Caught trying to Hide what Should be Hidden

"Let's go," Shao told her as he approached the front door.
The minivan then drove out of the front yard. When the door was unlocked, Bai saw her and Shao walk inside the house. They walked past the hallway and towards the lounge.
They found Bai standing at the end of the hallway with his arms crossed. A questioning look was plastered on his handsome face as Lai and Shao stood before him.
"I'm back," she told him with a smile, although she could sense that he was not happy for whatever reason only he knew.

"Welcome back," he replied, looking at Shao, "What are you doing with her?"
"Geez. Relax, why don't ya?" Shao tapped his shoulder as he walked past him and into the lounge, "I happened to see her when my manager drove past The Prism, so I gave her a lift since I was coming here and she was on her way back."
He sat on the couch after taking off his black denim jacket.
