Cutting to the Chase I

Note: Zhou's POV

"Argh," Zhou heard Teng groan as he entered the dorm.

"What's the matter?" Zhou asked, placing his head on Teng's shoulder.

Teng gasped, wholly startled by him, "W-when did you get here?"

Zhou crossed his arms and moved back, "Didn't you hear me come in?"

"Ah," Teng sighed, clutching his pen tightly, "I was so engrossed in my individual assignment that I didn't hear you come in."

Zhou smiled and brushed his cheek, "Have you had dinner yet?"

Teng shook his head 'no,' and sighed again.

"I told myself I would eat after completing one of the assignment sections," Teng looked at the clock above the door, "But I didn't realise that was two hours ago."

"I'll make you something," Zhou told him as he put his gym bag next to his bed, "But after I shower first."

"You must be tired," Teng said as Zhou nodded.
