Family Vacation Trip

They began to melt in laughter and went back to sitting on the park bench.

"You don't want to be hugged by this handsome man, Jay?" Edward gets a smack from Jayna.

"NEVER WILL!"

"Are you sure? you hugged me earlier.." Edward teased Jayna.

Jayna was silent. She remembered her dream again.

"What is it Jay? Tell me, please.." Edward looked at Jayna's face seriously.

"Nightmare, Ed. It feels like I'm drowning." Allen choked.

"It's Okay, Jay. It was just a dream." Edward rubbed Jayna's shoulder.

Jayna was silent for a long time, looking down at the fish in the pond. As for Edward, he fell silent beside Jayna. Waiting until she is ready to tell in detail what happened in her dream.

"Ed…" Jayna paused, hesitant to continue her sentence.

"It's okay Jay. You can tell me another time." Edward smiled at his friend who was still looking down.

If you're confused about why it was so easy for them to make up, it's really that easy. Edward knows very well how to force Jayna to forgive him, and Jayna knows very well when to forgive Edward. The more she is avoided, the more Edward will pursue Jayna and get what he wants. Jayna is not the type to be chased by all kinds of commotions that disturb her day. "Here it is..!" Jade exclaimed when he found a book in a row of books in the cupboard.

Jake stood up to Jade. Turns out it wasn't a book, it was more like a box wrapped like a book. Jade opened the box that looked like a book, and took something out of it.

"Key?" Jake was confused by what he saw.

"Yes, the key!" Jade replied, lifting the key that had been in his hand.

"What key exactly?" Jake asked while staring intently at the key Jade was holding.

"This key will help us to find something when we go to the grandparents' house." Jade hastily pocketed the key.

Meanwhile, Jake, who was still confused, tried to get a clearer explanation from Jade about the key and how it would help them in the future. But Jade pushed him out of the room without a word.

"Let's take a break. Tomorrow we leave early so we don't get stuck in traffic." Jade pushed Jake.

When Jayna and Edward came in, they ran into Jade and Jake who had also just left Jade's office.

"Where are you guys from?" Asked Jake who was pushed by Jade.

"Chat a little outside." Allen replied.

"It's getting late. Tomorrow we have to leave early in the morning. Take a break. Don't be late tomorrow morning!" Jade alerted them.

One by one they went back to their respective rooms after saying good night.

Jayna sat on the bed and leaned against the headboard.

There was an instant message from Edward.

Edward : Jay, thank you for not being angry anymore. Sorry if it was last night, this morning, and tonight. My attitude sucks, I know.

Jayna : It's good if you know what you've done wrong.

Edward : *hug emoticon* If you have another bad dream, I'm next to your room. You can run here if you're scared. But have a sweet dream, because Prince Edward is here to dispel nightmares. *smile emoticon*

Jayna: Yes.

Edward : Good evening, Jay.

Jayna just laughed reading Edward's short message.

'If only I didn't know you Ed, I might think you like me too.' Jayna breathed heavily. She rested her head on her knees and thought. Edward's attitude, which is sometimes very ambiguous, looks scary to Jayna. Because Jayna was hopeful, and that was a scary thing for her. If it was someone else, Jayna would definitely come forward to confirm it. But unlike Edward, for Jayna the risk of losing Edward is something that cannot be overcome.

Edward was seen busy lifting things into the trunk of the car assisted by Jake. As for Jayna, she casually sat on a swing made of rattan on the terrace of Jade's house while drinking a can of milk.

Ryan and Jeno ran and jumped into Jayna's swing.

"Aunt Jayna, you drink what?" Jeno who was sitting on Jayna's lap stopped Jayna's hand who wanted to drink her milk again.

"Hmm? It's milk." Allen replied.

"Why are you still drinking milk? Aunt Jayna has grown up." Cut Ryan which was followed by Jeno's nod.

"Because Aunt Jayna needs energy to deal with Aunt Jayna's nephew." Jayna tickled Ryan and Jeno, it made them both run towards Jade who appeared from the door.

"What is this? Don't run around like that kid." Jade caught both of them.

"Aunt Jayna is amused." Ryan and Jeno laughed hysterically.

