It Wouldn't Be Too Long Before He Revealed The Truth To Her
As Shouko had promised, she woke Kyoya up one hour later, right on the dot. After urging him to wash his face to chase the remaining sleepiness away, Kyoya indeed looked better than before.
"You see? Having a nap is good, ah?" Shouko laughed softly as she helped her husband drying his face with a face towel. After she was done, she patted his cheeks with her bare palms.
"En."
Kyoya nodded. He couldn't deny that his nerves weren't as tensed as before while the straining of his eyes had lessened. Without a doubt, his concentration would be greater than when he insisted to continue working without any rest earlier
Whatever his wife said was right. Before Shouko could reply with anything, Kyoya said earnestly, "It's good that I listened to you."
"What a sweet-talker," Shouko chided him yet her smile continued blooming on her face.
Kyoya answered her with a peck on her lips.
