With the results showing a person from the audience soon spoke out excited seeing the remaining members left standing in the arena, "H…Hey, look! Now the only ones left are… one… two… three, four, five… six, seven… and eight people!"
Everyone saw the remaining 8 people standing as Love♡Helm announced to everyone motioning his tiny arms for the contestants to follow him inside a small building at the side of the hill, "The main tournament will begin in 10 minutes! Will the 8 contestants come to the waiting room!"
Everyone followed inside the building as Love♡Helm took out a cup with straws containing letters explaining to the 8 contestants the rules, "The remaining 8 will now draw straws! The two with the same letter will go against each other in the first round!"
Everyone proceeded to get their assigned number with Diane getting the letter A along with a very tall and muscular individual whose height towers over that of ordinary civilians, and has grey with Love♡Helm declaring, "Now, introducing group A's first round… Griamore vs. Matrona!"
Diane raised her fist excited to be in the first round gazing at Griamore with a confident smirk, "Better be prepared to lose because this gal ain't gonna lose to you muscle for brains!"
Griamore merely grunted before returning towards Howzer catching up with an old friend as Mash used [Observe] to see his info. When he did so he read the description of him analyzing him with a curious glint planning how to defeat him if the chance arose.
[Griamore Lv.30 Bodyguard
Description: Griamore is a former Holy Knight of Liones and the son of Dreyfus. He is Veronica's bodyguard and shows absolute loyalty towards her. Along with Howzer and Gilthunder, he's part of The Three Brats. His Magical Powers is [Wall] that allows him to create a defensive barrier from his body, which is not affected by ordinary magic or physical attacks.]
Mash curtly nodded intrigued by his skill as Love♡Helm announced the next people as they eyed each other confident in their abilities then to the next, "Howzer vs. Taizoo!! After that is Group C's first round… Cain vs. Shitty Cook!!"
Mash's eyes twitched hearing that name glaring at Ban's choice of identity for him with an innocent grin on his face, "Don't worry Shitty Cook we believe in you~"
Ban was merely making fun of Mash for payback with an innocent expression causing him to react to his false name, "Damn it!! Use a better name than that!!!"
Ban merely laughed at Mash's childish anger as Meliodas discussed with Cain in a curious tone, "Hey! So, you're here too, gramps?"
Cain a bit drunk replied in a goofy tone to Meliodas wibbling and wobbling around, "Hic! Harharhar! On a drunken whim!"
While the two talked Mash used [Observe] on Cain to see how strong his opponent is. Once he saw the description, he was a bit satisfied with his skill when the pop-up appeared.

Description: Cain Barzad is a former Holy Knight of the Kingdom of Danafor, having survived its destruction as he was on a mission at the time. Mash felt a bit happy seeing the profile level of Cain. Despite being a side character he'll be facing an opponent who has more experience.
However, his attention was brought back to reality as Ban and Meliodas argued with each other Love♡Helm announced the final group, "And last but not least is Group D… Melidoaf vs. Bain!"
Ban exclaimed in shock being paired together in the first round in a shocked tone, "We're in the first round together?! That's fast!"
Meliodas on the other hand argued back with Ban about the horrible name choices he was given to them, "More importantly, what kind of name is that?! It's completely obvious!"
Ban for his answer to Captain's question shrugged scratching the back of his head in a neutral tone, "I couldn't think of anything better on the spot. Just went with the flow and here we are."
That was when Howzer noticed their group with a raised eyebrow asking curiously about them in a curious tone, "Hey, mister. That scar on your cheek… looks an awful lot like the one on the wanted posters… and you there, kid…"
However, Howzer paused as Mash read his mind with the Holy Knight thinking to himself in a cautious tone, 'Gil said that the leader of The Seven Deadly Sins was a kid… could it be these two…'
But he shook the idea because Howzer being an idiot bought their fake names cheerfully returning to his excited mood and turning away from the group, "Hahaha! But your names are different! Sorry! I was thinking of somebody else! That's right there's no way they'd come to a festival like this."
Mash couldn't help but mutter in complete shock seeing someone this stupid existed in disbelief, "I can't believe he bought that. Never thought I'd meet another Garf here. Man saved by his stupidity huh?"
The three sins agreed while curtly nodding their heads together sharing the same sentiment, "Agreed."
Soon enough the tournament began…