"Roar!!" Jayna roared and the two children screamed and hid behind Jade's feet. Jayna just laughed at them.

"Jayna..." Jade scolded. Jayna stifled a laugh.

"Just kidding boss." Jayna shrank. Her two nephews who peeked from behind Jade's feet stuck out their tongues and laughed. Jayna glared at the two, they immediately hid behind Jade's feet.

"Let's go, everything is ready!!" Jake shouted as he closed the van's trunk door.

"Let's go, check again if there is something left or not." Jade continued Jake's words to June and Ariana who had just appeared behind him.

"Come on Jay." Ariana pulled Jayna who was still relaxing in the swing.

Jake and Jade sat in the front seat, because Jake got the first turn to drive and Jade was in full control of the navigation on this trip. The middle seat is filled by the wives and children. While Jayna and Edward sat in the back seat, huddled with some items. Still comfortable for the two of us to sit on. It's just that Edward's tall athletic body makes Jayna's seat narrow.

"It's because you're joining this trip Ed!! It's incapacious. Your feet take up too much space!!" Jayna grumbled as she kicked Edward's leg.

"Is this comfortable?" Edward tilted his body towards Jayna's seat because he was aware of Jayna's narrowness. His hands wrapped around Jayna so she could lean on his broad chest.

Jayna was shocked and then looked at Edward's face who was casually embracing her.

'Calm down Jayna, this is just a gentle gesture from Edward. You know that the man beside you is indeed a very gentleman.' Jayna calmed herself.

"Hmmh" Jayna stuttered and tried not to look nervous with Edward's gesture.

"The one in the back has got the right sitting position?" Ask Jake.

"Ready, sir!" Edward replied, giving a thumbs up from behind.

"Okay. Before departing, let us pray that our journey this time will be protected from harm and safely arrive at our destination." After finishing praying, Jake stepped on the gas pedal and said goodbye to ms.Nay who was waiting in front of the fence.

Jeno and Ryan lined up as singers on this trip. The two of them took turns singing along the way to East city until they were sleepy because they were tired of singing.

Jade chatted with Jake who was driving to discuss the places they would visit while occasionally inviting his wife to discuss. Lemondo to East city takes about two to three hours depending on the speed the driver uses.

June looked back because the two people sitting in the back seat didn't make any sound. June poked Ariana to see what she saw at that moment.

Jayna sleeps on Edward's chest, because before leaving Jayna took a motion sickness pill that caused drowsiness during the trip.

Edward was also resting on Jayna's head.

June and Ariana looked at each other with a smile. Ariana took out her cell phone and took a photo of Jayna and Edward harmoniously watching it then watching her curiously.

Jade and Jake took turns looking at photos on Ariana's cellphone, they laughed.

"Tom and Jerry only get along when they are resting" said Jake.

"It's quiet when they sleep. There is no war." Ariana chirps and makes the others laugh.

So far, they don't know about Jayna and Edward's situation. It's just that they won't interfere as long as it's not a problem that makes Jayna hurt.

They also realize that Jayna actually sees Edward romantically as more than a friend. Once again, they believe that all decisions and actions of Jayna are the best for her.

Suddenly, they entered the city of East city.

Their first destination was a restaurant famous for its roasted duck and beautiful scenery.

Arriving at the restaurant parking lot. Jake asks Ariana to wake up Jayna and Edward.

While the others went down, Jayna opened her eyes slowly and found herself leaning against Edward's chest. A feeling suddenly welled up inside her. She decided to enjoy the moment a bit longer.

After a while, Edward woke up and tried to wake up Jayna who actually was already awake.

"Jay… Jayna! Wake Up Jay! We have arrived." Edward woke Jayna up very gently.

Jayna pretended to be awake and rubbed her eyes and looked out the car window.

The other passengers had already walked into the restaurant. Remaining Jake who was waiting for the two of them to come down and follow the others.

Jake folded the middle seat as a way for Jayna and Edward to get off the back passenger seat. Edward let Jayna go down first before him. Jayna did a slight stretch after hitting the ground.

Edward, who came down after her, immediately embraced Jayna and invited her to enter the restaurant following the steps of Jake who was walking in front of them.

Jade waved at them.
