'He tried so hard and I failed him'

'He just wanted to make me strong but I didn't deserve that!'

'I failed him and did what he told me never to do! I failed! I failed him so miserably'

'I really deserve death! I am too much of a coward!'

Guilty thoughts filled Travis' head as he opened his clouded eyes. He blinked to adjust his vision as he stood up from the floor.

"Huh? I am not dead?! I thought Drey said I will die!", Travis said as he inspected his surroundings.

He thought he would find himself in hell or heaven after he died but this doesn't seem to be the case. He was currently in his room. He didn't die. It seems like he somehow survived.

"Oh… So, you came back. I am sorry but I will have to leave you for some time", a weak voice that almost sounded like a whisper was heard by Travis who was currently inspecting his surroundings.

Travis then looked somewhere above his shoulder. However, what he saw made him so shocked that he opened his mouth.

Drey was currently lying on the ground. The powerful and ancient aura around him seems to have vanished. He looked so weak that his body looked like it was slowly disappearing into nothingness.

Seeing that, Travis' heart missed a beat as guilty emotions flooded him. He then ran towards Drey, picked him up from the floor and bowed o him as he started to apologise,

"I am really sorry that I failed you! I am very sorry! Please you can do whatever you want to me I won't complain…", Travis continued to mumble voicing out his apology. He felt very sorry for what he did.

"I am also sorry. I should have known that you weren't ready. Please forgive me, I will have to leave you for some time.", Drey said as his body began to fade faster.

"Don't leave me here Please! Please! Don't leave me here. Please don't die!", Travis said emotionally as he looked at Drey's fading body. He thought that it was mainly because of him that Drey was actually in this dangerous situation.

"You damn fool! Who was talking about dying? I am just going to get some rest.", however, Drey who was currently fading away suddenly got really angry when Travis talked about his death.

"I will see you later!", Drey said as he faded into nothingness. A smile hung on his face as he faded away.

Hearing what Drey said, Travis decided to stop worrying about Drey and hurry to school. He was sure Drey would be fine. The reason why he believed so was because of the reassuring smile Drey gave him before fading away.

Travis then turned and looked at his clock just to check the time. But after he saw the time, his heart broke into pieces and his face turned to an obvious frown.

"Crap! I will be late!"

A joyous atmosphere hung over the city of Frozen Lake. Everyone seems to be rushing towards one destination. And what destination is this? It was Frozen lake city's magic stadium. Why was everyone rushing there? It was because of the start of a new era for normal people. This was basically because Frozen Lake city had broken one of the most important rules in society. They have allowed normal people to join the ceremony that was celebrated by people with superpowers.

The Stadium was given a new lush design just for this program since it was where the magic was going to happen, the place where the Annual Magic ceremony was going to take place.

The stadium was 1000m by 500m in area and it could occupy around 1500 people. It was extremely big. This place was where the most important occasion was going to take place! As for the seats around the stadium, they were already occupied!

"Hello, my name is Lee. And I would be your host for the day! First of all, let me introduce you to the board of directors from the various schools who have come to visit us!"

The one on the Far right is the assistant headmaster for The white panda University, Mr Will Stevens... ", Mr Lee, one of the teachers in the school said as he started to introduce the dignitaries one after the other.

Blonde, coily hair slightly reveals a lean, time-worn face. Glittering brown eyes, set high within their sockets, watch delicately over the natives they've worshipped for so long.

A moustache and goatee gorgeously compliment his eyes and hair and leaves a beautiful memory of his luck in love.

This is the face of Mr Will Stevens, a true warrior among humans. He looked at the crowd and waved at them before sitting down.

"And from our far left, we have, the assistant heads of one of the most powerful B- class schools in the world! The Fiery Pheonix academy.", Mr Lee continued to introduce the remaining dignitaries.

Gray, frizzy hair slightly covers a long, charming face. Bloodshot black eyes, set tightly within their sockets, mesmerizing those who saw them.

A scar stretching from the top of the right cheek, running towards his upper lip and ending on his right cheek leaves an aching burden of his unfortunate past.

This is the face of Bruno Evatt, a true nobleman among all other humans. He stands gracefully among others, despite his bulky frame.

"And last but not the least, we have a management elder from the most popular school in the world, THE FOUR SEASONS MAGIC SCHOOl!, Mr Wright walker. ", Mr Lee introduced the last and the most important guest.

Mr Wright walker was what would bring shame to people who boast about their handsomeness, He had white, short hair is pulled back to reveal a strong, charming face. Dead green eyes, set charmingly within their sockets, making all those who saw him notice his uniqueness.

Soft skin handsomely compliments his nose and mouth and leaves a heartbreaking memory of his luck. His eyes revealed a penetrative gaze that seem to pierce through everything!

"Where the hell are you, Travis?! I need reassurance from you before I can do this", Jim said as he looked around himself anxiously. The delay of Travis had begun to worry him. This was mainly because he knew that Travis never gets late to a meeting or school. So, Travis's sudden disappearance made him feel uncomfortable.

"Okay! Let's begin the Program!", Mr Lee said after introducing all the dignitaries.