Standing in the middle of the arena were Griamore and Diane standing in place with Love♡Helm announcing in an excited tone, "Now for the moment you've all been waiting for! Without further ado, let the first rounds begin with Group A! Both fighters step forward! If your opponent gives up, loses consciousness, or falls outside the arena, you win! Seven feet tall and weighing 200 pounds it's Griamore!! Standing 5'-4" and weighing who knows how many pounds, it's Matrona!!"
Everyone cheered with King cheering for Diane as she blushed at his encouragement while he sold ale to the people earning his keep with Elizabeth and Hawk on the sidelines.
But another person was at the sidelines expressing a smirk of confidence away from them leering at the arena and seeing the members of the Seven Deadly Sins present, "Just as I thought. They were lured here by the Sacred Treasure. Those Seven Deadly Sins are so cocky."
The person striking is Veronica Liones the second princess of the Kingdom of Liones. The younger sister of the first princess, Margaret, and elder to her adoptive sister; the third princess, Elizabeth.
Veronica has a tomboyish appearance, short light violet hair and a slim build. She wears a breast binder, a stylish pink fur coat, a knight-styled attire, a belt, and a pair of long boots. When disguised, she wears a pink Holy Knight armor with a helmet that resembles a bowling ball.
Veronica soon tries to look to see where Elizabeth is located in a cautious tone, 'Which means Elizabeth's somewhere nearby, too…'
It didn't take too long to locate Elizabeth as Veronica managed to see through Elizabeth's disguise and wanted to intervene but upon noticing King was near her stopped biting her lips in frustration and thought, 'This could be a bit problematic seeing King is there guarding her… and Griamore is no use against them. Tch.'
But soon enough Love♡Helm announces the first match-up of Diane and Griamore in an excited tone as Mash watches the little fairy intently, "The first match-up in the Vaizel Fighting Festival is – Griamore vs. Matrona! Here we have Griamore, with his huge body like a chunk of iron! In the preliminaries, he used his fierce strength to pin down his foes! On the other hand, we have Matrona! While small, her lightning speed and variety of attacks eliminated her opponents!! Now don't take your eyes off this first match! Well then… Let the fight begin!!!"
Once the words left Love♡Helm's mouth Diane went into the attack that didn't go unnoticed by Griamore.

Diane launched a flurry of punches at a rapid speed wowing the crowd with Love♡Helm commenting on the surprised strength of Diane's attacks, "So fast! As soon as the fight began, she flew into battle with successive hits against his chest!"
*Whooosh*
However, Diane soon stopped her attacks noticing it had no effect as Griamore used [Wall] to coat his stomach protecting himself from harm in a serious tone, "Do not think ill of me, girl… But I can't lose here. I won't let this end with any injury to my pride as a man and a holy knight…!!! This is my – AHHHH!!!"
*BAM*
Without hesitation, Diane simply reeled her leg back and immediately kicked Giramore in the jewels recalling her spars with Mash with a surprised expression, "Huh? So, this is what it feels like to cut the chit-chat and aim for the jewels huh?"
Griamore clenched his jewels as Veronica and every man flinched seeing him protect his 'manly pride' asking Diane in a pained tone, "W-W-Why…. Why would you… do that… ahhh…."
*BAM*
Diane simply shrugged knocking Griamore out with a punch giving her response in a casual tone with a smug grin, "Because why not? Mash did say idiots will always explain their abilities so why not attack when they speak? Don't blame me when we are fighting blame your muscles for brains for standing there explaining yourself. Mhmp!"
Turning around Diane waved her hair showing her dominance with Love♡Helm sweating at the scene flinching and commenting on Griamore's poor performance, "Damn… that Griamore guy needs a Healing Bead for that one. Ahem!! Anyway… Griamore is knocked out!! The winner of the first round, group is Matrona!!! A beautiful young maiden took down the huge, powerful man with just one hit!!"
Diane twirled her hair as Howzer was shocked seeing the results sweating seeing his childhood friend was defeated in complete humiliation, "She destroyed him… in one hit…? Is she a monster?!"
But the Sins looked towards Mash with questioning looks as he shrugged answering their stares in a neutral tone, "What? I only taught her how to fight dirty. No rules were saying she couldn't do that. And besides…"
Mash eyes Griamore with pity in his eyes making the guys cough listening to his remark on the fallen man, "… that's probably as far as that guy would get touched by any woman."
Ban was visibly coughing upon hearing that remark in a nervous tone, "Cough! Damn… you don't let a man down do you…"
Mash merely crossed his arms not caring continuing to speak his mouth hurting Griamore's pride further, "Besides he looked like an idiot defending his pride as a man and holy knight only to get shattered. And I don't mean his nonexistent honor I mean both metaphorically and physically."
Meliodas and Ban both sweat dropped listening to Mash's words while Veronica was worried about Griamore mentally and physically on his 'manly pride' where it mattered.
