ship was quickly closing the distance between them, and the tension aboard their own vessel was palpable. Sanji, standing nearby, nodded in agreement with Zoro's suggestion - a rare moment of unity between the two usually contentious crewmates. As the wind picked up and the sea grew choppy, the two men readied themselves for battle, their eyes locked on the approaching enemy ship.
"No," Luffy's voice cut through the howling wind and crashing waves as he stood firmly at the helm of his ship, his gaze locked on the approaching enemy vessel. "I'm the Captain of this Ship," he continued, his tone unwavering and commanding, "and I'm ordering you both to protect the crew." As he spoke, a Dragon head made out of lightning appeared in the dark clouds, roaring ferociously at the enemy ship, its deafening roar echoing for miles away.
Luffy's eyes blazed with determination as he clutched his hand, which was now engulfed in crackling, electric energy. "Our objective," he bellowed over the storm's din, "is to get to the Sky Island, and nothing will stand in our way!" His gaze flickered to Akainu, who stood on the enemy vessel, his expression twisted in a cruel sneer.
But Luffy was undaunted; he had faced down far greater foes than this. With a fierce determination burning in his heart, he raised his hand, electricity crackling around his fingers. "And as for you, Akainu," he growled, "you'll regret ever crossing paths with the Straw Hat Pirates!"
With a fierce determination in his eyes, Luffy let out a deafening roar, calling forth his mighty power. "Kirin!" he bellowed, his arm slicing through the air in one swift motion. The dragon head, its eyes blazing with otherworldly energy. Without hesitation, it descended upon the enemy ship with lightning speed, a blinding flash of light preceding a massive explosion of electricity. Bolts of lightning shot out in every direction, illuminating the dark ocean and shaking the very foundations of the earth for miles around. The sound of the thunderous impact echoed through the air, a testament to the raw power of Luffy's attack.
Zoro expected to see the marine ship destroyed, but instead, he saw A massive dog head made of lava covering the entire ship like a shield, its glowing eyes fixed on Zoro as he approached. Where the lightning had struck, naught but smoke was coming out of it. The enemy ship was completely fine.
Amidst the chaos and confusion, Usopp's voice rang out in a loud scream, "It didn't work!" as the multiple fireballs began to descend from the sky, each one illuminating the dark night sky with a fiery glow, casting an eerie and ominous shadow over the entire sea.
Panic and fear ran rampant among the crew as they realized their beloved ship, Going Merry, was in grave danger. But in the midst of this disastrous situation, Luffy's quick thinking and leadership skills shone through as he bellowed, "Protect the ship!" With a fierce determination, he summoned several powerful dragons made of crackling lightning, each one hurtling towards the incoming fireballs with incredible speed and force. The resulting explosion was a breathtaking display of power and energy as the dragons collided with the fireballs in a dazzling burst of flame and light.
Zoro stood firmly on the ship's deck with his swords sheathed and his eyes fixed on the incoming fireball. Without a moment's hesitation, he unsheathed all three of his swords, their sharp blades glistening in the bright moonlight. As Zoro's sword made contact with the fireball, a burst of sparks and flames erupted, filling the air with a dazzling display of light and heat. In a split second, Zoro's attack had hit the fireball, altering its trajectory and causing it to collide with the water near the ship. As the fireball hit the water, a loud hissing sound filled the air as the sea began to boil and steam rose from the surface. Zoro stood there, his swords still at the ready, watching as the water around the ship evaporated into steam, creating a cloud of mist that hung in the air.
Sanji sprang into action as he noticed an incoming fireball hurtling toward their beloved ship. Without a moment's hesitation, he gracefully leaped into the air and executed a perfectly timed kick that sent the blazing ball of flame hurtling off course. However, instead of hitting the ship and causing widespread destruction, the fireball collided with a nearby island, setting ablaze everything in its path, including the humble abode of Cricket.
Meanwhile, Nami used her devil fruit powers to clash with the incoming fireball. The resulting explosion was so massive that it could be seen from miles away, yet Nami remained unscathed, thanks to her quick reflexes and ingenuity. In no time, she had jumped back onto the deck of the Going Merry.
