The Hellhounds

Ryo rode his Dreadnought through the lush jungle and  cautiously approached the site where the light pillar landed. The vehicle's front lamp was the only light source that he had, he found it quite difficult to ride in such uneven terrains. Thanks to the A.I, he could navigate his way under the cover of darkness. The smell of scorched soils lingered in his nose when he was getting closer.

He was astonished by the complicated arrays that were formed on the ground.

Faint glows of amber from the burnt grass scattered in the air when Ryo arrived. He got off from the dreadnought and checked out his surroundings to ensure there was no beast nearby.

A moment later, he realized there was a faint foreign energy that he never felt before. Intrigued by it, he courageously stepped onto the middle of that array's circle.

"Kuryu, any idea?" He asked whilst kneeled one leg and grabbed the scorched soils.
