Madison and Seraphina nodded in positive, "We did not investigate deeply about Davis, believing firmly that she was a victim and was forced to recant her statement against Elijah. It could be that she was not forced to recant her statement, but was forced to give her initial statement."
"Which could very well mean that at first she was working for the person who tried to and is still trying to trap and hurt Elijah. But then, for whatever reason, Emma must have changed sides and revealed the truth to the police?" Asher added but he was not quite sure about his statement. He still did not fully believe that Elijah was innocent but he was for sure going to give that man a benefit of doubt.