Akainu spotted the pirate ship, which was desperately attempting to flee from his grasp. A sinister smirk crept upon his face as he extended his hand towards the shimmering water's surface. With a swift motion, he plunged his fingers into the cool liquid, and an ominous aura emanated from his palm. Suddenly, the calm waters within a kilometer radius started to bubble and emit steam from the intense heat. Akainu's power was overwhelming, and the water's surface was transforming into chunks of black stone, chasing the pirate ship with ferocity and determination. The black chunks of stone rapidly caught up with them, threatening to halt their escape and leave them at the mercy of Akainu's wrath.
As Luffy desperately tumbled through the air, he suddenly noticed something peculiar happening beneath him. The once crystal-clear waters separating the menacing marine ship from his beloved Going Merry were starting to transform into an ominous black stone as if some ancient curse had been awakened from its slumber. The terrifying spectacle continued to unfold as the eerie transformation spread, slowly engulfing the surrounding water and encasing the ship in a solid stone prison. Panic seized Luffy's heart as he realized they were now trapped, unable to move or escape, while their enemies closed in for the kill.
Suddenly, the ship came to an abrupt halt, causing the crew to stumble around in confusion and surprise. The monkey brothers, who were manning the helm, frantically tried to get the ship moving again, but their efforts were in vain as the black stone surrounding the vessel seemed to be holding it in place. Chopper nearly lost his balance and tumbled overboard, but Usopp quickly grabbed his hand and pulled him back up. The crew members exchanged worried glances as they realized the gravity of their situation. They couldn't sail away.
As Luffy landed on the main deck of the ship, his crew members Zoro, Sanji, and Usopp were already in the midst of freeing the ship from the stones. "Zoro, Sanji, Usopp, free the ship! We need to sail away!" he bellowed, his voice carrying across the deck and echoing through the salty sea air.
With a sense of urgency, Luffy's crew worked tirelessly to ensure the ship was seaworthy and ready to set sail. As they rushed to secure the last few ropes, Luffy's gaze was drawn to the marine ship that loomed in the distance. He squinted, trying to make out any sign of Akainu, but the ship was too far away. He couldn't shake the sense that something terrible was about to happen, and the knot in his stomach grew tighter with each passing moment.
Suddenly, the sound of heavy footsteps echoed through the deck, causing everyone to freeze in their tracks. Before they could react, the figure of a man landed on the main deck with a thud, causing the wood to creak and groan under his weight. As they looked up, they saw the terrifying sight of the ruthless Admiral Akainu standing before them, his magma body glowing red hot and lava leaking from his skin. The air was thick with tension, and the crew's breaths were stuck in their throats as they watched in horror as the wood slowly began to burn under Akainu's feet. Usopp tried to summon the courage to fight back against the Admiral. His hands shook as he reached for his revolver, but he couldn't seem to get a grip on it.
With a steely gaze, Robin fixed her eyes on Akainu, the man who had caused the destruction of the Ship many years ago. Despite her initial disbelief, the daring archaeologist had searched high and low, turning over every stone and delving into every rumor to uncover the truth behind the tragedy. Her tireless efforts had finally led her to one inescapable conclusion: Akainu had been the one to give the order. Despite the burning anger that threatened to consume her, Robin refused to let her emotions get the better of her.
Akainu's sharp gaze scanned the group of people before him, his eyes lingering briefly on Nico Robin, the archaeologist with a dark past that he enjoyed reminding her of. However, something else caught his attention - a blue-haired girl standing beside her, looking visibly nervous. Akainu's lips curled into a sneer as he recognized her as Vivi, the former princess of Alabasta. "Well, well, well," he drawled, his voice dripping with disdain. "If it isn't Vivi, the pirate!" Vivi's face was flushed with sweat and fear, knowing full well the kind of power Akainu possessed.
The salty ocean air whipped through Zoro and Sanji's hair as they frantically tried to break through the impenetrable black stone. Each swing of their blades left only small, insignificant scratches on the surface. The urgency of their task weighed heavily on their minds as they realized the longer it took to break through. Zoro and Sanji's brows furrowed in determination as they continued to hack away at the stubborn stone. "I need to do this faster!" thought Zoro, his heart pounding in his chest. Sanji's mind raced with ideas on how to speed up the process, but with each failed attempt, his frustration grew.
