Sam in the Past

Thomas felt full of life to get Quinn back. He thought now he wouldn't do anything to lose him. Every step would be taken so effectively. He wished best regards to his spies for their excellent job.

He couldn't believe his luck too much. He was afraid that something negative would happen again.

The next day, he again received a call from an unknown number. He thought that it would be again from spies. So he picked up and started talking even without listening to anything from the caller.

"Hello, is there any update?"

He was shocked when the caller responded.

"Hello, Sir Thomas. Yes, there's an update."?

That was Sam's voice. Thomas couldn't control his happiness. Even though he didn't remember him due to his workload, he told him that he missed him a lot and searched for a long time but failed.

"My friend, Sam, how are you? I hope you didn't face any trouble. But I'm still worried about why you lost at once suddenly like any ghost".

Sam told him a fake story.

Sam was so worried about the loss of the time machine. So, he began searching for that with the help of different gadgets.

Finally, he found the location where it was stuck. He went there to take him, but that needed some modification to be moved to another place. When he was operating that, it suddenly took him to another time.

That was 50 years before that time; he spent three days there and kept on operating the time machine. The next time, he failed again to reach Thomas. Instead, he reached 60 years ago. So, he kept on traveling and finally reached Quinn's time and called Thomas instantly.

Thomas easily believed that story. As Mr. John was making that, it had a great logic behind it. Thomas knew when the time machine had reached the random places due to the error; it eventually stopped at the destination from where it was initially activated (the place where it was usually kept.

That was why that fake story was capable of being instantly believed even by any top scientist.

Sam told Thomas that he couldn't wait anymore to meet him. Thomas thought that was the right time to return, but he was worried. He would be traveling with Quinn. Any damage to him could affect his plan. He couldn't afford the problems the time machine caught. It stopped suddenly while moving, and the rider stuck in between clocks.

He was also worried if he caught somewhere having a signal issue, and the time machine became irresponsive in-between the way. He could have to stay there for many years, and in that time, Quinn became old, and controlling him became more challenging.

When he discussed that with Sam, he asked him to be relaxed and leave everything on him.

"Sir, don't worry. You're such a talented scientist. You don't deserve to travel in a damaged time machine. I'll manage everything".

After the call disconnected, Sam went towards Mr. John.

"Sir, much of our plan has been fulfilled. Now, we have to call Thomas back to allow people here to live satisfyingly".

"Great! I was expecting such a response from your side. Now, we'll get him back. Let me make arrangements to send the timing belt in the past."

After making all the arrangements, Sam told Thomas they would begin their journey tomorrow. So, he had only a single night to do anything if he didn't wanna leave any tasks incomplete.

That was such a pleasing moment for Thomas. He was fully successful in his goals. He was moving here and there while laughing. He couldn't control his happiness. He imagined the scenes when Mr. John would be his servant and was working what he was instructing him.

There was nothing for Thomas to do so except taking Quinn. However, that problem had been caught to some extent. He just had to go there, take Quinn, and go to the future where Ai could never find him.

Ai was satisfied to the extent that Thomas couldn't find him because she was so conscious. She didn't even go outside a single time a day to not be caught in any way.

Late at night, Thomas finally reached there with his spies. He had to be more conscious that time because he had to take Quinn from the house owned by any unknown people other than Ai or her uncle. He could determine that the owners were so rich and had a strong background from the house as there were many guards outside.

Thomas hired a girl to go inside the house and helped them. So, when Thomas reached there, that girl went towards the security guard and lied to him that she was Ai's friend and wanted to meet her.

The security guard told her that he couldn't allow anyone to go inside the house at that time. The girl began weeping to gain sympathy and said: "Ok, I'll go. I came here alone, passing through dangerous roads to meet my childhood friend. She has my dead mother's mementos. I came here without telling my father. He wouldn't even allow me to come here again ever".

The guard got emotional. He allowed that girl to move inside, taking his job at risk. She became so happy to succeed in her plan due to her awesome acting and went towards Ai's room.
