As they both walked to the classroom like they had done the morning before, they noticed that the door was wide open, and a few of the students that they had seen in class with them were making their way inside. But as Kalon and Micah both entered the room, they quickly realised that Alan wasn't there, but instead, there was an old man with a long bushy beard.
'Who's he? Where is the teacher?' Kalon thought as he looked at the old man for a few moments until he caught Kalon's gaze.
"Ah, you must be the two new students that I was told about. Kalon and Micah, right? Hm. It seems that there will be another one joining us today. I wonder where he is?" The old man said to himself as Kalon heard the sounds of footsteps in the corridor outside the classroom.