With beads of sweat forming on her forehead and her heart racing, Vivi stood tall and declared with unwavering pride, "I am Nefertari Vivi, Princess of Alabasta." The weight of her title hung heavy on her shoulders as she fought to steady her breathing, each inhales feeling like a searing hot coal sliding down her throat. Despite the physical discomfort, Vivi refused to let her nerves get the best of her, determined to show Akainu the strength and conviction of a true princess.
"I'm afraid not anymore, didn't you read the newspaper?" Akainu questioned with a smug smile growing on his face, especially when Vivi's face slowly started turning pale. Vivi felt a shiver of fear in her body as her eyes widened.
"W-what do you mean?" She questioned, but a part of her didn't want to know what he had to say. The atmosphere was tense, and even the air around them seemed to carry a sense of foreboding. Akainu's words were like a sharp knife that sliced through Vivi's heart, leaving her feeling vulnerable and exposed.
As Akainu spoke with a growing smug smile, the crew before him listened intently to the news he was about to deliver. "Your father, the king of Alabasta, delivered a public speech yesterday, and due to your treasonous acts of becoming a pirate and abandoning your country, he has made the difficult decision to remove you from the line of succession," he declared, his voice echoing throughout the air.
The shock that rippled through the crow was palpable, and almost everyone gasped in disbelief except for Robin, who had already known this information. Akainu continued, "In addition to removing you from the line of succession, the king has also decided to remarry within a month, and his future children will inherit the throne of Alabasta." As the words left his mouth, Vivi gasped in horror. Her face turned white like a ghost, and her breathing became rapid as she struggled to stand on her feet. The weight of the news was too much for her to bear, and she could feel her world crumbling around her. The thought of losing her father and her country's legacy was almost too much to bear.
As Akainu towered over Vivi, her once confident demeanor had been replaced with one of utter defeat. Her eyes, once filled with fire, now glistened with tears as she struggled to comprehend the gravity of the situation. "Did you really think that someone of your status could just become a Pirate and for there to be no Consequences?" Akainu taunted, his voice oozing with disdain. "Well, perhaps this will teach you something," he added, his smirk growing even bigger as he watched Vivi fall to her knees. For a moment, Vivi felt as if her entire world had crumbled around her. As the tears rolled down her cheeks, she realized the gravity of her mistake.
As the tension mounted on the ship, Akainu stepped forward, his eyes blazing with fury, and threatened to burn down the entire vessel. With a cold, hard glint in his eyes, he turned to the Princess, "Lucky for you, I need you alive." But just as he was about to unleash his fiery wrath, a defiant voice interrupted him, shouting angrily from the sidelines.
"Lightning Tiger," Monkey D. Luffy summoned his immense power, channeling it through his entire right arm, which transformed into a crackling bolt of red lightning, illuminating the dark sky with its brilliant glow. With a deafening roar, he lunged forward, unleashing a devastating punch that struck Akainu square in the face. The impact was so powerful that the red electricity surged through his body, sending him hurtling back toward the island. As he crashed onto the rocky shore, a deep groan escaped his lips as he struggled to get back on his feet.
As Zoro and Sanji relentlessly hammered away at the obsidian barrier encasing their beloved Going Merry, the Marines' ship crept closer. Suddenly, a deafening roar echoed across the sea, just as a colossal wave towered over the horizon, barreling towards them with a ferocity that left no room for escape. The sheer force of the wave was so great that it caused the entire Warship to be hurled backward.
As the fierce battle between Luffy and Akainu raged on, Luffy leaped forward, his powerful fists at the ready to strike. But in a swift and calculated move, Akainu dodged Luffy's attack easily, his eyes flashing with determination.
Luffy, undeterred, continued his assault, his movements fluid and graceful as he launched himself at his opponent once more. As Akainu prepared to counter, his right arm began to glow with intense heat, causing the air around them to sizzle and crackle. The ground beneath their feet shook with the force of his power as he hurled a fist made entirely of magma toward Luffy's face. Luffy reacted quickly, his arms sparking with red lightning as he summoned all of his strength to create a shield around himself. But even with his lightning shield, the sheer force of Akainu's attack was too much for him to handle. The molten fist cut through his defenses like a hot knife through butter, its searing heat scorching his skin as it made contact with his exposed flesh.
