With a gracious smile, Merry followed suit and joined Professor Charlotte.
"Hello, Esther. Are you enjoying the event so far?" Professor Charlotte greeted Esther as Merry followed closely behind.
"Hello Auntie Charlotte, it's so good to see you after so long," Esther replied, embracing Professor Charlotte in a warm hug.
As they exchanged pleasantries, the manager of the Arteza, Sarah inquired, "Director Charlotte and Miss Esther, you seem to have a close relationship."
Esther explained, "Auntie Charlotte and my mother have been friends since college. She is like a second mother to me and has always been a strong support system from a young age."
"Oh? That's wonderful to hear." Sarah responded with admiration for their bond and continued, "But Director why didn't you mention anything about you knowing Esther?" this time turning to Professor Charlotte.
