Stay Calm

Molly woke up to a noise nearby. She opened her eyes as she realized she fell asleep on the couch in Muriel's arms. She felt an overwhelming amount of happiness hit her so sudden. She rubbing her eyes as she gave a small smile. 'Thanks Muriel, I could use some happiness right now.' Molly looked in the kitchen as she noised the noises again. She peeked as she saw Y/N making breakfast. Molly looked at Y/N weird. 'She doesn't know how to cook what the hell?' Molly got up from the couch while sneaking her way in the kitchen as Y/N didn't seem to know Molly was awake. Molly snuck up on Y/N seeing she was cooking an omelet while adding hot sauce. Molly's mouth began to water, the food smelled amazing. Then she noticed Y/N was still drizzling hot sauce on the inside. "Since when do you like hot sauce?" Molly asked rather loud.

Y/N became startled as she quickly turned around while holding her hand out as if she was ready to attack in a different way Molly never seen before. Y/N breathed out as she realized it was only Molly. "I'm sorry I scared you. Since when do you cook?" Molly asked while looking back at the omelet. Y/N looked at Molly weird.

"What are you talking about I always cook."

Molly laughed out loud. "Yeah and you also had a 4.0 GPA keep lying."

"I did."

Molly looked at Y/N noticing she was fully serious. Molly grew really worried. "Uhh okay. What else can you tell me about yourself?" She said trying to understand what was going on. This wasn't the same Y/N she once known and loved.

Y/N raised her eyebrow. "Why are you acting weird?" She bluntly asked.

Molly grew irritated. "I'm not acting weird, you are. Seriously you don't cook. Anytime you did you sucked at it. Now all the sudden you can? Also, you didn't have a 4.0, you have a (y/G.P.A.) don't lie to me!!"

Y/N grit her teeth with her lips still firmly closed. "Watch your tongue." She growled as a warning.

"NO, WHAT THE FUCK IS UP YOUR ASS!?!?!" Molly screamed out unable to control her anger.

Suddenly fire erupted from Y/N's hands and she punched Molly in the face. Molly screamed out as she fell to the ground holding her burned face. Y/N froze as she realized what she did. "M-Molly I... I didn't mean to." She said while holding her hands out. Y/N's heart sank out of her chest as she looked at her burning hands. She screamed out as she started brushing her hands on one another as if it would stop the flames.

"Whoa, whoa, Y/N go outside right now!!" Muriel demanded as she woke up to all the screaming.

Y/N ran outside feeling terrified that her hands were on fire. Muriel came outside with the fire extinguisher and shot the cold white mist all over Y/N's hands. Muriel stopped shooting the mist when the flames finally died down. Muriel looked at Y/N seeing her panting as she was having a panic attack. "W-What... what's wrong with me?!?!" She screamed out while gripping her hair.

Muriel was speechless as she didn't know for herself what was wrong with Y/N. Molly's loud cries could be heard from inside. Muriel quickly ran to her friend inside seeing something she didn't expect. "Molly, Molly calm down." She breathed out as she quickly set the fire extinguisher on the ground and closed the front door knowing Y/N shouldn't see Molly right now. "Molly look at me." Muriel said while kneeling down while forcing all her positive aura on her hurt friend. Molly cried out in pain as her whole body was shaking. Muriel closed her eyes looking at Molly's soul. She could sense the mind numbing pain she was currently in from the burn. Muriel grit her teeth as she knew she had to end her friends suffering. Muriel held her thumb on Molly's forehead feeling the heat on her thumb. Muriel felt violent tears as everything was going to hell and she was the one who had to somehow fix as much as she possibly could. "Sleep." She managed to say through her tears. Molly stopped crying as she fell back. Muriel quickly grabbed Molly as she lifted her up bridal style. Muriel was gritting her teeth the whole walk as she was barely strong enough after using her energy absorbing ability. She kicked Molly's door open. Thankfully it wasn't latched. She set Molly on her bed while covering her up with a her blanket. Muriel couldn't look away from her new appearance. 'What the hell is happening to our family? Shay is locked in his room. This didn't even draw him out. Y/N was on fire and burned Molly's face to the point I don't know how I didn't throw up. Pour Molly, she loved that form so much.' Muriel went to Molly's door while closing it from behind. Muriel let out a loud sigh as she walked up to Shay's door. She held up her fist ready to knock but hesitated as she could hear paper ripping and crumbling followed by soft angry cursing. 'What is he doing in there?' She walked away from the door knowing it wasn't worth bothering him now. Muriel ran downstairs as she smelled something burning. She ran to the kitchen seeing black smoke coming from the stove. She felt her breath get taken away as she saw a pan on fire. "SON OF A BITCH!!" Muriel yelled out while she grabbed the fire extinguisher she left at the door. She shot the flame until it faded away. She breathed out as she set the extinguisher back on the ground. She walked over to the pan while throwing the whole thing away. "How could this get any worse?" Muriel asked herself while hiding her face with her hands. At that moment there was a knock at the door. Muriel groaned out loud as she walked to the door. 'Calm down Muriel, one shitty thing at a time. You got this. It's just Y/N that's all.' When Muriel went to the door she let out a loud shaky breath. She opened the door to NOT come face to face with Y/N. It was someone she wasn't expecting. "Hey, uhh Muriel is it okay if I check on Shay?"