As he faced his enemy head-on, Luffy's senses were heightened, and his muscles tensed with anticipation. Suddenly, he let out a scream of pain, his body writhing in agony as he clutched his belly. Despite the searing pain, Luffy's instincts kicked in, and he quickly used his speed to gain some much-needed distance from his opponent. His eyes briefly glanced down at the right side of his belly, and his heart sank as he saw a huge, burning mark had formed, a testament to the deadly strike that had just landed on him. Blood trickled down his side, staining his clothes and leaving a trail of red behind him as he continued to dodge and weave, determined not to let his injury slow him down in this fight for his life.
With a smirk on his face, Admiral Akainu stood before Luffy, a pitiful fighter who posed no real threat to him. However, just as he was about to end the battle, a massive hand made entirely out of delicate, colorful petals formed behind him. The sight was so unexpected that even Akainu was momentarily taken aback. Without wasting any time, the giant hand flew towards him, threatening to crush him under its weight. However, Akainu was quick to react. Using his devil fruit powers, he turned his body into blazing hot magma, which allowed him to withstand the impact of the massive petal hand. The hand burned with intense heat as it made contact with Akainu's body, but it soon disappeared, turning into tiny petals that were carried away by the wind.
As Robin lunged forward, her teeth clenched in agony as the searing pain from her real arms burned intensely, the pain radiating from her elbow like wildfire, but she refused to let out a scream that would betray her weakness; she had to keep fighting, had to keep pushing forward against the seemingly invincible Akainu, her strength waning as she fell to her knees with a resigned sigh, knowing deep down that there wasn't much she could do to defeat this formidable foe.
As Akainu began to approach Luffy, the young pirate's eyes widened with a mix of both determination and fury, causing him to clench his teeth together tightly. Akainu's entire body was made of magma, the glowing orange substance casting an eerie glow onto the surrounding area. With every step the Marine took, flames trailed behind him like a fiery comet, as if he was a creature emerging from the very gates of Hell itself. Despite the intense heat and danger surrounding him, Luffy stood his ground.
Suddenly, a deafening roar echoed across the seas as a cannon shot was fired from the Pirate ship, hurtling towards Akainu. The cannonball struck him square in the chest, causing a momentary pause in the chaos. Akainu appeared unfazed.
"He's a Monster!!" The atmosphere was filled with tension and fear as Usopp screamed in sheer horror at the sight of the monstrous figure that stood before him. With his heart racing and his hands trembling, he quickly tried to reload the cannon, seeking the help of his trusted friend Chopper, who was equally determined to put an end to the terrifying beast.
Meanwhile, Nami sprang into action, forming a set of wings with her devil fruit power. Her eyes turned a fiery red as she soared high into the sky, ready to unleash her wrath upon the menacing creature. With a flick of her wrist, she sent a barrage of needles made out of pure gold hurtling toward Akainu. But despite the force of the attack, all the needles melted upon contact with Akainu's body, turning into a scorching liquid that flowed harmlessly away.
With a fierce expression on his face, Luffy leaped into the air, his muscular body propelling him higher and higher. As he soared through the sky, his right arm began to crackle with vibrant red energy, transforming into a powerful bolt of red lightning that crackled and sizzled with raw power. The air around him became charged with electricity, and a massive bolt of red lightning formed on his right arm, glowing with an intense heat that could be felt from miles away.
With a fierce battle cry, Luffy shouted, "Lightning Strike!" and hurled the bolt of energy with all his might straight at Akainu, the formidable enemy who stood in his way. The bolt of red lightning streaked through the air like a deadly missile, hurtling toward its target with the force of a raging storm. With a loud crack, the bolt struck Akainu squarely in the chest.
