And then it struck me like a thunder storm what happened yesterday we kissed how the hell I'm I going to face him today. Gosh this is so frustrating right now. I think I'll just avoid him for the rest of the day. I took the pills and drank water . I scrolled through my Instagram page as I watched some videos and oh I forgot to upload the make up video I did with my colleague the day I resumed working so I searched for it on my phone and I uploaded it. In a minute Macy poked her head through the door ." Aunty you awake yet " she asked "yes I am" I replied " granny said to tell you that breakfast would be served soon " she said "alright dear I'll be there soon I wanna take my bathe "I said as she shut the door and hopped along.

So took my bathe and wore a crop shirt with high waist short though my tummy was still exposed. Then I wore my flip flop and went down the stairs.

I got down and met everyone sitted and ther goes my plan of avoiding Adrian down the drain.

"Goodmorning Karen " granny said " morning granny " I said as I said a word of greeting to everyone in the table.

The cook brought the food and it was Chinese noodles. At least am safe no honey at all.

We started eating and a felt a pair of eye on me I raised my head and found Adrian watching me with curiosity like he has something to say.

" so Karen , how did you enjoy the party yesterday?" Caroline asked

" yeah the party was okay, I had fun " I said smiling as my eyes met Adrian.

" today is a rest free day for you , either you decide to relax at home or you can go for sightseeing considering you'll be leaving next tomorrow " granny suggested

" no granny I'm alright I'll just stay home." I said fake smiling.

"And oh Macy said you gave her bathe a d got ber ready for the party and you even styled her hair " granny said gushing

" yes granny it was nice spending time with little Macy " I said smiling

" I'm not little " Macy said fake pouting

" oh my bad I forgot it was nice spending time with big Macy " I said laying emphasis on the big

As everyone started laughing except Adrian who was busy staring at me.

We finished eating and I mumbled a thank you as I went to my room. I entered and was about to lock the door when Adrian entered, he spurned me around and kissed me I started kissing him back as I wove my hands into his soft hair.

I realised what I was doing and I pushed him back gently. Gosh what's wrong with me ." You've been avoiding me " he said not looking pleased.

" I'm not why would i" I said

" for reasons best known to you" he stated

" look I'm not avoiding you " I said crossing my hand.

He moved closer and kissed me again fighting for enterance with his tongue. Two can play this game we continued till I gave up as I unknowingly wrapped my legs around his waist I once again wove my hand through his hair as a little moan escaped my lips

" tell me you don't like this " he challenged

" I don't " I said avoiding his eyes

" just look into my eyes and tell me you don't like this" he said challenging me again.

" I'm sorry about that but we can't " I said sadly

"And why? He asked challenging me to talk

" cause I'll be leaving soon and besides its not like u have a feelings whatsoever for me."I said

" I like you let's go for a walk around The park." He said.

"Fine " I said as we sent back down the stairs ah these stairs climbing alone is like exercise.

We walked outside and we entered the car Adrian used in bringing me from the airport. He drove in silent till we got to the park. "We are here "he said

I came down and he held my hands as we started walking. We walked past a lady who said asked Adrian to please take a picture of her and her dog

" oh alright " Adrian said, they ,did a few pose as Adrian toom the pictures.

" thanks so much " she said

" what a lovely couple " she gushed

" no Mrs we are ….." I tried saying before Adrian interrupted saying

" thank you Mrs " and there goes with his mode of interruption.

"Adrian you know I'll be leaving next tomorrow" I stated suddenly our of the blue

"Yeah I know but I don't know what you did to me but I can't seem to get you out of my head."he said looking frustrated like he was already waiting for me to say that.

" let's just see where this leads us to "I suggested

" I'll go with that " he said smiling

We walked some more and got ice creams , we took pictures and I had a lot of fun.

We decided to go back to the house and with that we zoomed of but this time the tension between us has lessened.

We got home holding hands as caroline saw us and gave us a knowing smile which caused me to blush . Huh I've been blushing too much these days. I hurriedly went back to my room and I started replaying the moments in my head. It wasnt like we were official or something but I think I like this feeling.