Suddenly, a burst of red lightning crackled through the air, illuminating the entire landscape in a bright red glow that was impossible to ignore. The sound echoed through the night, a testament to the sheer force of the energy that had been unleashed. Despite the chaos and destruction that surrounded them, Akainu remained unfazed, standing tall and unharmed as if he were invincible. Luffy, on the other hand, clenched his teeth in anger, his frustration and determination growing with each passing moment. Akainu, on the other hand, looked back at Luffy with a bored expression, as if he had already won the battle before it had even begun.
Akainu's voice dripped with disdain as he taunted Luffy, "Is that all the Dragon's son can do?" But instead of being demoralized, Luffy's eyes flashed with determination as he swiftly delivered a powerful punch toward Akainu. The impact of the attack was so intense that it created an invisible shockwave, shaking the very ground beneath them. However, to Luffy's surprise, Akainu was able to dodge effortlessly, his movements so smooth and calculated that it seemed as if he had anticipated the attack beforehand. With a fierce roar, Akainu charged toward Luffy, his fiery determination burning brightly in his eyes.
Akainu had the upper hand as he grabbed Luffy by the neck, ready to deliver the final blow and end his life. However, in that crucial moment, something unexpected happened. Luffy's right hand suddenly became engulfed in a blindingly bright, white light that seemed to radiate with otherworldly power.
With a confident smirk on his face, Luffy thrust his hand forward, causing Akainu to hesitate for a split second, thinking it was a weak attack. But as the fist connected with his chest, Akainu felt an intense pain that seemed to penetrate deep into his organs, causing him to clench his teeth in agony. Akainu could feel his grip on the young pirate's neck loosening. With one final gasp of pain, he let go of Luffy, staggering backward as he tried to regain his balance.
Admiral Akainu found himself in a predicament, with his ears beginning to bleed profusely due to the sheer force of the shockwaves being hurled towards him by the determined Monkey D. Luffy. Despite the agony and distraction caused by the injury, Akainu refused to back down and instead opted to channel his anger into his next move, which proved to be a wise decision as he effortlessly maneuvered his way around the incoming shockwaves with grace and precision.
With a fierce cry of "Phoenix Fire!", Nami's entire body transformed into a magnificent creature made entirely of red-hot flames, resembling the legendary bird of fire itself. Without hesitation, she soared towards, Akainu with a powerful velocity that left a trail of smoke and embers in her wake. The intensity of the flames grew stronger and stronger as she approached until finally, she made contact with the enemy, causing a deafening explosion that shook the earth and lit up the sky. The ground beneath them cracked and crumbled as the flames spread rapidly, engulfing everything in their path. The forest did not match the crimson inferno, which devoured trees and bushes alike, leaving nothing but ash and smoke behind.
Red hot sparks danced and flickered in the night air like a swarm of fireflies, their fiery trails illuminating the destruction and chaos that had consumed the forest.
As Nami's body reverted to its normal state, she took in deep, ragged breaths, her chest heaving with the effort. Her exhaustion was palpable, a physical weight that seemed to drag her down even as she stood upright. Looking around her, she saw the area shrouded in a thick curtain of crimson flames that licked hungrily at the air, casting flickering shadows across the scene. Though the flames were terrifying to behold, Nami felt a strange sense of comfort in their warmth, knowing they were not harming her.
She had conjured them deliberately as a final desperate attempt to halt the relentless advance of Akainu. With a sense of grim determination, Nami watched the flames dance and writhe, hoping against hope that they would be enough to slow down Akainu. She knew that they needed time to escape.
Suddenly, a deep, rumbling voice echoed behind her, exclaiming, "That's a powerful fruit, girl!" Startled, Nami turned around to see a hand reaching out from the flames, tightly grasping her neck. Despite feeling the scorching heat around her, Nami remained unfazed until she realized that the magma was slowly starting to touch her skin. Panic set in as she struggled to free herself from the fiery grasp.
The scorching heat of the magma was unbearable as Nami clenched her teeth, trying to endure the excruciating pain that seared through her skin. Akainu stood before her, his left arm morphing into molten lava as he glared at her with menacing eyes. His entire body seemed to be leaking magma as if he was a living volcano, and Nami could feel the intense heat radiating from him. She saw a huge hole in his stomach, which was refilling and returning to normal.
His words cut through the silence like a blade as he sneered, "You Die a Pirate." Undeterred, Nami stood her ground, eyes locked on her opponent's every move. In a split second, Akainu launched himself forward, his arm swinging toward Nami's stomach with deadly precision. But Nami was not one to be easily defeated. With lightning-fast reflexes, she summoned all her strength and transformed the skin around her stomach into impenetrable armor, effectively blocking Akainu's attack.
Akainu landed a devastating blow on her armor, causing it to melt away before her very eyes. She cried out in pain as she felt the searing heat of the attack, knowing she was in grave danger. Her heart racing, she desperately scanned the battlefield for any sign of help.
A magnificent dragon made entirely of water appeared out of nowhere, rushing through the air with incredible speed and force. It launched itself straight at Akainu, hitting him square in the chest and sending him flying backward with a shockwave that shook the ground beneath their feet. She stumbled backward, clutching her stomach in pain as she struggled to catch her breath.
Akainu felt his magma turn to stone beneath his feet, his entire body becoming soaking wet. A sudden realization hit him - water! He scanned his surroundings, trying to identify the water source that threatened to defeat him. His eyes darted through the steam that had been created around him, searching for any clues. A shocking sight caught his eye. Luffy, the infamous pirate captain, was charging towards him with a colossal Red Lightning Bolt that crackled and hissed like a Long Neck Dragon.
With his resolve unwavering and his eyes gleaming with determination, Luffy took a deep breath and let out a fierce battle cry, "Dragon Lightning!!" His powerful fists crackled with electrifying energy as he lunged toward his enemy and landed a devastating blow straight in the chest of Akainu. The impact was so intense that a massive explosion of red electricity echoed throughout the land, causing the trees and grass to burn and turn into ash. The once peaceful landscape was now filled with chaos as objects were sent flying in the air, tumbling and spinning as if they were mere toothpicks.
As Akainu's eyes glared with an intense fury, he clenched his teeth tightly together, frustrated with Luffy's unrelenting defiance. With a single, determined stride, he rushed forward, his mind consumed with the thought of crushing the pirate under his boot. Luffy, who had been caught off guard by Akainu's sudden attack, stood frozen, his eyes wide with shock and terror. In a flash, Akainu's magma fist connected with Luffy's chest, causing the pirate to scream out in agony. Akainu, his face twisted into a grotesque grin of triumph, knew he had won.
As Akainu stood there facing Luffy, suddenly, he witnessed a thunderous transformation just in front of him. The Luffy he was facing turned into a lightning bolt, leaving Akainu momentarily confused and disoriented. However, with his well-honed Observation, Haki quickly picked up on another Luffy appearing behind him. Without hesitation, Akainu spun around and unleashed his fearsome magma fist toward the new Luffy, but the storm boy was too quick for him. With lightning-fast reflexes, Luffy dodged the attack, feeling the intense heat of the magma burning his ear ever so slightly. Undeterred, Luffy gathered his ability and channeled it into his right fist, causing it to glitter with a dazzling white aura.
With a fierce expression on his face, Luffy, the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates, launched himself toward Admiral Akainu, his powerful fists drawn back.
"Shockwave Fist!" he roared, his voice echoing across the island as he unleashed a devastating blow that connected with Akainu's chest. The admiral's eyes widened in shock and horror as he felt a searing pain rip through his body, his internal organs burning as if they were on fire.
The impact was so powerful that it felt like a massive shockwave had been unleashed inside his body, causing him to cough up blood and gasp for air. Meanwhile, the shockwave from the punch was so intense that it shook the entire island, causing buildings and trees to sway and topple over. The ground cracked and split open, creating deep fissures that snaked their way across the island.
.
"Ryoricho Drop"
"Three Sword Style,"
The power of their combined attack was immense, and the black stone that had been hindering the ship's progress was obliterated into countless pieces, leaving a trail of dust in its wake. With a sense of relief, the crew watched as Going Merry slowly but surely started sailing forward once again, away from the island and towards their next adventure.
"Luffy, Nami! Return to the Ship!" As the tension and chaos of battle raged on, Usopp's voice rose above the fray in a desperate plea to his fellow crewmates. With his palms cupped tightly around his mouth, he bellowed out the names of Luffy and Nami, urging them to abandon the fight and return to the safety of their ship. As he shouted, his eyes darted frantically around the island, scanning for any sign of the enemy admiral, Akainu, who he suspected was lurking just beyond their line of sight. With his trusty cannon at the ready, Usopp stood his ground, determined to protect his friends and their vessel at all costs.
The intense battle between Luffy and Akainu had left the entire battlefield in ruins, with debris and smoke littering the area. As Luffy walked towards his unconscious crewmate, Nami, he could feel his heart pounding in his chest and adrenaline surging through his veins. Suddenly, a deafening explosion rocked the ground and sent Luffy stumbling forward. He quickly regained his balance and turned around, only to see Akainu charging towards him with his arm ablaze with magma. Luffy knew he had to act fast, so he braced himself for impact and prepared to fight back. As Akainu's magma-covered fist came hurtling toward his chest, Luffy summoned all his strength and unleashed a powerful punch of his own.
"Die Pirate!" The words echoed through the air as Akainu's rage boiled over, and he lunged toward Luffy. Still, Luffy determined not to go down without a fight and met his assailant head-on, unleashing a powerful right hook that connected with Akainu's extended limb, Luffy's right arm had turned into lightning. The force of the impact sent shockwaves through the air.
"You're no match for me, boy!" he roared, his voice echoing across the battlefield. With lightning-fast reflexes, he launched a fiery blast of magma at Luffy, who responded with a fierce punch. But it was no use - Akainu's attack was too powerful, and Luffy's fist was quickly overpowered. The searing heat of the magma engulfed Luffy's right hand, traveling up his arm and causing him to scream in agony. He tried to pull away, but the molten rock clung to him like a vice, burning its way through his skin and muscle. Luffy fell to the ground screaming in pain.
Akainu stood poised to strike with his left arm, his eyes fixed on his target. Suddenly, there was a blur of movement as Sanji emerged in front of Akainu. In a swift, fluid motion, Zoro slashed his sword across Akainu's chest. But before Akainu could react, he was hit head-on by another Dragon made of water.
As Akainu staggered backward, his face contorted in rage and fury, Sanji delivered a powerful kick to his face, channeling all his strength into the blow. The impact was so intense that Akainu was sent flying through the air, crashing to the ground in a cloud of dust and debris. Zoro and Sanji quickly sprang into action, grabbing Luffy and Nami and sprinting toward the safety of their ship.
With a mighty leap, Zoro bounded onto the ship's deck, his arms wrapped protectively around his wounded captain, who was barely conscious and desperately needed medical attention. As Zoro landed, his muscles tensed with the effort of holding onto his friend; he could feel the heat radiating off of Luffy's badly burned right hand, the skin seared away to reveal the bone underneath, and blood oozing from his wounds. With a sense of urgency, Chopper sprinted towards them, his medical kit clutched tightly in his paw, ready to perform whatever healing magic was necessary to save his beloved captain.
The atmosphere was tense as Nojiko, her voice trembling with concern, posed the question that everyone was too afraid to ask: "Will he lose his arm?" She stood behind Chopper, her eyes darting nervously between the group huddled around Luffy, who lay on the ground. Nojiko's heart was heavy with fear and exhaustion, her chest heaving as she struggled to catch her breath. She couldn't bear the thought of losing someone so dear to her, especially not Luffy, who had always been there for her. As she looked at his burned arm and the deep wounds on his stomach, she knew that the situation was dire.
"N-No, he won't lose it, but he needs to rest!" As Chopper examined Luffy's burned hand, he could see the pain etched on his captain's face. Luffy's teeth were clenched tightly, and sweat was pouring down his forehead as he fought back tears. Chopper knew that Luffy needed rest and something to ease his pain, but as he prepared to administer medication, Luffy pushed him away with surprising strength. The captain stood up on his wobbly legs, his breathing heavy and labored, as he looked determinedly ahead. Chopper watched with concern as Luffy gritted his teeth and stepped forward, his eyes blazing with a fierce determination to push through the pain and keep moving forward.
"Luffy, you need to rest!" Chopper cried out, his voice laced with worry and concern as he watched his captain push himself beyond his limits once again. Luffy, however, was too focused on the task at hand to pay heed to his friend's concerns. His eyes were fixed on the Marine Ship that was rapidly approaching them. The one on the wheel of Going Merry was Cricket, who seemed to go in a certain direction in the middle of the ocean.
As Luffy turned around, his gaze fell upon Nami, who was lying on the wooden floor. Upon closer inspection, he noticed that she had a minor burn around her delicate neck and a big one on her stomach which seemed to have caused her immense pain. Her once rosy cheeks had turned pale, and she was breathing heavily, trying to catch her breath. Luffy's heart sank as he looked closer at Robin, who had burns all over her arms. A sudden wave of anger and sadness washed over him as he realized he had failed to protect his crew. His fists clenched in fury as he struggled to come to terms with his helplessness. He didn't want his comrades to see him in such a vulnerable state, so he walked up to the back of the ship, trying his best to hold on to his consciousness.
With determination in his eyes, Luffy stood tall on the deck of his ship as he prepared to deliver a heartfelt speech to his beloved crewmates. He knew what he had to do to ensure their survival - he had to make the ultimate sacrifice. The thought of leaving his friends behind pained him, but he knew that it was the only way to keep them safe from harm.
Luffy's heart was pounding with fear and uncertainty as he gazed out at the endless expanse of water before him, wondering if this was truly the end of his journey. Despite the searing pain shooting up his right hand, he refused to let go of the hope that faintly flickered within him, the hope that he would find a way to survive this ordeal and continue his quest. His fingers felt numb and lifeless as if they were no longer a part of his body, but he refused to give up. As he prepared to take the plunge, the world around him suddenly lurched and swayed as if it was alive and trying to shake him off. Luffy clung to the mast with all his strength.
As Akainu stood on the deck of his ship, his eyes locked onto the pirate vessel looming in the distance, his heart filled with a burning desire for revenge. He had underestimated these brats once, but not this time. Not again. His hands clenched into fists, and he could feel the heat emanating from his body as he prepared to unleash a barrage of fireballs at the enemy ship, intent on obliterating them once and for all. This time, he was determined to emerge victorious and prove his worth as a Marine. The wind howled around him as he readied himself to kill them.
As the marine vessel sailed through the waters, the once calm sea transformed into a raging monster, causing the ship to shudder violently, threatening to throw Akainu and the rest of the crew overboard. In a split second, Akainu's training kicked in as he grabbed hold of a nearby rope, his muscles straining against the force of the ship's sudden backward motion. The Pirate Ship, which moments before had been very close, now seemed to retreat into the distance, leaving the marines bewildered and confused.
As Akainu stood on the deck of his ship, his sharp eyes caught a sudden movement on the sea surface. He furrowed his brows in confusion and stepped forward to get a closer look. Suddenly, the water beneath the pirate ship began to churn violently, causing the vessel to rise up at an alarming rate.
Without a moment to spare, Akainu quickly formed a massive fist of molten lava, gathered all his strength, and threw it towards the pirate ship, hoping to sink it and capture the pirates.
The sea beneath the pirate ship blasted upwards, creating a massive knock-up stream that lifted the ship high into the air. The ship was tossed and turned by the powerful current as the crew desperately clung to the rigging, trying to avoid being thrown overboard. Akainu watched as the pirate ship was carried high into the sky.
Akainu stood there on the deck of his ship, his eyes fixed on the disappearing pirate ship that was ascending into the sky with the Knock Up Stream. His heart was aching with frustration and anger because he knew he couldn't pursue them. The Knock-Up Stream was a powerful natural phenomenon that only a few skilled sailors could navigate, and he was not one of them. He could feel the heat rising in his chest as he watched his enemies escape from his grasp. Despite his burning desire to chase after them, he knew trying would be foolish. His ship was not designed to withstand the unpredictable and treacherous currents of the Knock Up Stream, and any attempt to follow the pirate ship would most likely result in the destruction of his vessel and the loss of his crew. So, with a heavy heart, he turned away from the sight of the pirate ship disappearing into the clouds, vowing to himself that he would find another way to catch them and make them pay for their crimes.
